Nowadays it is a major public health concern for the children specially aged under five. The main objective of this study is to determine the knowledge, attitude and practice level of the parents regarding childhood pneumonia. Aim of the study were to improve knowledge, attitude and practices on childhood pneumonia among parents which will be helpful in prevention of associating risk factors and our ability to improve early detection of the disease.\u0000Methods: A cross sectional study has been conducted with 300 parents from the admitted cases in selected hospitals of Chattogram City, Bangladesh. Interviewer administered structured questionnaire was used for data collection using non probability sampling technique. The questionnaire was divided into three sections as socio-demographic profile, level of knowledge, and level of attitude and practices. \u0000Results: The study found that 83% of parents have knowledge about childhood pneumonia and most of them think that bacteria and viruses are the main causes of pneumonia. Parents mostly appear to private doctors and government hospitals when their children get sick.\u0000Conclusions: The analysis shows that the literacy rate of the parents have been found similar with the findings of other research which is associated with the knowledge level of the parents. Therefore it is recommended to organize health education programs at household or community level or mass education campaigns to disseminate knowledge about childhood pneumonia.

The oral and dental care program, part of the Dubai health strategy 2016-2021, aimed to enhance oral and dental care by ensuring widespread access to high-quality treatments and effective prevention programs. To gain a comprehensive understanding, an initial assessment of the current state of oral and dental care was conducted with the assistance of an external consultant. This assessment encompassed a review of existing clinical guidelines, frameworks, and awareness initiatives, as well as an evaluation of the patient journey and accessibility. While noteworthy innovative measures were already in place, certain gaps were identified, and recommendations were proposed to address them. Subsequently, specific initiatives and programs were implemented in alignment with these recommendations to bridge the identified gaps. A notable achievement was the development of the Dubai dental protocol, which governs a patient-centered model of care and emphasizes a life-course approach to dental health promotion, addressing the diverse stages of life from pre-pregnancy to geriatric care.

In this research, we proposed a revolutionary method that enables the tracking of audio content to its source of piracy by employing cryptographically invisibly fingerprinted technology.\u0000Methods: Our approach utilizes advanced cryptographic techniques to embed inaudible fingerprints within audio frames. These fingerprints serve as unique identifiers that can be traced back to the source of piracy. Our specialized software employs sophisticated algorithms to detect and extract these cryptographic fingerprints from the pirated audio content. The software then compares the extracted fingerprints with a database of authorized sources to determine the origin of the piracy event. \u0000Results: Through extensive testing and analysis, we have demonstrated the effectiveness of our proposed method in accurately tracking audio content to its source of piracy. Our software consistently detects and reports the source, location, and time of the piracy incidents within a matter of minutes.\u0000Conclusions: The research presented in this paper introduces a novel method for tracking audio content streamed or played over the internet to its source of piracy. Surgical resection is the main stay of treatment and 3 operative approaches are commonly used: abdominal, trans-sacral/coccygeal (posterior), and combined abdomino-posterior depending on the nature and location of the lesion. We report a case of a 22-year-old male presented with complaints of on-off constipation since 4 years, perineal heaviness since 2 years. Based on digital rectal exam, trans-rectal ultrasound, computed tomography, and magnetic resonance imaging findings, a presumptive diagnosis of retrorectal cyst was made. Patient underwent excision of cystic lesion by posterior trans-coccygeal approach. Post operative histopathology confirmed diagnosis of the retrorectal epidermal inclusion cyst. On follow-up after one month, symptoms of constipation and perineal heaviness completely resolved. Posterior resection allows proximal extension for elimination of the infection and in cases of adherence of the cyst to surrounding structures or in malignancy, which require en bloc resection. Posterior approach for resection is preferred for patients with posterior retrorectal cyst or presacral cyst because it provides adequate exposure with minimum dissection.

This implies that Teens, allergic and non-vaccinated people (those who are not getting adequate supply of Primary Vaccines/ Boosters) need to learn to “Live with COVID”, utilizing either of the two preventive methodologies presented here: one, principally based on vaccinations developed by Allopathy (conventional-medicine) and the other on Evolved-homeopathy. The preventive methodology of Evolved-homeopathy for Flu (which was developed about two decades before COVID-19 virus was born), and Allopathic vaccinations for COVID utilize the first fundamental-principle of cure (“Prevention is better than cure”). The second fundamental-principle of cure (“Nipping in the bud”) takes care, so that no organ-degeneration takes place. Those who take 100% effective Evolved-homeopathy preventive medicines for COVID, Dengue and their mutants, have been found to rarely require Evolved-homeopathy treatment medicines (except after missing the preventive medicine for several days), which is useful to prevent organ-degeneration and leads to health-promotion to near-zero disease-level as revealed from organ wise diagnostic-chart of GDV (Gas-Discharge-Visualization). It seems evident that COVID is dictating three conditions for “Living with COVID”, i.e., to employ (i) both first and second fundamental-principles of cure mentioned above; (ii) medicines that work like the best of Evolved-homeopathy treatment medicines, with a focus on health-promotion, for preventing organ-degeneration; (iii) the global vaccination-drive by making it foolproof utilizing the 100% effective Evolved-homeopathy medicines for preventing COVID from getting any breeding-ground among non-vaccinated people, to avoid developing formidable mutants that may defeat some vaccines/Boosters.
