As the number of private vehicles increases, the possibility of traffic accidents occurs, the solution to deal with this problem is: utilizing vehicle insurance services. PT. Asuransi Reliance is a car insurance company that is committed to being the best choice in the vehicle insurance industry. In the preparation of this thesis, the main thing discussed is the effect of responsiveness, guarantees, and physical evidence on customer purchasing decisions on PT. Asuransi Reliance. In this study, the author used an interview method that focuses on primary data as a data source. Based on the findings of this study, the author concludes that physical evidence, responsiveness, and guarantees influence the purchase decision of PT. Asuransi Reliance, where the better physical evidence, responsiveness, and guarantees are owned by PT. Asuransi Reliance then the higher the level of customer purchase decisions. From the conclusions and results of the analysis in the discussion chapter, the author would like to provide suggestions, namely: the company PT. This study involved a selection of 35 companies as samples, chosen through the purposive sampling method. The data employed in this research is of a secondary and quantitative nature. Data collection methods encompassed both observation and the analysis of documentary studies. The analytical approach used is multiple linear regression analysis. The findings indicate that, on the whole, the current ratio, return on equity, and price-earnings ratio exert a notable influence on stock prices. This research aims to determine the effect of workplace spirituality and organizational culture on Employee performance with individual spirituality as a mediating variable at PT. Tirtakencana Tatawarna, Garut Regency, West Java. This research uses quantitative methods with types of purposive sampling, data processing, and testing using SEMPLS version 3.9.2. The research results show that there is a significant and positive direct influence, this means that the higher workplace spirituality, organizational culture, and individual spirituality, the higher employee performance, conversely, if workplace spirituality, organizational culture, and individual spirituality are low, employee performance will be low. The Military Court, in particular, serves as the judicial body responsible for upholding the law and justice for members of the Indonesian National Armed Forces (TNI). Unlike the other three branches of the judiciary, the Military Court system consists of three appellate courts and one main court. The existence of these four courts is governed by Law Number 31 of 1997 on Military Judiciary and the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court Regulation Number 125 of 2009 on the Delegation of Authority to High-Ranking Officials and Chief Justices of Appellate Courts within the Supreme Court for Signing in the Field of Personnel. However, the implementation of these regulations has still resulted in varying interpretations and paradigm differences, especially in understanding the phrase \"appellate court,\" which has been perceived as somewhat biased and not fully implemented. This is particularly evident in the coordination and management of Civil Servants (ASN), as the Supreme Court places the Main Military Court on par with the appellate courts, although in practice, the Main Military Court resembles a \"court above the appellate courts.\" This research employs a qualitative approach with a specific Case Study research method, focusing on the differential treatment of ASN members who represent a minority within the Military Judiciary. Ultimately, the study recognizes the need to bring together perspectives and unify understandings regarding the implementation of the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court Regulation Number 125 of 2009, analyzed through the Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) theory, in order to harmonize the management and governance of appellate courts. The flash flood had destroyed the bridge, which was the connecting access to the district market as the center of the community's local economy. The soft systems methodology (SSM) approach analyzed the complex situation involving various human activity systems in the bridge construction collaboration. The analysis results show the need for collaborative innovation between the Provincial and District Governments, Non-Government, the Indonesian National Army (TNI), the Indonesian National Police (Polri), and civil society. Especially in disaster emergency conditions, the choice of Ultra-Wide Acrow Panel Bridge technology proposed bottom-up by the NTB Provincial Government and the Military Resort Command (Korem) 162/Wira Bhakti NTB proved to be faster, more practical and more robust than the Bailey Bridge technology by the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing of the Republic of Indonesia (Kemen PUPR RI). This collaborative innovation restored road connectivity and the local economy and improved the quality of public services in Bima District. The aim of this research is to examine and analyze policies for dealing with the use of non-environmentally friendly fishing gear in the fisheries sector in West Seram Waters. The research method in this research is normative legal research equipped with a socio-legal approach. The approach used in this research is a statutory approach and a conceptual approach. The data collection technique is a literature study and is complemented by field data obtained through observation and in-depth interviews with stakeholders. Next, the data was analyzed qualitatively. The research results show that the fishing communities in Hatusua Village, Kamal Village and Waisarisa Village, which are located around the West Seram Waters, often use fishing gear that is not environmentally friendly when catching fish. The factors that cause them to carry out destructive fishing are factors such as a fairly long span of control making supervision difficult, economic needs; very simple fishing gear; providing assistance is not on target; Pokmaswas are less empowered; and lack of supervision between institutions. It is spread throughout all corners of rural areas. The implementation of the creative economy can be driven by the presence of a community that is required to be more energetic in actualizing new ideas; thus, it affects people’s welfare. A critical issue is how the creative economy community can encourage local wisdom; hence, local culture can continue to exist in community development. This research aims to reveal the JAF community’s roles in preserving local terracotta-based culture. The research method was a field case study in the JAF Community, Jatisura Village, Jatiwangi Sub-district, Majalengka Regency. JAF’s impact as a people empowerment activator community could be in the form of (1) fostering organizational enthusiasm in the community (the growth of community movements based on the focus of its work); (2) contributing to the community’s economy (many communities were developing their business ventures); (3) creating social networks (collaboration between communities not only locally but on a national and international scale); and (4) utilizing local wisdom culture (primarily related to arts, livelihood systems, social organizations, and knowledge systems). The application of Artificial Intelligence / AI to public services has been successfully implemented in Singapore and Finland. Meanwhile, in Indonesia there are still challenges that must be faced in implementing AI in public services to realize Smart Government, including information technology (ICT) infrastructure, policies and regulations, rigid bureaucracy, and the ability of human resources to use ICT. So, this research will explain the strategy for implementing AI in Indonesia using the Al-Besher Smart Government Framework based on the results of the SWOT analysis. This research uses qualitative research methods through literature review in the form of primary references, namely journals, articles, news and government performance reports. The research results show that the application of AI to realize Smart Government must carry out the strategy of IoT Enable System, AI Principles/Regulation/IoT Principle, and Shareholders to form a Smart Government Domain which contains 5 (five) Priority Fields for Indonesian Artificial Intelligence for 2020-2045. As a holding company for BUMN Survey Services (IDSurvey), although there is already a Decree of the BKI Board of Directors No. DU.007/HK.303/KI-21 concerning Refinement of Business Portfolio Determination for SBU (Strategic Business Unit) Function Improvement, but in practice, there are still various obstacles in BKI project management, such as delays in project completion and target mismatches in project management. This study uses a qualitative method with a soft systems methodology approach with research time from January to August 2023 at the BKI Head Office. By using e-government, digital governance, and project management, the study results show that BKI needs to develop a standard operating procedure for digital governance of project management in order to succeed in the project.
