The strategy to increase the competitiveness of cultivation technology and digital technology is the main key to its development. The purpose of this study is to analyze the simultaneous and partial effects of competitiveness variables as measured by production, capital and labor on digital technology strategies and their impact on the income of urban farming MSMEs in Jakarta City. The survey research method uses OLS Multiple Regression data analysis techniques for urban farming farmers or MSMEs in the Jakarta City area. The results of the study are that simultaneously products, capital and labor have a positive effect on the strategy for determining digital technology. The competitiveness of capital and labor plays a positive role in determining digital technology, while products cannot compete and have no real effect. Digital technology strategies have a positive impact on farmers' income. The research finding is that urban farming in the city of Jakarta is able to compete with the determining factor being its human resources in implementing digital technology in its farming. This application is designed to replace the conventional education administration system with an integrated system that is easy to use. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a case study as the research design. Data were collected through observation, interview, and documentation. As part of the Medan Aviation Polytechnic, the Aircraft Maintenance Technology Study Program (TPPU) plays an important role in vocational education and has been certified as an Approved Aircraft Maintenance Training Organization (AMTO) by DKPPU. However, the management of AMTO currently faces various challenges that need to be addressed, including issues in administration and accessibility. The implementation of this application has proven to be able to improve the quality of AMTO management in a systematic and organized manner, achieving the expected efficiency. This application simplifies the management of schedules, registration, and monitoring and evaluation of education administration. Data The type of data used is primary data and secondary data. The technique used to analyze the data is to focus the data on the role of the provincial regional inspectorate and its capability in conducting guidance and supervision of regional tax supervision, especially the Surface Water Tax. Based on the results of research by the Inspectorate of West Papua Province, they have carried out their main tasks properly and are in accordance with applicable regulations. However, it has not been effective in carrying out regional tax supervision. This is because there is no SOP related to tax oversight and a lack of human resource competency. The research method used is a literature study that focuses on the theme of Community Social Empowerment, formal and non-formal education. Resources come from secondary data in the form of public documents from the Office of Social Workers and Transmigration; Strategic Plan Document (RENSTRA) Cirebon City Education Office 2016-2021; and relevant literature. The results of the study consist of two sub-discussions. First, social empowerment of underprivileged communities through formal education is carried out in a simple and synergistic manner in accordance with the conditions of the community. Second, empowerment of low-income communities through non-formal channels is carried out through the concept of the Community Learning Activity Center (PKBM) and the Course & Training Institute (LKP). Both educational programs are said to be successful if there is a change for the better where the influence can be seen in the formation of characters such as self-confidence, creativity, and individual independence. The expected implication is that local governments can evaluate the Strategic Plan (RENSTRA) of the Cirebon City Education Office for 2016-2021 and carry out intense collaboration by collaborating with the private sector and educational institutions so that in the future, community social empowerment has a better contribution to national development. Telehealth through the use of artificial intelligence can help increase access to health, especially in remote areas. This study aims to describe the potential and challenges of implementing an artificial intelligence (AI) based Telehealth model in increasing access to health in remote areas. Using descriptive qualitative research methods with thematic data analysis, this research analyzes data obtained from literature studies and previous research related to Telehealth AI. The results reveal that Telehealth AI has the potential to reduce inequalities in access to health, improve health outcomes, and save healthcare systems costs. However, challenges such as adequate regulation, data security, limited technological infrastructure, and digital literacy need to be overcome to maximize benefits.
