Especially in masterring the characteristics of each students. Therefore teachers must be able to master pedagogical competencies to develop social skills especially in students with special needs in inclusive schools. The reseach method used is a qualitative method. The results showed that (1) Social studies teachers have implemented pedagogic science well so that they can develop social skills of students with special needs (2) Supporting factors for the development of social sskills of children with special needs is the availability of shadow teacher, school collaboration with parents, and facilities and infrastucture (3) Meanwhile, the inhibiting factor for the development of social skills stem from love self-confidence of students with special needs themselves. \u0000Guru mempunyai peran penting dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran terutama penguasaan terhadap karakteristik setiap peserta didik. Oleh karena itu guru harus dapat menguasai kompetensi pedagogik untuk mengembangkan keterampilan sosial terutama pada peserta didik berkebutuhan khusus di sekolah inklusi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif. Therefore, it must be able to use social media learning and be able to develop social media learning with creativity that is owned so that learning can be achieved optimally. The research method used is a qualitative method. The results showed that (1) the instructional media used by the teacher were LCD, maps, globe, pictures, video, puzzles, naget crowns and couple card (2) creativity of social studies teachers in developing learning media is done through collaboration with peers, teachers develop media searching on the internet, and teachers develop media by utilizing materials in the environment (3) evaluation of the usefulness of learning media that is media can clarify the material, the media cause childrens learning motivation to increase, and the media can improve the interaction relationship between teachers ans students. \u0000Guru mempunyai peran penting dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran. Oleh karena itu harus bisa menggunakan media pembelajaran IPS dan dapat mengembangkan media pembelajaran IPS dengan kreativitas yang dimiliki agar pembelajaran dapat tercapai secara maksimal. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif. The formulation of the problem in this study was to see whether there was an influence of the adobe photoshop CS3-based learning media handout on student learning outcomes in history subject in 10th grade students of Senior High School number 2 North Indralaya . This research was conducted from January 6th, 2020 until February 3rd, 2020. This type of method used in this study was quasi-experimental so that it only used one class to be tested. Data collection techniques used in this study were to use a test with a pretest and posttest design. The data analysis technique used was to use a simple regression test with a significant level of 0.05. Fcount results obtained 6.13, Ftable obtained F (0.05) (1.28) = 4.20. So based on the results of data analysis, the results of Fcount ≥ Ftable = (6.13 ≥ 4.20). Thus the hypothesis (Ho) was rejected and (Ha) was accepted. \u0000Penelitian ini berjudul “Implementasi Handout Berbasis Adobe Photoshop dalam Pembelajaran Sejarah di SMA Negeri 2 Indralaya Utara”. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat apakah ada pengaruh penerapan media pembelajaran handout berbasis adobe photoshop CS3 terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran sejarah di kelas X SMA Negeri 2 Indralaya Utara. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan mulai dari tanggal 6 Januari 2020 sampai dengan tanggal 3 Februari 2020. Jenis metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah eksperimen semu sehingga hanya menggunakan satu kelas untuk diujicobakan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan menggunakan tes dengan desain pretest dan posttest. Adapun teknik analisis data yang digunakan ialah dengan menggunakan uji regresi sederhana dengan taraf signifikan 0,05. Hasil Fhitung didapat 6,13, dan Ftabel didapat F(0,05) (1,28) =4,20. Sehingga berdasarkan hasil analisis data diperoleh hasil Fhitung ≥ Ftabel = (6,13≥4,20). This paper describes the basic concepts of patriotism, types of patriotism, criticism of patriotism, patriotism in the world of education, and the importance of Citizenship Education as a form of solution in instilling patriotism values. This type of research uses the method of library study by collecting data from assessment results from primary books and scientific journals. The results of the review of several literature shows that in some countries, Citizenship Education is used as a socialization tool and has an important role in instilling patriotism values with the aim of forming citizens who have the character of caring and love for the nation and state. \u0000Tujuan penulisan ini ialah mengeksplorasi eksistensi nilai patriotisme melalui Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan di beberapa negara dengan mengacu pada  teori sosial Durkheim dan politik Rousseau. Tulisan ini mendeskripsikan tentang  konsep dasar patriotisme, jenis-jenis patriotisme, kritik patriotisme, patriotisme di dunia pendidikan, dan pentingnya Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan sebagai bentuk solusi dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai patriotisme. This study aims to determine whether or not there is an influence of mind mapping learning models on class X student learning outcomes in geography subjects at SMA Negeri 2 Kikim Selatan. The research method used is a quantitative approach to the method of experimentation with data collection techniques obtained using observation, tests, and documentation. The average value of student learning outcomes in the experimental class can be categorized well that is 76.45 by using a mind mapping model, while the average value of learning outcomes of the control class by not using a mind mapping model can be categorized sufficiently with the average student learning outcomes is 61 , 29. Based on calculations, obtained t arithmetic> t table = 6.369> 1.683 ie t arithmetic = 6.369 and t table = 1.68 then accept the hypothesis (ha) which means \"There is an influence of mind mapping learning model on class X student learning outcomes in geography subjects at 02 Kikim Selatan High School. \u0000Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah pengaruh model Pembelajaran mind-mapping terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas X pada mata pelajaran geografi di SMA Negeri 2 Kikim Selatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada atau tidak ada pengaruh model pembelajaran mind mapping terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas X pada mata pelajaran geografi di SMA Negeri 2 Kikim Selatan. Metode penelitian yang yang digunahkan adalah metode pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode eksprimen dengan teknik pengumpulan data diperoleh menggunakan observasi, tes, dan dokumentasi. Nilai rata-rata hasil belajar siswa di kelas eksperimen dapat dikategorikan baik yaitu 76,45 dengan menggunakan model mind mapping, sedangkan nilai rata-rata hasil belajar kelas control dengan tidak menggunakan model mind mapping dapat dikategorikan cukup dengan rata-rata hasil belajar siswa adalah 61,29. The results of the analysis show that pedagogical and professional competence is not fully understood due to several constraints. Pedagogical competency constraints include; (1) the frequency of meeting and emotional closeness, (2) the number of teachers, (3) the ability of human resources, (4) the readiness of students, (5) the burden of multiple subjects, (6) less effective communication, (7) preparation of evaluation procedures not , (8) low willpower. While professional competency constraints include; (1) educational background is irrelevant, (2) readiness of students, (3) motivation to learn, (4) lack of willpower, (5) HR ability. The school seeks to develop teacher competencies, among others through the IHT (In House Training) program including training in the use of instructional media, training in writing scientific papers, training in the preparation of learning tools, etc. \u0000Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis pemahaman kompetensi pedagogik dan profesional guru IPS di Kecamatan Bawen Kabupaten Semarang. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa kompetensi pedagogik dan profesional belum dipahami secara maksimal karena beberapa faktor kendala. Kendala kompetensi pedagogik meliputi; (1) frekuensi bertemu dan kedekatan emosional, (2) jumlah guru, (3) kemampuan SDM, (4) kesiapan peserta didik, (5) beban mata pelajaran ganda, (6) komunikasi kurang efektif, (7) penyusunan evaluasi tidak prosedural, (8) rendahnya kemauan. Sedangkan kendala kompetensi profesional meliputi; (1) latar belakang pendidikan tidak relevan, (2) kesiapan peserta didik, (3) motivasi belajar, (4) rendahnya kemauan, (5) kemampuan SDM. In this democratic country General Election or Election is still considered as the most concrete form of community participation in the administration of government. One of them is a form of political participation through social media that is widely used by teenagers who can be regarded as novice voters. This study aims to explain the role of social media in increasing voter turnout in the 2019 presidential election. The research method is descriptive analysis, which is to describe, analyze and interpret data. Data collection techniques by: observation, interviews, questionnaires and FGD (Focus Group Discutions). The results showed that the use of social media among novice voters to access information about the election, namely Instagram ranks first, namely 77.6%, then there are WhatApps, Youtube and Twitter, while the factors that influence voter participation through social media are influenced by modernization , the influence of intellectuals and modern mass communication and government involvement in social, economic and cultural affairs. \u0000Indonesia merupakan negara demokrasi yang menjunjung tinggi kebebasan hak asasi manusia dan juga dalam mengemukakan pendapat di muka umum. Dalam negara demokrasi inilah Pemilihan Umum atau Pemilu masih dianggap sebagai bentuk partisipasi masyarakat yang bentuknya paling konkret dalam penyelenggaraan pemerintahan. Salah satunya yaitu bentuk partisipasi politik melalui media sosial yang banyak digunakan oleh kalangan remaja yang dapat dikatakan sebagai pemilih pemula. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan peran media sosial dalam meningkatkan partisipasi pemilih pemula pada pemilihan presiden tahun 2019. Metode penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif analisis, ialah untuk menggambarkan, menganalisis dan menginterpretasikan data. Tehnik pengambilan data dengan cara: observasi, wawancara, kuesioner dan FGD (Focus Group Discutions). This research uses a qualitative approach with a phenomenological research design. This research is located in the Hok Swie Bio temple in Bojonegoro Regency. The results showed that the King Ho Ping ritual began with a shadow puppet show continued with musical performances and Liong and Barongsai attractions. The climax of the ritual is to pray three times and the end of the ringing signal as a sign of the procession of the gunungan battle begins. Sub character values ​​that arise are 1) respecting differences in religion and belief; 2) firm stand; 3) cooperation between followers of religion; 4) appreciation of the nation's own culture 5) maintain the nation's cultural richness; 5) respect for diversity, ethnicity, religion and culture; 6) please help; 7) anti-discrimination; 8) lifelong pursuit; and 9) responsibilities. Marketer values ​​in the King Ho Ping ritual can be integrated in social studies learning materials in a thematic integrated social studies learning design based on topics, namely the integration of social life with the integration of geography, history, sociology, and economics. \u0000Tujuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui  prosesi ritual King Ho Ping dan nilai-nilai karakter dalam ritual King Ho Ping sebagai sumber belajar IPS. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain penelitian fenomenologi. Penelitian ini berlokasi di kelenteng Hok Swie Bio Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ritual King Ho Ping dimulai dengan acara pergelaran wayang kulit dilanjutkan dengan karawitan dan atraksi Liong serta Barongsai. Puncak ritual dilakukan sembahyang sebanyak tiga kali putaran dan diakhir bunyi gendering sebagai tanda prosesi rebutan gunungan dimulai. Sub nilai-nilai karakter yang muncul yaitu 1) menghargai perbedaan agama dan kepercayaan; 2) teguh pendirian; 3) kerja sama antar pemeluk agama; 4) apresiasi budaya bangsa sendiri 5) menjaga kekayaan budaya bangsa; 5) menghormati keragaman, suku, agama dan budaya; 6) tolong menolong; 7) anti diskriminasi; 8) pembejaran sepanjang hayat; dan 9) tanggung jawab.
