This condition causes food agriculture land to be faced with the problem of decreasing land area due to conversion to non-agricultural uses. The converted land area is mostly intended for residential housing developments in addition to the construction of public infrastructure, offices, shops and industries. This conversion of agricultural land can have a negative impact on agricultural development. Each district or city actually has to reserve and protect agricultural land that has the potential to be developed into sustainable food-producing agricultural land. However, in its implementation, the determination of the area for sustainable food-producing agricultural land has not been carried out by many districts or cities for various reasons. Likewise in Banten, the availability of agricultural land in Banten Province is getting depleted due to being eroded by development, new efforts and breakthroughs are needed in maintaining the availability of agricultural products while maintaining food security for the Banten people, one of which is by utilizing idle land owned by developers in urban areas so that they can be worked on by the community. farmer. Currently, the management of idle land owned by developers in urban areas is still not optimal. As a result, a lot of unused land is left empty before being built into housing. There needs to be support from all parties so that the management of unused land can be optimized in maintaining food security in Banten Province can always be maintained, in addition to avoiding consumptive people's habits, relying on all their daily needs from buying, while a lot of land can still be cultivated and cooperated. This study explains about Land Management and Land Use for Food in the area around the Untirta Sindang Sari campus and around the Sindang Sari village area which is still not optimal. This research is also to find out, examine and develop alternative policies related to efforts to optimize the potential of agricultural land used for food utilization. The long-term goal of this research is that this research aims to optimize land use and management to support food security in Banten and national food security. In research using a case study approach, namely at Islamic boarding schools and Umar bin Khatab, the two huts do classify themselves as salafi schools, but in their development the two salafi cottages have different tendencies. The results of this study are that Islamic boarding schools including Islamic boarding schools that carry Jihadi are included in the second typology of thought and action, while Umar bin Khatab Islamic Boarding Schools are more included in the first Salafi typology, namely purifying teachings and returning to their khitah. So from that it was concluded that the Islamic boarding school had seeds and seeds against radicalism, while the Umar bin Khatab Islamic boarding school tried to practice Islam as practiced by the Prophet and the early generations and the Salaf as-shalih. Source of data used in this study is the primary data questionnaire. This study uses a quantitative method because it aims to confirm the data obtained in the field with the existing theory. Samples were obtained by 97 customer respondents at BTN Syariah. Meanwhile, the data collection technique was carried out using the questionnaire method, and literature study. Data were processed using reliability, validity, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression tests, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination tests using the IBM SPSS 26 for windows program. The results of the data processing indicate that the bank's reputation partially has a significant effect on the customer loyalty variable as indicated by the large t test value of 5.430 > 1.98552. Employee ethics partially has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty of 3.297 > 1.98552. This type of research uses a qualitative descriptive approach by analyzing, describing, and at the same time summarizing various conditions, situations, various data collected in the form of interviews and observations of problems that occur in the field with using data collection techniques Interview, Observation, and Documentation. The results of the study show that the welfare conditions of the people of Watu-watu Village using the Maqashid Syari'ah Approach fulfill five main elements, namely protecting religion (Hifdzu din), protecting the soul (Hifdzu Nafs), protecting the mind (Hifdzu Aql), protecting offspring (Hifdzu Nasl), guarding property (Hifdzu Maal). Meanwhile, the role of the industrial presence of PT. Jhonlin Batu Mandiri in Watu-Watu Village, Lantari Jaya District, Bombana Regency has provided a source of basic and additional income for the community, this is because PT. Jhonlin Batu Mandiri opened job vacancies and recruited some of the people of Watu-watu Village as employees so that the surrounding community experienced an increase in the economy in a better direction and the community was able to support their needs. In addition to increasing welfare in terms of food, clothing, shelter and health, the surrounding community can also feel well-being on the spiritual side so that the presence of PT. Coupled with the development of the halal lifestyle phenomenon around the world, Indonesia has become one of the countries that can develop a halal economic industry while still paying attention to the applied halal lifestyle. The research on the implementation of the halal life style at the Becos café uses descriptive-analytic techniques. The word halal described in the theoretical basis refers to everything that does not deviate from Islamic law. Meanwhile, lifestyle is related to behavior which is composed of activities, interests, and opinions. So the intended lifestyle is all forms of activity that do not deviate from the teachings of Islam. Research conducted at Becos cafe is about how Becos café implements a halal lifestyle as a basis for doing business because the cafe is actually a cottage environment, so researchers are interested in researching and exploring the specifics of the lifestyle in it.
