The research uses a qualitative approach with case study analysis. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Data analysis techniques through data reduction, data presentation, and verification. Checking the validity of the data through technical triangulation and source triangulation. The results of this study are: (1) character values in scouting education consist of religious character values, character values related to oneself such as independence, creativity, and discipline, and character values related to others and the environment. (2) supporting factors for inculcating character values in scouting education are having loyal coaches, good cooperation from institutions and parents in scout extracurricular activities, complete facilities ranging from fields and outdoors to scouting tools and scout studios all of them are supportive, and the awareness and interest of student to take extracurricular activities is very high. The development of Micro small and Medium Enterprises in Indonesia really needs the contribution and role of Islamic banks in terms of increasing the availability of financing, namely providing easier requirements and conducting training and business assistance. Islamic banks are expected to continue to develop in improving the capabilities of small and medium enterprises, this is based on the fact that one of the roles of Micro small and Medium Enterprises can drive the national economy, namely being able to absorb large numbers of workers, increasing gross domestic product (GDP) and being able to overcome the economic crisis. The rapid development of technology has a positive impact on every element of society. One sector that takes advantage of the development of information technology is the education sector. Educational institutions are required to be able to develop a management information system (MIS) in order to improve the quality of educational services. Currently, educational institutions have various needs in implementing and managing their organizations or institutions. Information Technology is a number of data that has been processed through data processing in order to test the level of truth and achievement in accordance with the needs of information technology in management. There are three important things that must be considered from information, namely: (1) information is the result of data processing, (2) provides meaning, (3) is useful and useful. Currently, internet-based learning, such as web-learning, e-learning or online learning (distance learning) has been widely practiced. These lessons use the internet as a medium. In addition to learning to be more flexible in terms of time, place and age, students can also access the information needed in learning freely. Seeing the development of the current era, all aspects of life cannot be separated from Information Technology (IT), especially in the world of education. Starting from the student data management system, it has now been facilitated by the existence of information technology. The urgency of this research is to provide a scientific explanation of online marketing strategies implemented before, during the Covid-19 Era and online marketing strategies according to an Islamic economic perspective by Ud. Simple Kec. Konda 1 Kab. South Conawe. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods with data collection techniques of observation, interviews and documentation. Data reduction analysis techniques, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study can be concluded that the online marketing strategy implemented by Ud. It was simple before Covid-19, namely by using the 4P strategy, namely Promotion and Place. But since the Covid-19 outbreak, Ud. Simple experienced a very drastic decline so that the owner must improve the strategy used. Islamic economic review in the online marketing strategy carried out by Ud. Simple Kec. Konda 1 Kab. South Konawe is in accordance with the marketing strategy carried out by Rasulullah, namely Segmentation, Targeting and Positioning. And it is in accordance with the character of Islamic marketing which includes Divinity, Ethics, Realism, and Humanity. The same challenge is also faced by Vocational Madrasah Aliyah in integrating Islamic educational values and nursing productive curriculum. So as a strategic step and a solution, the author tested the influence of teacher professionalism on teacher performance at Madrasah Aliyah Kejuruan Madani Manado. The method that the author uses in this study is a quantitative method. The research sample was madrasa teachers, totaling 30 respondents in the research population. The research instrument used a questionnaire and hypothesis testing was carried out through a simple linear regression analysis test. The results of the study stated that there was a significant and positive effect of teacher professionalism on teacher performance at Madrasah Aliyah Kejuruan Madani Manado, thus Ha was accepted. The power of influence in the strong category is 0.687 and the contribution given by teacher professionalism to teacher performance is 47.2%. In this case, the role in question is: first, the role of women as Kowad (public role). Second, as a wife to meet the needs of her husband, as the mother of their children and as a housewife (domestic role). Third, as a member of society who must be responsive to social problems. The sample used is 8 respondents, who is a member of Kowad Sub Koor Yogyakarta which are located in Magelang, Temanggung and Yogyakarta. This research is a type of field research with qualitative and descriptive-analytical methods. Collect data by interviewing directly with informants. The results of this research indicate that the function of each family member in Kowad Sub Koor Yogyakarta is husband making a living (public role), wife doing housework (domestic task) and the task of the child is to study (school). There are three forms of roles in the division of domestic tasks: 1) balanced division of labor, 2) wife's job is tougher, 3) division of labor with an autonomous system. The fact shows that the division of labor is heavier on the wife is more dominant.
