Tujuan dilakukan penelitian ini yakni untuk mengetahui sejauh mana keberhasilan dari penerapan metode Brainstorming pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam materi Syaja’ah dan kaitannya dengan permasalahan Degredasi moral di zaman sekarang di kelas XI SMA Negeri 4 Bukittinggi. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui pendekatan kualitatif jenis deskriptif dengan menggunakan informan kunci yaitu guru mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam dan informan pendukungnya adalah siswa kelas XI. Dalam mengumpulkan data penulis menggunakan data observasi dan wawancara untuk menguji keakuratan data. Then their real work movement in the field of artifact civilization. In the era of jahiliyah, there had been tremendous damage to aqidah and morals in Mecca. Damage such as drunkenness, robbery, and worship other than Allah. In overcoming the problem, Allah SWT. sent the Prophet Muhammad SAW to repair the aqidah and morals that had been damaged in Mecca. The first step taken by the Prophet Muhammad SAW. namely teaching monotheism to the people in Mecca, but when the Prophet was 63 years old he died and at that time he still did not succeed in improving the aqidah and morals of the people of Mecca. Shortly after the death of the Prophet the companions decided to deliberate consensus, namely to elect a successor to the Prophet Muhammad SAW. The first successor was Abu Bakar as-Siddiq, Umar Bin Khattab, Usman bin Affan, and finally Ali bin abi Talib. These companions are called Khulafaur Rashiddin. Thought in Islam was born long after the emergence of Islam, after going through a long historical process. At least modern thought in Islam among thinkers emerged after Islam experienced a period of decline in all fields since the fall of the caliphate of Abbasid bani in Baghdad in 1258 AD. It is important for the parties involved to understand the risks and consequences associated with currency fluctuations before entering into such transactions. As Muslims, understanding how usury is applied in today's context is important in carrying out financial practices that are in accordance with Islamic religious principles. This article uses a literature study method by analyzing a comparative study of the understanding of usury at the time of the Prophet Muhammad with usury in modern times that uses currency (fiat), referring to the book of fiqh in looking at the definition of usury which currently needs to be reviewed. The main purpose of religion forbidding usury is to maintain justice and avoid charging unfair interest, while taking into account risks and other relevant factors in financial transactions. In practice, an understanding of Islamic financial instruments helps choose financial products with sharia principles. With the motivation of work makes employees more passionate in carrying out their work. The higher the motivation given, the higher the performance of employees in a company. This study aims to find out how strong the relationship between work motivation and work environment and employee performance at Bank BRI Syariah KCP Kebumen. The sample in this study amounted to 24 people taken from the total number of employee population at Bank BRI Syariah KCP Kebumen. This study used primary data by distributing questionnaires sourced from employees at Bank BRI Syariah KCP Kebumen. Secondary data sourced from documents. Data analysis techniques in this study used multiple creation analysis processed using IMB SPSS Statistic 25. From the results of data processing analysis shows that there is a positive and direct relationship between work motivation and work environment with employee performance, but the closeness of relationships in this study is low at 0.288. Looking at the guidelines for relationship density, this study was in the number 0.20 – 0.399. Data collection techniques in this study used literature study and decommentation methods. \u0000The data is processed using SPSS through the classical assumption test, path analysis test (Path) and hypothesis testing to see the effect of the independent variable X on the dependent variable through an intermediary variable and without going through an intermediary. \u0000From the results of data processing, it shows that the analysis of the effect of Npf, Fdr and Bopo on Profitability (Roa) at Pt Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Tbk. The results of the study show that: the effect of the NPF variable (X1) on BOPO (X3) is obtained by a value of 0.270 > 0.05 that there is no direct effect of X1 on X3. The effect of the variable FDR (X2) on BOPO (X3) obtained a value of 0.599 > 0.05 that there was no direct effect of FDR (X2) on BOPO (X3). The effect of the BOPO variable (X3) on ROA (Y) obtained a value of 0.000 ˂ 0.05 that there is a direct effect of BOPO (X3) on ROA (Y). The effect of the NPF variable (X1) on ROA (Y) through BOPO (X3) obtained a value of 0.011 > -0.450 that the direct effect is greater than the indirect effect which means NPF (X1) through BOPO (X3) has no significant effect on ROA (Y ). The effect of NPF (X1) on ROA (Y) through BOPO (X3) obtained a value of 0.207 > -0.047 that the indirect effect is greater than the direct effect which means FDR (X2) through BOPO (X3) has a significance for ROA (Y). The effect of NPF (X1) on ROA (Y) was obtained by a value of 0.819 > 0.05, indicating that there was no direct significant effect of NPF (X1) on ROA (Y). Madrasah Aliyah Abu Amr, which is under the auspices of the Ar-Roudloh Berbaur Islamic boarding school, has more time in studying the Islamic religious education, thus making students prone to experience weariness and boredom which results in passive students when learning in class. Therefore, to increase learning motivation, as well as increase student learning activity in class X MA Abu Amr, it is carried out with a fun learning model in fiqh subjects. \u0000The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation and implications of the fun learning model on student motivation in fiqh subjects in class X MA Abu AmrPasuruan Regency. \u0000This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with the type of case study research, namely research that is carried out intensively, in detail, and in depth on a particular incident or case to find out in depth how the implementation of the fun learning model on the learning motivation of class X MA Abu Amr. Madrasa as a place for students to get Islamic education is the basis of moral development. In this study, MTs N 2 Kotamobagu also has an equally important role in fostering students to become human beings of faith and morality. What is the role of madrasas and what steps are taken in fostering student morals are the subject of research. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The results of the study show that the activities carried out in madrasas are based on moral development.
