Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik analisa d ata yang di lakukan dengan merujuk kepada teknik analisa data model Miles dan Huberman yaitu: Reduksi data, display data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Informan penelitian adalah empat orang penyuluh KB Kecamatan Kotapinang. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa Program yang dilaksanakan Penyuluh KB adalah program KB dengan beberapa sub program pendukung. Sementara metode yang digunakan adalah metode langsung dan metode tidak langsung. Beberapa faktor menjadi penghambat dalam pelaksanaan Program KB antara lain: Faktor masyarakat yang kurang merespon, budaya, rendahnya pendidikan, dan geografis. Sementara faktor pendukung pelaksanaan Program KB yaitu faktor internal dari penyuluh, sementara faktor eksternal yaitu dukungan pemerintah, masyarakat, maupun swasta. Kata Kunci: Penyuluh, KB ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine (1) what kind of program conducted by KB Counsellor (2) How is the method used in conducting KB programs (3) what kind of the o obstacles faced by counsellor and (4) what kind of supporting factor in conducting KB program. Research method used in this study was qualitative research by using data analysis Miles and Huberman model namely: data reduction, data displaying, summarising. Research informant is four KB counsellors of sub-district of Kotapinang. The study result showed that program conducted by KB counsellor is KB program that is combine d with some of supported sub-program. In addition , method used was directing and in directing method. Some of obstacle factors faced in conducting KB program are community factors, culture s , level of education, people mindset, and geographic factor. On the other hand, there are some supported program s namely external factor such as level of education and internal factor such as counselor itself. Namun kenyataan di lapangan masih banyak kalangan profesional (guru atau keonselor di sekolah maupu luar sekolah, akademik maupun mahasiswa) yang belum familiar atau mengenal dengan metode ekspositori. Isu ini dapat menjadi ancaman bagi harmonisasi dan keefektifan pelayanan bimbingan dan konseling terutama di lingkungan pendidikan, apabila tidak dijadikan bahan rujukan untuk diskusi ataupun mencari alternatif pemecahannya dari semua pihak dari kalangan praktisi, pendidik maupun birokrasi ataupun ahli lainnya. Metode ekspositori dianalogikan dengan metode ceramah dan konvensional, metode pembelajaran yang menekankan kepada proses penyampaian materi secara verbal dari seseorang guru kepada sekelompok siswa atau peserta didik dengan maksud agar siswa dapat menguasai materi pembelajaran secara optimal. Guru cenderung menjadi lebih berperan sebagai fokus pembelajaran yang memberikan informasi sedangkan peserta didik tidak terlalu banyak aktivitas untuk menemukan materi. Dalam pelaksanaan bimbingan dan konseling guru BK atau konselor berdampingan menggunakan metode ekspositori dalam bentuk ceramah, demonstrasi, tanya jawab dan penugasan. Konselor atau guru BK menyiapkan materi layanan, dengan menggunakan berbagai media baik langsung maupun elektronik (film, tulisan, gambar dan simulasi) dengan memberikan kesempatan kepada peserta didik sehingga dapat mencapai kemandirian yang utuh dan optimal dalam kehidupan pribadi, sosial dan karir serta mencapai keselarasan antara pikiran, perasaaan dan perilaku. Kata Kunci: Metode Ekspositori, bimbingan dan konseling, layanan klasikal, peminatan, perencanaan, metode pembelajaran, konselor. THE IMPORTANCE OF UTILIZING INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY BY TEACHER AND CONSELING TEACHERS ABSTRACT Technology information is an important factor in the process of guidance and counselling services. The existence of the utilization of technology information is expected to encourage teachers of guidance and counseling for a more creative, innovative, and varied in finding and providing the latest information in the process of counselling. Therefore, technology should be put to my best optimal and perhaps by the teacher guidance and counseling so that the given service can give you optimal results. However, the situation there is still the fact teacher guidance and counselling have yet to utilize technology information optimally. While technology information is one of the factors supporting the ministry of guidance and counseling. P e nelitianinibertujuanuntuk mendeskripsikan (1) kecanduan game online siswa , (2) hasil belajar sisw a, (3) hubungan antara kecanduan game online dengan hasil belajar siswa . Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif jenis deskriptif korelasional. . Penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa: (1) kecanduan siswa pada game tergolong kategori tinggi (2) hasil belajar siswa tergolong kategori rendah dan (3) Terdapat hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara kecanduan game online dengan hasil belajar dengan koefisien korelasi (r xy ) sebesar -0, 225 . Kata Kunci: Game Online, Hasil Belajar ONLINE ADDICTION RELATIONSHIP GAME STUDENT LEARNING OUTCOMES ABSTRACT This research is motivated by low student learning outcomes, students often spend their time to play Online Game this is supposedly the cause of low student learning outcomes. This study aims to describe (1) addiction to online game students, (2) student learning outcomes, (3) the relationship between online game addiction with student learning outcomes. This research uses quantitative method of correlational descriptive type. Akan tetapi puasa yang mereka lakukan dari tahun ke tahun belum ada efeknya terhadap perubahan prilaku mereka sehari-hari. Selama puasa mereka masih suka mengucapkan kata-kata kotor, mengejek dan menghina kawan sendiri, mencuri, main judi, minum-minuman, menonton film porno, pergaulan bebas (pacaran), melawan orang tua, keterlibatan obat-obatan (Narkoba) dan lain sebagainya yang mengakibatkan puasa yang mereka kerjakan tidak berdampak pada perubahan perilakunya. J enis penelitian yang digunakan adalah field research (penelitian lapangan) dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif . Hakikat peneliti sebagai instrumen kunci diaplikasikan dalam penggunaan teknik pengumpulan data kualitatif yang terdiri dari observasi berperanserta dan wawancara. A alisis data dibagi menjadi tiga tingkat, yaitu analisis data pada tingkat awal, analisis pada saat pengumpulan data lapangan dan analisi data setelah selesai pengumpulan data dan terakhir adalah triangulasi data. Hasil yang dipeoleh dalam penelitian ini yaitu pertama saudara Angga advori Pratama memiliki pengalaman bahwa p uasa berdampak positif terhadap pembentukan kepribadiannya . Kedua Anggi Putri Dewi memiliki pengalaman bahwa p uasa berdampak positif terhadap pembentukan kepribadiannya . Ketiga Hermansyah Piliang memiliki pengalaman bahwa p uasa belum berdampak apapun terhadap kepribadiannya dan terakhir saudara Ridwan memiliki pengalman b elum dapat merasakan hikmah dari puasa terutama terhadap pembentukan kepribadiannya . Saran saya untuk mengatasi k endala-kendala dan problema yang dihadapi oleh remaja dalam melaksanakan puasa akan dapat teratasi apabila ada kerjasama yang dibangun antara orang tua dengan pemuka agama, antara orang tua dengan remaja, antara remaja dengan pemuka agama dan kerjasama antara remaja dengan masyarakat.
