Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan hasil asesmen dan kemudian diajadikan sebagai informasi untuk mengambil tindakan yang lebih baik. penelitian menggunakan metode evaluasi dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, observasi , dokumentasi dan FGD . Penentuan informan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Temuan penelitian di periksa melalui empat kreteria yaitu (1) uji Kepercayaan 2) Keteralihan, 3) Defendibilitas 4) Konformitas. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahw a ; a) kesalahan dalam melakukan diagnosis masalah konseli b) lemahnya wawasan tentang budaya konseli c) Lemahnya kemampuan dalam membangun relasi terapeutik , d) kesulitan dalam melakukan empati dan e)lemah dalam mengeksplorasi masalah konseli K ata Kunci : Asesmen , Keterampilan Mahasiswa BK, Konseling Lintas Budaya. Abstract Indonesia was a country that has many various in community differences, so that in the implementation of counseling, counselor had the potential to fail in understanding the culture of students or counselees, so it can be resulted in the failure of the counseling process. This study was aimed to obtain assessment result then made as information to take better action. The research used evaluation methods with a study case approach. The technique of collecting data was used by interview, observation, and documentation. The sample was used purposive sampling technique. The research findings were examined through four criteria, namely (1) Trust test, 2) Transferability, 3) Dependability, 4) Conformity. The result was showed that students were not skilled in a) diagnosing counselee problems b) low of insights about counselee culture c) low of ability to build therapeutic relationship, d) difficulty in doing empathy and e) low in exploiting counselee problems. Hal ini penting karena berkaitan erat dengan tugas perkembangan sosial yang harus dilewati oleh anak usia dini yaitu mempelajari tentang perbedaan jenis kelamin agar sesuai dengan apa yang diharapkan. Namun seiring dengan adanya perubahan sosial yang terjadi pada masyarakat, peran gender tidak lagi secara khusus dikaitkan dengan jenis kelamin seseorang. Identitas gender maupun peran gender lebih difungsikan akibat pengaruh sosial baik dalam sosialisasi, hasil interaksi sosial maupun proses rekognisi dari sejumlah pengetahuan yang dimiliki seseorang. Beberapa alternatif pemecahan masalah yang mungkin dapat diterapkan dalam mengatasi kesalahpahaman mengenai gender. Khusus pada dunia pendidikan, Budaya adil gender pada anak usia dini akan berlangsung secara optimal dan efektif bila direncanakan dengan baik dan metode yang tepat. Untuk itu guru perlu merencanakan dengan matang salah satu strategi adil gender yaitu melalui bermain peran. Melalui metode bermain peran, anak diharapkan dapat mengenali jati dirinya sendiri serta mendapatkan kesempatan untuk mengembangkan fantasi dan menyalurkan kecenderungan pembawaannya sesuai dengan pengalaman dan kegiatan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Kata Kunci: Adil Gender, Anak Usia Dini, Bermain Peran ABSTRACK Introducing gender issues should be done as early as possible. This is important because it relates to the task of social development that must be passed by early childhood, namely about the sex to suit what is expected. But along with the social changes that occur in society, gender roles are no longer related to one's gender. Gender identity and gender roles are more functioned from social influences both in socialization, the results of social interaction and the process of recognition of the amount of knowledge needed by a person. Some alternative solutions to problems that might be applied in overcoming misunderstandings about gender. Especially in the world of education, fair gender culture in early childhood will take place optimally and effectively if approved by the right method. For this reason teachers need to plan with a gender strategy one of which is through role playing. Through the role playing method, children are expected to be able to use their own teak and get opportunities to develop fantasies and channel their interest in accordance with their experiences and activities in daily life. Penelitian bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan perencanaan karir melalui bimbingan karier media mind mapping pada siswa kelas XI di SMA Ungul Negeri 3 Palembang. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan secara kolaboratif antara peneliti dan guru kelas. Model penelitian yang digunakan model Kemmis dan Mc. Taggart. Subjek penelitian ini yaitu 58 orang siswa. Objek penelitian adalah perencanaan karir. Pengumpulan data akan dilakukan melalui angket, observasi dan dokumentasi. Data penelitian dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan yang dilakukan berulang-ulang dapat meningkatkan kemampuan perencanaan karir siswa. Peningkatan dapat dilihat pada hasil penelitian. Pada kondisi awal siswa mayoritas berada pada kriteria sangat rendah dengan jumlah 40 anak (69%). Setelah dilakukan tindakan pada siklus I, kemampuan perencanaan karir mengalami peningkatan yaitu untuk kriteria sangat rendah tidak ada (0%). Perolehan skor terbanyak berada pada kriteria tinggi sejumlah 27 anak (47%). Pada siklus II meningkat pada kriteria sangat tinggi sejumlah 58 anak (100%). Penelitian ini dihentikan sampai siklus II karena sudah memenuhi kriteria indikator keberhasilan. Saat ini para siswa selalu mengunakan internet baik itu melalui komputer maupun gadget yang mereka miliki. Diyakini bahwa internet memiliki pengaruh positif dan negatif bagi setiap penggunanya, lalu bagaimana dengan siswa? apakah penggunaan internet bagi siswa memiliki dampak positif ataupun negatif terhadap hasil belajar . Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hal tersebut, apakah terdapat pengaruh intensitas penggunaan internet dengan hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif korelasional dengan populasi seluruh siswa SMA Negeri 13 Kerinci tahun ajaran 2017/2018 yang berjumlah 284 siswa yan memiliki perbedaan jenis kelamin, strata kelas dan penghasilan orang tua (Heterogen), sampel penelitian diambil menggunakan teknik Proportional Random Sampling dengan tingkat kesalahan 0,05 sehingga sampel menjadi 166 orang. Angket yang digunakan untuk melihat intensitas belajar mengunakan angket dengan skala likert dengan reliabel 0,888 sebanyak 22 butir dan untuk hasil belajar dilihat dari nilai tengah semester siswa. Analisis data menggunakan rumus koralasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa intensitas penggunaan internet pada siswa tergolong tinggi (61,21%) dan sedang (38,78%). Untuk prestasi belajar siswa rata-rata siswa adalah 68,94 yang masih tergolong rendah dan berada dibawah standar . Uji hipotesis menunjukan adanya pengaruh intensitas penggunaan internet terhadap prestasi belajar siswa di SMA Negeri 13 Kerinci, dengan besar pengaruhnya 14,1%. Implikasi dari penelitian ini dapat digunakan oleh pihak sekolah agar dapat membuat bebrapa seminar tentang penggunaan internet yang positif pagi siswa agar intrnet dapat digunakan oleh siswa dalam belajar dan meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa SMA N egeri 13 Kerinci. It is believed that the internet has positive and negative influences for every user, then what about students? whether the use of the internet for students has a positive or negative impact on learning outcomes. Pada penyelesaian skripsi biasanya mahasiswa mendapatkan berbagai rintangan terutama godaan, serta rasa malas yang begitu besar sehingga dalam penyelesaiannya mahasiswa melakukan penundaan dalam penyusunan skripsi. Menunda dalam mengerjakan skripsi dapat dikatakan sebagai prokrastinasi akademik. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif yang nantinya analisis data mengunakan rumus persentase. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 24 orang mahasiswa yang berada di semester sepuluh. Temuan penelitian ini secara umum adalah tingkat prokrastinasi akademik mahasiswa dalam mengerjakan skripsi berada pada kategori sangat tinggi, dengan rata-rata 122,6. Berdasarkan hal tersebut diharapkan permasalahan prokrastinasi akademik tersebut dapat secepatnya diberikan solusi. Kata Kunci: Prokrastinasi Akademik, Mahasiswa Bimbingan dan Konseling ACADEMIC PROCRASTINATION STUDIES GUIDANCE AND COUNSELING THE UNIVERSITY OF PGRI PALEMBANG IN A THESIS COURSE ABSTRACT Thesis which is one of the requirements in the studio that is completed becomes the agreed phase for students. At the completion of the thesis, students get various difficulties, temptations, and a sense of laziness that is so great that they can overcome the difficulties of students in completing the thesis. Scripts can help academic procrastination. This research is a quantitative descriptive research that analyzes data using a percentage formula. The subjects of this study were 24 students who were in the tenth semester. The results of this study in general are the level of student academic procrastination in working on the thesis in the very high category, with an average of 122.6. Based on this, it is expected that this solution to academic procrastination can be protected by a solution. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Causal Relationship Study dan analisis data adalah uji statistik yakni struktural equation modelling (SEM). Penggunaan smartphone yang salah dalam hal ini adalah penyebaran informasi yang tidak benar atau sering dikenal berita hoax. Permasalahan tersebut harus diatasi dengan pemberian layanan informasi format klasikal bermuatan pendekatan discovery learning. Informasi yang diberikan diharapkan memberikan pemahaman kepada siswa dalam mengatasi masalah pemanfaatan smartphone, sehingga pemberian informasi tersebut dapat memberikan efek yang positif kepada siswa dan terhindar dari penyampaian berita hoax. Kata Kunci: Pendekatan Discovery Learning, Layanan Informasi, Format Klasikal IMPLEMENTATION OF DISCOVERY LEARNING APPROACH TO CLASICAL FORMAT INFORMATION SERVICES ABSTRACT The use of technological developments towards the negative leads to the emergence of various problems including the problem of smartphone use. Incorrect use of smartphones in this case is the dissemination of information that is not true or often known as hoax news. These problems must be overcome by providing classical format information services with a discovery learning approach. The information provided is expected to provide an understanding to students in addressing the problem of using smartphones, so that the provision of such information can have a positive effect on students and avoid the delivery of hoax news.
