The ability to think creatively is one of the skills that must be mastered in this century. Where by thinking creatively, students are asked to be able to solve problems with effective and efficient solutions, have answers that vary from one another, have mastery of problem concepts, give opinions on a topic problem, and draw conclusions. This study aims to describe the development of the simulation games module on creative thinking and to describe the feasibility of the simulation games module to improve the thinking skills of the OSIS Management at SMP N 12 Yogyakarta from the assessment of material, media, and Guidance and Counseling service experts. This type of research is Research and Development with 4D models. Where the subjects in this study are material experts, media experts and counseling service experts. The result of this study is a simulation games module to improve creative thinking skills in the OSIS Management at SMP N 12 Yogyakarta. Where this research uses a 4D model, namely Define, Design, Development, and Dissesmination), but this research only reaches the Development stage and produces print media in the form of modules. As well as the results of the assessment of the simulation games module on the ability to think creatively in general, both in terms of media, materials, and services with details, namely the value of the material angle with a value of 95 (very good category), the media angle with a value of 85 (very good category), and the service angle. Guidance and Counseling with a score of 95 (very good category) and the overall average value of this product is 91.7 (very good category). This type of research is qualitative research. Collecting data using the method of observation and interview methods. The instruments used for data collection are observation guidelines and interview guidelines. The place of research is at MTs Negeri 5 Sleman Yogyakarta. Sources of data in this study are Guidance and Counseling Teachers, Principals, Homeroom Teachers, and Students. The data analysis used is 1) data collection, 2) data reduction, 3) data presentation, and 4) drawing conclusions. The validity of data or trust in research results can be obtained by using source triangulation techniques. The results of this study found that Services for students’ victims and perpetrators of Body shaming are not included in the guidance and counseling program. Guidance and Counseling Teachers in the implementation of services for victims of Body shaming are mediation services, while for Body shaming perpetrators are individual counseling. The conclusion in this study is that the implementation of Guidance and Counseling Services for victims and perpetrators of body shaming at MTs N 5 Sleman Yogyakarta is that the guidance and counseling services provided are individual counseling given to perpetrators of body shaming and mediation services are used for victims of body shaming. The aim of this research is to find out whether assertive training techniques effect on students' self-confidence at MTs Negeri 1 Palembang. The method used in this research is a one group pretest posttest design. The population in this study was class VIII students at MTs N 1 Palembang with a sample of 10% of the total number of class VIII students, namely there were 30 samples. Data collection techniques in this study used a questionnaire and observation. This study focuses on the effect of assertive training on students' self-confidence. From the results of data analysis, the average pre-test 74.83 and the average post-test is 77.7. Tcount is -4.735 with a Ttable value of 2.045. The results obtained indicate an increase in the average value after the post-test. Children are entitled to maintenance and protection, while in the womb or after birth, and children are entitled to protection against the environment that endangers or hinders their growth and development. Child abuse comes in many forms. This study to find out the relationship between verbal violence and student’s learning achievement. We used descriptive quantitative correlation, cross-sectional, for instruments we used questionnaires for verbal violence. Data analysed was a bivariate test that used the chi-square test. Technic sampling used stratified random sampling with lottery technique based on student ID number amount 225 people. Type of research and development used refers to the theory of R&D Borg and Gall. The population of this research is schools located in the Ahmad Yani Cluster, Sekampung District, East Lampung Regency. The sample of this research is the fifth-grade students of SDN 2 Giriklopomulyo. Data collection techniques in the form of documentation, questionnaires, and tests. Data analysis used qualitative analysis with descriptive percentage for expert and practitioner validation, and quantitative analysis with Rasch program for validity and reliability and SPSS program to test effectiveness. The results of this study indicate that the contextual-based teaching materials that were developed are valid and practical to use based on the results of expert validation and the results of the questionnaire responses of educators and students. The results of the N-Gain test and paired sample t-test obtained a significant value <0.05. The participants in this study were 67 active students of the Satya Wacana Christian University Faculty of Psychology, class of 2018-2020 who used social media for a minimum of 5 hours. The research instrument uses 2 measuring instruments, namely the Bergen Social Media Addiction Scale (BMAS) Indonesian version modified by Maheswari and Dwiutami (2013) and the Indonesian Fear of missing Out Scale (FoMOS) modified by Kaloeti, Kurnia, and Tahamata (2021). Based on the results of data analysis using the Pearson product moment correlation test, there is a significant positive relationship between Fear of Missing Out and social media addiction with a correlation coefficient of 0.564 with a significance value of 0.000 (p < 0. 05) which means that the higher the level of Fear of Missing Out, the higher the level of addiction to social media, and conversely the lower the level of Fear of Missing Out, the lower the level of addiction to social media. Participants in this study were employees who worked at company with a total population of 32 participants. The research method used in this study is a quantitative approach, with a non-probabilty sampling technique, namely saturated sampling by taking the entire population of 32 participants. Measurement of organizational culture uses a scale from Hartanto (2016) which develops a scale from Robbins (2011) to measure organizational culture with a cronbach alpha of 0.856. Meanwhile, to measure job satisfaction using a job satisfaction scale according to Spector (1997) with a cronbach alpha of 0.791. The scale is distributed in the form of a questionnaire, with data analysis using IBM SPSS Statistics version 26 and simple linear regression analysis with the equation Y= a + bX. The results of data analysis obtained the equation Y = 30,754 + 0.110 X. This means that the results of the study found that organizational culture had a significant effect on employee job satisfaction at company. This research method uses a quantitative approach with a correlational research design that aims to investigate the extent to which a variable is related to one or more variables. The research data were collected using research instruments, namely the BK teacher's 4C skill questionnaire and the implementation of basic guidance and counseling services which were distributed to 60 respondents of guidance and counseling teachers, this instrument has been tested for validity and reliability with confirmatory factor analysis, then analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques and path analysis using JASP statistical data.
