Anxiety experienced can interfere with psychological well-being and academic achievement. The study aimed to determine the prevalence of anxiety levels in junior high school students in flood-prone areas. This study uses quantitative methods and descriptive design with a cross-sectional approach Samples were taken using a total sampling technique of 100 junior high school students living in flood-prone areas. Data were collected using the Screen for Child Anxiety Related Disorders. The results showed that the average age of the respondents was 13.43 years, the standard deviation was 0.756, the minimum age was 12 years, and the maximum period was 16 years. A total of 66.0% of respondents are female. Anxiety descriptions of respondents: 73.0% experienced anxiety disorders, with criteria: generalized anxiety disorder 43%, panic or somatic disorders 54%, separation anxiety 81%, social anxiety 48% and school avoidance 19.0%. Junior high school students who live in flood-prone areas with repeated floods experience anxiety. Based on the study's results, the recommendations require cooperation between counselling teachers and primary health care nurses in charge of school health efforts to screen the psychological health of adolescents affected by floods and provide psychological interventions.","PeriodicalId":140340,"journal":{"name":"Bulletin of Counseling and Psychotherapy","volume":"27 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"117104422","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

A number of studies have proven the importance of counselor self-efficacy in implementing counseling. However, in Indonesia there is no instrument that measures the counselor's self-efficacy in implementing counseling. This study aims to develop and validate the counselor's self-efficacy scale in counseling. The counselor's self-efficacy scale in counseling was developed to assess the counselor's belief in counseling. The scale was developed based on the skills used in the counseling phase in general. The counselor's self-efficacy scale in counseling consists of 3 dimensions with 26 statement items. The subjects of this study were school counselors throughout Malang Raya with 100 school counselors as participants. The procedure for compiling the instrument consists of four steps; define constructs, develop measurement models, perform confirmatory factor analysis and check the validity of the measurement models. Often the nurses feel exhaustion after doing work. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between self-efficacy and burnout in nurses at RSUD K.R.M.T. Wongsonegoro Semarang during the Covid-19 pandemic. Participants in this study were female or male nurses at RSUD K.R.M.T. Wongsonegoro Semarang who became the implementing nurse in the isolation room during the Covid-19 pandemic, totaling 34 participants. Sampling uses a saturation sampling technique, which is a sampling technique where all members of the population are used as samples, this is done if the population is relatively small, less than 30, or the research wants to make generalizations with very small errors (Sugiyono, 2017). Research variables were measured using two scales, namely the General Self-Efficacy scale compiled by Schwarzer and Jerusalem (1995) used to measure self-efficacy, and the burnout scale used was the Maslach Burnout Inventory-Human Services Survey (MBI-HSS) Scale which measures burnout by adjusting the target subjects involved with human services such as nurses compiled by Malsach & Jackson (in Ibtissam, 2012). The scale is distributed using googleform. Based on the results of the study, the correlation coefficient (r) = -0.677 with a sig value of 0.000 (p <0.05) means that there is a negative relationship between self-efficacy and burnout in nurses at K.R.M.T Hospital. Wongsonegoro Semarang. It means that the higher of burnout experienced then the lower of self-efficacy, otherwise the lower of burnout experienced by nurses at the hospital so they have the higher of self-efficacy.","PeriodicalId":140340,"journal":{"name":"Bulletin of Counseling and Psychotherapy","volume":"18 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125112785","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The population in the study is all students of SMKS PGRI Blora class X, XI, and XII in the 2021/2022 school year which amounts to 256 students. The study sample was taken by proportionate stratified random sampling method of 149 students. The instruments used in the study were career maturity inventory, family cohesive scale, and internal locus of control scale. Data analysis techniques use product moment correlation analysis and double correlation. The results of the product moment correlation analysis showed that there was no significant relationship between family cohesiveness and career maturity, while between the internal locus of control and career maturity there was a significant relationship with a moderate correlation value of 0.457, and from the results of the double correlation analysis obtained a significance value of F change = 0.000 or > 0.05, which means there is a significant relationship between family cohesiveness and internal locus of control with the career maturity of students with a score of R = 0.532 that indicate a relationship or correlation between family cohesiveness and internal locus of control with career maturity are categorized as moderate and the contribution or contribution or simultaneous contribution of family cohesiveness variables and internal locus of control with career maturity of 21%, while 79% is influenced by other variables.","PeriodicalId":140340,"journal":{"name":"Bulletin of Counseling and Psychotherapy","volume":"22 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115530214","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The validators in this research consisted of two experts of materials and ten practitioners. The data collection instrument given to the experts and practitioners used an assessment sheet questionnaire. All obtained data were analysed quantitatively and qualitatively. The results of this research indicated that there were ten topics of priority materials needed by the students. The ten topics of materials were validated by the experts and the practitioners of guidance and counselling. The validation results by two experts of guidance and counselling and five practitioners were included in very good category with an average score of 92.83%. Results of a trial limited to ten teachers of guidance and counselling on the materials obtained an average score of 97.76% indicating very good category.
