All academic activities are carried out online, causing students to experience academic burnout. The problem of academic saturation is expected to be handled appropriately by students so as not to risk short-term and long-term achievement. One of the predictable steps that can be taken is implementing healthy lifestyle behaviors. Therefore, this study aims to determine the relationship between healthy lifestyle behavior and student academic burnout during online learning. The method used is quantitative with a correlational design. The participants involved were 154 students using an incidental sampling technique. Measurement of the study using Health Promoting Lifestyle Profile II (α = 0.906) and School Burnout Inventory (α = 0.760), with data analysis using product moment correlation from Karl Pearson. The results of the study found that there was a negative relationship between healthy lifestyle behavior and student academic burnout during online learning (r = -0.149 with sig.= 0.033). These results indicate that the higher the healthy lifestyle behavior applied by students, the problem of academic burnout will be minimized properly.","PeriodicalId":140340,"journal":{"name":"Bulletin of Counseling and Psychotherapy","volume":"28 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126898318","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In this study, the author divides people into two categories, namely someone who is taking religious education as a candidate for a religious leader and someone who does not get an education to become a candidate for a religious leader. In general, people who are pursuing religious education as candidates for religious leaders should be free from religious problems. However, the students and brothers still have various religious, personal, social, study and career problems. This is an interesting thing to research. Thus, the research question posed in this study is What are the problems faced by Santri and Brothers as Candidates for Religious Leaders? And what is the strategy for counseling services for students and brothers as Candidates for Religious Leaders? This study uses a qualitative research approach with research subjects, namely 2 representatives from Islamic Education Institutions and 2 representatives from Christian Education Institutions. The results showed that the Santri and Brothers had various problems, but they were required to solve the problems before guiding the people.","PeriodicalId":140340,"journal":{"name":"Bulletin of Counseling and Psychotherapy","volume":"38 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131538529","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
