The approach research used is a study survey of guidance and counseling teachers who become tutors in accompaniment student practice guidance and counseling. Instruments in questionnaires closed as many as 25 items with indicator understanding, skills and attitudes students in implementation activity practice guidance and counseling. While processing techniques results survey uses percentages from many answer respondents compared amount whole respondents multiplied by 100%, the results percentage categorized as very good, good, well enough, less well, and very less. Research results conclude that students' level of ability in understanding, skills, and attitudes in implementation service guidance and counseling. The role of the family as an informal nurse (caregiver) greatly influences the patient’s healing. Long treatment and inhumanity of schizophrenic patients is a heavy burden and cause stress on the caregiver, so proper social capital is needed. This study aims to determine the difference between social capital in caregivers of schizophrenic patients with the highest load and caregivers of schizophrenic patients with the lowest gear at RSJD Surakarta. This study is a retrospective study with a case-control approach, conducted on 100 caregivers of schizophrenic patients where 25 caregivers with the highest caregiver load as cases and 25 caregivers with the lowest social load as a control, using social capital questionnaire instruments and validated caregiver load questionnaires. Based on the study's data, normal and homogeneous social capital data distribution was obtained in cases and controls. For the normality test results, the sig level value was obtained > 0.05, namely 0.084 and 0.200, and the homogeneity test obtained a sig level value of > 0.05, namely 0.066. From the results of the T-test, a Sig (2-tailed) value of < 0.005 was obtained, which is 0.000. This study aims to develop a counseling approach that is valid and effective in helping students develop this resilience, considering the role of social support and their level of independence. This study examines the effectiveness of reality counseling in increasing students' academic resilience. Using a quantitative design, the experimental group received the reality approach group counseling, while the control group did not receive the intervention. Data on the level of academic resilience was collected before and after the group counseling intervention. The analysis results show that the experimental group experienced a significant increase in academic resilience, with a significance value of F =124.582 (sig) .000 < .005. The difference in effect can be seen in each group for the experimental group has a value of sig .122 > .005, so the significant effect on group 1 and group 3 is different from group 3 (control group) the value is sig .000 <.005. the difference in the treatment of each sig value > .005 between the variables of independence and social support does not significantly affect academic resilience. These findings indicate that reality counseling is effective in helping students cope with academic challenges more adaptively. Nonetheless, note the study's limitations, such as the limited sample size and other unmeasured factors. Entrepreneurial self-efficacy refers to individual beliefs about skills and abilities in running a business. This research aims to show how women entrepreneurs, policymakers, and institutions maintain new businesses and encourage women's participation or success in entrepreneurship. This type of research is quantitative. The sampling process was carried out using a random sampling technique. Authors are obtaining data using an online questionnaire with a Google form. The filling link was distributed to women business actors in the second week of August 2022. There were 235 respondents as MSME actors. The research results show that: 1) women manage 95 percent of MSME actors. 2) young people manage 96 respondents or 40.85%. The study was conducted using a correlational survey research design. The research data were collected from one hundred college students diagnosed with neurodevelopmental disorders through the use of a questionnaire. The study findings indicated that attitude, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control of these students with neurodevelopmental disorders were significantly linked to their entrepreneurial intention. The results of this study demonstrate the significance of the Theory of Planned Behavior in analyzing the entrepreneurial intention of Nigerian high school students diagnosed with neurodevelopmental disorders. It is critical for career counselors to assist students with neurodevelopmental disorders in identifying the skills or resources needed to succeed as entrepreneurs. This study aims to discover the various causes of anxiety experienced by pregnant women during the pandemic. After explaining the research objectives and obtaining informed consent, author interviewed seven pregnant women. All informant were married, majority of them were working, and all husbands of the interviewees also had permanent jobs. The data analyzed using an interpretive phenomenological approach. The study results show that four main themes cause anxiety in pregnant women amid a pandemic, namely immediate changes, health concerns, access to health services, and social isolation. This study highlights the prevalence of anxiety among pregnant women during covid-19 pandemic. It also emphasizes the importance of taking into consideration factors such as immediate changes, health concerns, access to health care, and social isolation while implementing intervention to reduce this issue. However, divorce rates have increased in Indonesia in the past five years, with Riau Province ranking eighth in the country with the highest divorce rate. This study aimed to investigate the extent to which adult attachment and religiosity influence the marital satisfaction of civil servants in Riau Province. Adult attachment dimensions were assessed using the Experience in Close Relationship (ECR) Scale Inventory, while religiosity was measured using The Four Basic Dimensions of Religiousness Scale (4-BDRS). Marital satisfaction was evaluated using the Marital Satisfaction Scale (MSS), which was adapted from the Marital Satisfaction Synder Inventory. The sample comprised 350 participants who met the eligibility criteria, selected using offline and online surveys through convenience sampling. The results of the multiple regression analysis revealed that the anxiety and avoidance dimensions of adult attachment, along with religiosity, jointly influenced the marital satisfaction of civil servants in the Riau Province government, accounting for 52.6% of the variance. The analysis also showed that the avoidance dimension of adult attachment had a more significant effect on marital satisfaction than the anxiety and religiosity dimensions. The method used in this research is quantitative research with a correlation design. The participants in this study were 50 PPA cluster employees in Semarang Regency who felt the impact of working during the COVID-19 pandemic. This research instrument uses 2 (two) measuring instruments, namely General Self Efficacy (GSE) which has been translated into Indonesian and has been modified so that it can be understood by research subjects belonging to Ralf Schwarzer, et al from Freie University, Berlin (2002) and the Utrecht Work Engagement Scale. (UWES) by Bekker and Leiter (2010). The data analysis technique in this study used the Pearson product-moment correlation test, there was a positive and significant correlation between self-efficacy and work engagement with a correlation coefficient of 0.405 with a significance value of 0.002 (p < 0.005). This means that the higher the level of self-efficacy, the higher the level of work engagement, and conversely the lower the level of self-efficacy, the lower the level of work engagement that is owned. It is not surprising that most people today use various social media to disseminate the information they get, both in groups and individually. The purpose of the study is to get an overview of the feelings of insecurity among Satya Wacana Christian University psychology students who are addicted to TikTok social media, as well as the factors that affect insecurity that cause feelings of insecurity among Satya Wacana Christian University psychology students who are addicted to TikTok social media. This type of research is qualitative research with a phenomenological research design. Data collection in this study used interviews and observations of 3 participants. This study uses technical triangulation and time triangulation as a test of the credibility of the data. From the results of this study, it was found that the insecurity of the Satya Wacana Christian University psychology faculty students felt anxious and nervous about their own appearance, as well as a feeling of lack of confidence in their abilities.
