The method used in this research is quantitative research with a correlation design. The participants in this study were 50 PPA cluster employees in Semarang Regency who felt the impact of working during the COVID-19 pandemic. This research instrument uses 2 (two) measuring instruments, namely General Self Efficacy (GSE) which has been translated into Indonesian and has been modified so that it can be understood by research subjects belonging to Ralf Schwarzer, et al from Freie University, Berlin (2002) and the Utrecht Work Engagement Scale. (UWES) by Bekker and Leiter (2010). The data analysis technique in this study used the Pearson product-moment correlation test, there was a positive and significant correlation between self-efficacy and work engagement with a correlation coefficient of 0.405 with a significance value of 0.002 (p < 0.005). This means that the higher the level of self-efficacy, the higher the level of work engagement, and conversely the lower the level of self-efficacy, the lower the level of work engagement that is owned. 摘要

本研究的目的是确定在COVID-19大流行期间,三宝朗县儿童发展中心(YCI)集群员工的自我效能感与工作投入之间的关系。本研究采用相关设计的定量研究方法。本研究的参与者是三宝垄县50名PPA集群员工,他们感受到了在COVID-19大流行期间工作的影响。本研究工具使用了2(2)个测量工具,即一般自我效能(GSE),已被翻译成印度尼西亚语并进行了修改,使其能够被柏林自由大学(2002)的Ralf Schwarzer等研究对象和乌得勒支工作投入量表所理解。(UWES), Bekker和Leiter(2010)。本研究的数据分析方法采用Pearson积矩相关检验,自我效能感与工作投入之间存在显著正相关,相关系数为0.405,显著性值为0.002 (p < 0.005)。这意味着自我效能水平越高,工作投入水平越高,反之,自我效能水平越低,所拥有的工作投入水平越低。本研究的结果可以作为提高工作敬业度的活动的基础,从而为组织或公司的成功实现最大的绩效。
