Accordingly, in the Holy Qur'an and the Prophet's (PBUH) history, judiciary has taken a prominent place. After the Prophet (PBUH), the issue of judiciary has continued to be the focus and attention of the caliphs and rulers, especially the rightly caliphs. The treatise on judicial review is in the history of early Islam. Based on this, this is an investigation into the history of judiciary in Islam, the image of its character, the judiciary in the early days of Islam, and this shows the general purpose of this article., to complete the content of this article from authoritative books such as: alnizam alqada' fi alfiqh al'iislamia bad aye alsanaye, nizam alqada' fi alsharieat al'iislamia and other books have been used, and the results show that the jurists have defined judiciary in such a way that judiciary is the means the termination of hostilities due to the manifestation of a Sharia ruling in that regard. Considering the importance of judiciary in Islam, the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) used to judge personally for the purpose of ensuring justice and the realization of public rights, and he resolved the cases and listened to the speech of the parties in the dispute and always told both sides the truth and They invited honestly. The role of personality seems to have not been thoroughly and extensively studied in research on radicalism and views that support violence. Several recent research results reveal that it is very important to see radicalism and proviolence associated with dark personalities. This study aims to determine the relationship of dark personality with radicalism and Proviolence. Method. The study population comprised students (N=469) at the Balikpapan State Polytechnic were given a random online questionnaire to fill out. Data analysis in this study used Partial Least Square (PLS) based on structural equation modelling techniques. Result. The goal was to find out if dark personality has a direct effect on proviolence and radicalism and if proviolence can act as a bridge between dark personality and radicalism. The results reveal that dark personality traits like psychopathy and narcissism have a direct effect on proviolence, except for dark personality traits like Machiavellianism. Meanwhile, the dark personalities' Machiavellianism and psychopathy have a direct effect on radicalism, except for the dark personality's narcissism, which has an indirect influence through proviolence as a mediator. The findings of this study indicate that dark personality has a direct and indirect influence on radicalism, and that proviolence can become a mediator between dark personality and radicalism. Discussion. Qualitative content analysis method was applied. The data were collected through reading, categorizing, and taking notes of the data into detailed information. The selected unit analysis was analyzed by referring to Celce-Murcia’s (2007) theory of communicative competence. The findings showed that all the categories of communicative competence by Celce-Murcia are found in the selected textbook. The categories include Linguistic Competence (14 activities, 11.11%), Formulaic Competence (6 activities, 4.76%), Sociocultural Competence (5 activities, 3.97%), Discourse Competence (60 activities, 47.62%), Interactional Competence (26 activities, 20.63%), and Strategic Competence (15 activities, 11.90%). These are represented in the textbook in the forms of exercises, instructions or materials, dialogues, discussions, expressions, and sentences. Factors such as equipment availability, faculty lecturers' expertise, and technology have influenced the effectiveness of educational laboratories. For educational institutions to improve their laboratory effectiveness, it's crucial to have well-coordinated planning in alignment with the curriculum. This study aims to develop the concept of optimizing educational laboratories at the Faculty of Education Sciences, State University of Surabaya, Indonesia. This study used descriptive qualitative research with a case study approach. Data were collected through observations, interviews, and document analysis and analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. The research results show that the facilities and infrastructure of the laboratories at the Faculty of Education, State University of Surabaya, are adequate, with quality supervision and maintenance. The development of laboratory products, including usage guidelines, standard operating procedures (SOP), and training instrument packages, has provided practical guidance and enhanced students' learning experiences. All of these products play a crucial role in improving the efficiency, effectiveness, and quality of educational laboratory utilization. The research method uses a quantitative approach with an ex post facto design. The research population was all students in SMP Negeri 9 Surakarta and SMP Negeri 9 Surakarta class VIII totaling 64 students. Sampling was done by simple random sampling technique. The data collection technique used in this study was primary data collection in the form of final semester exam results (UAS) in the even semester of the 2022/2023 school year. The data analysis technique uses inferential analysis techniques, namely the t-test, and the t-test used is the independent sample t-test.
