Then, mentioned the importance of the appropriate tax policy. Therefore, this work has determined that the tax policies are in connection with the savings of the companies of controlled and uncontrolled transactions. The appropriate tax policy should apply higher taxes to companies that substitute the economic activities of smaller companies. These companies destroy the structure and the functionality of the economy because the reuse and distribution of money declined. These companies are companies that sell more than one product or service substituting multiple smaller companies. This research aims to investigate this phenomenon, analyze patterns of corporate crime related to trading robots, and explore its impact on the Indonesian capital market. Data was obtained through literature study and case analysis using a qualitative approach. The research results highlight various corporate criminal practices, such as market manipulation and investor fraud, which are made easier by the use of trading robots. Factors such as lack of proper regulation and technological complexity are the main triggers for increasing the risk of corporate crime in investing with trading robots. The implications of this research include the need to increase regulators' and stakeholders' awareness of these potential risks, as well as increasing legal protection for investors and capital market security. Thus, this research contributes to a better understanding of the dynamics of corporate crime in the field of investment with trading robots in Indonesia and provides a basis for developing more effective policies to overcome this challenge.","PeriodicalId":14024,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Multicultural and Multireligious Understanding","volume":"60 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-03-12","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140250864","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The benefits of this study, the researcher hopes to provide a comprehensive picture of the extent to which teachers have implemented reflection and a critical approach in implementing the independent curriculum and then identify the obstacles, constraints, and real needs of teachers related to reflective practice in the independent curriculum. The interview results indicate that there are still variations in the level of teachers' understanding of the Merdeka Curriculum concept. Teacher A explained that he had broadly understood that Merdeka Curriculum aims to empower teachers to develop students' potential through the application of 21st century skills and independence values. However, how to translate it into concrete learning activities is still confusing. Meanwhile, Teachers B and C even stated that the socialization provided had not provided adequate understanding, it was still theoretical and difficult to apply. The democratic political transformation in the spiritual life of the society cannot be achieved without changing the communist values that have been forcefully instilled in the human mind by the communist political regime for 70 years, without completely removing them from the life of the person and the society.
