Cependant, leffectivite de cette potentialite est tributaire de la capacite des IMF a concilier leur triple objectif de resultat : inclure un maximum possible de personnes a faible revenu et renforcer leur resilience face aux risques environnementaux, tout en realisant de bonnes performances financieres. Ainsi, cette etude tente de comprendre si les IMF font face a un arbitrage entre les performances sociale et environnementale, et la performance financiere dune part, et la nature de la contribution de loffre des produits financiers verts sur leur performance financiere dautre part. En utilisant un panel de trois (3) IMF en RDC avec le modele de regression Ridge a effets aleatoires sur la periode allant de 2019 a 2022, les resultats demontrent que les IMF ne sont pas necessairement confrontees a un arbitrage entre les trois dimensions de leurs missions, et que loffre des produis financiers verts ameliore la performance financiere des IMF.","PeriodicalId":13781,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Advanced Research","volume":"105 S1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-02-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140411096","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Aim of the work: to examine if the use of cupping technique as a therapeutic model in treatment of discogenic low back pain has a significant impact or not. Methodology: 60 Patients divided into two equal groups were participated in this study: Group 1 treated by conventional post-stroke therapy and Group 2 treated by wet cupping in addition to conventional post-stroke therapy. The national institute of health stroke scale (NIHSS) index was sed as patients assessment tool for neurologic deficit evaluation motor functions is assessed by the Fugl-Meyer assessment (FMA) scale, the healing process depended on the bedside swallowing assessment (BSA). For cognitive function, the mini-mental state examination (MMSE) and Montreal cognitive assessment (MoCA) have been used, and any undesirable effect of wet cupping were noted for safety evaluation. Results: Better results have been documented with wet cupping therapy. Statistically significant improvement in pain reduction for both techniques of cupping (dry & wet) when compared to conventional medical therapy without augmentation with cupping therapy. Conclusion:Significant Effect of Hijama (Wet cupping) in post-stroke rehabilitation.","PeriodicalId":13781,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Advanced Research","volume":"113 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-02-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140415561","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Awareness of lifelong learning also strengthens the possibility of increasing personal income and at the same time enabling a better quality of life. All of this leads to an improvement not only on an individual level, but also for society as a whole. Although lack of equitable educational opportunities to individuals may result into social inequalities, which require targeted measures to deal with these issues. The main objective of this research is to explain the relationship between lifelong learning and social inclusion. By assessing educational access and opportunities, the study aims to examine the impacts of lifelong learning on individual empowerment processes, and thereby address social inequalities in educational opportunities. This research adopts a comprehensive study design, in which a detailed literature review analysis with case studies will be considered. Several academic books, peer-reviewed journals, and other formal publications will be used for literature review, while official reports may be used to derive case studies. The thematic coding and content analysis will be used to analyse key trends, insights, and challenges identified through gathered qualitative data. As a whole, lifelong learning can become a tool to promote social inclusion by offering equitable educational opportunities to all population groups. Barriers to educational opportunities, such as ineffective division of lifelong learning and traditional education, financial constraints, geographical barriers, and more focus on certain category of workers, must be addressed.","PeriodicalId":13781,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Advanced Research","volume":"13 11","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-02-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140410025","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It is currently a prevalent disease with the incidence varying globally between 10% and 60%. The Unani Medicine (also called Greco-Arab medicine) is the ancient system of medicine practiced all around the world. According to the Unani classical text, Leech therapy (Irsal-e-Alaq) is one of the most important regimenal therapy for the successful treatment and management of varicose vein and a unique combination of Asbab-e-Sitta Zarooriyah (Six essential factors) is involved in the prevention of this disease. The research studies have proved that medicinal leech therapy displays anticoagulant, antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects. Leech saliva contains medicinally useful bioactive molecules like hirudin, histamine, etc. that shows anti-coagulant effect and hence improve microcirculation in diseases like varicose vein. Leech therapy is reliable, well tolerated, cost effective treatment that has the potential of preventing varicose vein complications. This review seeks to describe medicinal leech therapy, present therapeutic leech species, and highlight the processes by which leech saliva affects wound healing. Additionally, the review paper highlights the role of Asbab-e-Sitta Zarooriyah in prevention and control of varicose veins. Irregularity in diet and lifestyle may cause disturbance in normal body functioning, which may lead to lifestyle disorder that is a major risk factor thought to influence the susceptibility of varicose vein. The Unani System exerts a major influence on preventing the development of varicose vein by making modification in Asbab-e-Sitta Zarooriyah.","PeriodicalId":13781,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Advanced Research","volume":"730 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-02-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140416743","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Post-traumatic growth (PTG), which is defined by positive changes in functioning in a variety of life dimensions, is often brought on by this traumatic event. The research that has previously been done on PTG and breast cancer is critically examined in this work. After a thorough search using reliable resources, 25–30 articles were found six of them were chosen based on predetermined standards.The results showcase that post-traumatic growth in the areas of greater appreciation for life and better relationships is common among breast cancer survivors. There are multiple factors involved in this occurrence. Though extreme sequelae may have the opposite effect on PTG, perceived emotional intensityand mild sequelae all positively influence PTG. Coping mechanisms, especially those that are adaptive, are proven essential to PTG.The PTG process is aided by social resources like contact with PTG models (cancer survivors), support from ones spouse and co-workers, and quality of marital support.In PTG, demographic considerations also come into play.There is a positive correlation between higher PTG and younger age, lower education level, and lack of college degree. However, the analysis resulted in mixed results over the association between time since diagnosis and PTG, which calls for additional qualitative study in the area. Given the limitations of self-report measures, the subjectivity of researcher interpretations, and the emphasis on a Western population, care must be taken when interpreting these results. However, our analysis provides significant insights for clinicians and researchers and underscores the potential for promoting posttraumatic growth in breast cancer patients and survivors.","PeriodicalId":13781,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Advanced Research","volume":"30 7","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-02-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140410857","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
