This study aimed to generator load analysis on the value of heat rate, specific coal consumption and the efficiency of the plant. Heat rate, specific coal consumption and power plant efficiency can be determined by knowing the proximate coal analysis, parameter data from the control room, determine the heat value of coal, power and efficiency of the auxiliary units, NPHR, SCC, the efficiency of the boiler, turbine and power plant. From the data processing are obtained graph generator load to NPHR, SCC and efficiency of the plant. From the calculations, the highest value NPHR of 3580.77 kcal / kWh when the load of 29.86 MW, the highest value of SCC of 0.60 kg / kWh when the load is 29.86 MW power plant and the highest efficiency of 33.54% when the load 47, 8 MW. For transporting material from the loading point and fleet to disposal Dump Truck performance is required.  Trouble On the tire will interfere the unit performance. Month period data from January to March show the amount of failure to the unit HD785-7 dump truck tire which can indirectly interfere  the performance of the unit. Therefore, analysis of two key performance indicator (KPI) that tread utility ratio (TUR) and lifetime must be done to find the factors that cause failure, as well as find out whether there is a relationship between lifetime and TUR against different types of failure that occurred by using logistic regression. From the analysis, it is known that the tire KPI has yet to reach a given target, the main factor of tire performance has yet to reach the target is human error, operator Dump Truck and Excavator by 44%, from the results of logistic regression analysis of the data for 3 months it is known that the relationship LifeTime and TUR against various types of failure is not significant because Chisq value is greater than the value of 0.05 pr. One of technology that can reduce the emmited gas is using catalytic converter on the muffler. Catalytic converter is a catalyst that can alter or accelerate a matter (chemical reaction) of a carbon monoxide into carbon dioxide. In this research will use two types of catalytic converter that is honey comb and a copper plate. From the test can be seen that the catalytic converter with a honey comb shape better in terms of engine performance than the catalytic converter shaped plate. Compared wihtout any catalytic converter, the highest percentage honey comb catalyst reduce  the power within 0.12 HP, and torque increased to 0.04 Nm. High temperatures on the surface of solar panels can be combined as a trombe wall to produce a temperature gradient in the channel outlets or vents. The produced gradient temperature will create air flow velocity in the chamber and will increase due to the difference in density gradient. So heat in the room will be pushed out. This study will vary, the air gap width 3 cm, 4.5 cm and 6 cm by comparing the indoor temperature, humidity and electric power by using solar panels and without 450 tilted solar panel facing north. Room dimensions are 0.5x0.5x0.5 m, with solar panels 150x180x18 mm dimensions. Collecting data every 10 minutes from 07:00 until 19:00. The sensor used is LM35, DHT11, Voltage Sensor, and ACS712. Air condition obtained will be compared with the standard of comfort of air in the tropical building. Results obtained from the research is a widening gap Outlet Channel or ventilation in the room conditions will increase the temperature, the humidity, increase power and decrease the comfort in the room. In use, heavy equipment is not a tool that has never experienced a failure in the system or group component, also in product design even on the work process during its life cycle which will lead to some disadvantages like low levels of production, not achieving the timetable or targets that have been set and also losses from repairing costs. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the systems or any component group that experienced failure the most in the heavy equipment and also need to provide a \"value\" on the failure. With this, it’s expected to help prevent a decrease in productivity by taking action a precaution against the systems that have high failure value. Value of the failure can be calculated based on unscheduled breakdown data that processed using Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA). This research was conducted using primary data obtained from the data breakdown and by collecting supporting data relating to the object of the report. The highest volume in sempel SP 200 gr: BB 0 gr equal to 29,56 L, at sempel SP 180 gr: BB 20 gr equal to 25,7 L, at SP 140 gr: BB 60 gr equal to 21.88 L and volume at least on SP 100 gr: BB 100 gr equal to 19.45L. Twist lock is the most important components that are on Rubber Tired Gantry Crane (RTGC). This component is located on the four corners of the spreader. Twist lock function to lock the container at the time of appointment. And load the container will be distributed evenly. This study and simulation to calculate the voltage that occurs at the twist lock with variations in loading and adjusts the nature of the material used. The magnitude of the voltage is done with theoretical calculations and simulated using Autodesk Inventor 2014 software. Based on the research results, the loading of 20 tons, 30 tons and 40 tons with theoretical calculations obtained voltage value is 94705,33 kPa, 142057,98 kPa dan 189410,66 kPa. Overhead cranes are very important during the production period, if there is a problem in the overhead crane, it can disrupt the production process. Therefore, load testing was conducted to determine the results of the girder deflection, whether large deflection is still within the limits that are allowed or not. This study to calculate the girder overhead crane occur in the loading variations, and adjust the properties of the material used. The amount of deflection is calculated using the equation Castigliano theory. research on the loading of 28.7 tons, 30 tons, and 37.5 tons with theoretical calculations obtained deflection value calculation results is 6,060mm, 6,335mm, and 7.918 for the imposition of the middle girder (1 / 2span). 5,191mm, 5,410mm and 6,763mm for the loading side (1 / 3span). The simulation results  are 5,649mm, 5,834mm, and 6.898 for the imposition of the middle girder (1 / 2span) and 4,986mm, 5,101mm and 6,032mm for the loading side (1 / 3span).
