These choices can differ in terms of different hardware/software partitions, different types of architectural components, different communication architectures etc. and each choice meets certain performance metrics up to certain level. In this paper, we are exploring the design space to analyze different choices of design implementations by quantitative estimation of performance during simulation. Multicriteria decision making (MCDM) methods are used to rank our choices. To demonstrate the validity of the above exploration technique, a codesign tool from Cadence - virtual component codesign (VCC) is used. It gives us the flexibility to create the experimental frame setup and probes to measure the performance metrics during simulations. The tradeoffs between performance metrics are performed by MCDM. Moreover it applies for any two systems, not only for component based and agent systems. GUI enables to draw and edit the statecharts, and to specify the required behavior of the system. Useful types of properties, such as state reachability, safety, and response, can be specified and verified. The model-checking algorithm for statecharts verification works without constructing the flat state-transition graph. Mobile unmanned sensor fleets have long been envisioned as a tool for acquiring such intelligence. We describe a geolocation system as a payload for unmanned aerial vehicles. In particular, we address the issues that arise in designing an inexpensive, distributed, mobile, RF sensor processing system: low payload cost; power-limited components; real-time constraints; absence of common clocks; and varying environmental conditions. We also target, qualitatively, the tradeoff decisions across the dimensions of accuracy (of time of arrival estimates and the final geolocation), computational effort, physical dimensions, and operational logistics. However, because of the complexity of today's projects, requirements often have a negative impact on each other. Requirements interaction detection is an important activity for the discovery of such unwanted interactions. Commonly used detection processes are oriented towards the telecommunication domain and are done using either human experts or formal approaches. This paper presents IRIS, which stands for identifying requirements interactions using semiformal methods. The novelty of IRIS is threefold: first, IRIS uses semiformal methods for the detection of interactions between requirements. This helps to fill in the gap between the commonly used informal and formal approaches. Secondly, IRIS is a domain independent approach, which means that it is not limited to the telecommunications domain but can be used in any field. Thirdly, IRIS has a basic core as well as extension hooks for future expansion through the creation of new plug-ins that can be attached to the hooks. This paper first presents an overview of IRIS along with its basic core. It then describes the customizability of IRIS through hooks and plug-ins. The system provides real time video image capturing, digital signal processing, compression, storage, and transmission over communication interfaces. It uses proprietary artificial intelligence algorithms and special image processing modules to achieve highly accurate vehicles detection. According to the users' needs, the system can be used for detection of red-light violations at road intersections, speed measurement, traffic data collection, video recording, or surveillance. Yet another possible application of the system is surveys based on license plate recognition for transportation engineers, stolen car searching, or toll-tag data collection. The system functionality has been improved by coupling camera sensors with specialized real-time processing units and adding networking capability. This paper describes an approach that enables the addition of generative modeling capabilities to any domain-specific modeling language using metamodel composition.
