Pendekar Bodoh (Dcost). The method used is a quantitative method. The population is employees of PT. The Stupid Swordsman (Dcost) totaling 125 people and the sample taken as many as 95 people using the \"Simple Random Sampling\" technique. The regression equation obtained is Y = 20.60 + 0.60 X. Based on hypothesis testing, it is obtained that t count is 5.641 > 1.986, which is greater than t_table which is 1.986. So Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. It can be concluded that there is a significant influence between work discipline on employee performance at PT. Pendekar Bodoh (Dcost). Based on the calculation, the correlation coefficient value is 0.5, which means that there is a positive and quite strong correlation between work discipline and employee performance. This study aims to describe the obstacles that trigger failure in learning in schools during the pandemic in Indonesia through a literature review. Searching research journal data using Google Scholar database from various available journals. Article criteria can be in the form of qualitative and quantitative approaches. There are no restrictions on the year of publication or the use of language. In this literature study, 20 articles have been screened by authors. The research sample consisted of two classes, namely the experimental class I was treated using snake ladder media and the experimental class II was treated using question card media. This research is a pretest-posttest control group design. This study uses a test instrument that has been tested and has been valid. Data on student learning outcomes were tested for normality and homogeneity, the results obtained by both samples were normally distributed and homogeneously distributed. Hypothesis testing was carried out using a two-party t-test with the results of this study at a significance level of 5% (α=0.05) indicating that t_(count ) > t (2.127 > 2.002) then Ho was rejected. Descriptive qualitative through the online survey is the method used to indicate the effectivity of online study from respondents’ perspective. In consequence, it results the percentage of the positive and negative impacts of online study.Based on the research analysist, it is assured that online study generates both of impacts to the respondents. The result states that online study is not chained by time and space, meaning students are able to access courses anytime anywhere. It also increases students’ independence. On the other hand, online study has many disadvantages. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of leverage on profitability & stock prices through Asset Growth. The population of 664 issuers used 300 purposive samples covering all sectors on the 2011-2019 BEI. The research method uses SEM-Smart PLS path analysis. The results in group I (DAR <50%) DAR had a positive effect on AG; negative to ROA; and does not affect ROE; Meanwhile, AG affects ROE&PBV. The result of an indirect relationship AG mediates DAR to RS through ROE, but AG does not mediate DAR to RS through PBV. Shows an increase in debt increases asset growth and dividends, and if the increase in asset growth without increasing debt will increase dividends and stock prices. The results in group II (DAR>50%) DAR had a negative effect on AG&ROA, but did not affect ROE. While AG affects PBV, but does not affect ROE. The result of an indirect relationship AG mediates DAR to RS through PBV, but AG does not mediate DAR to RS through ROE. It shows that an increase in debt will reduce asset growth but will not affect dividends and vice versa, while an increase in asset growth will increase stock prices. This finding proves that the optimal capital structure is effective in improving company performance on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.
