This paper illustrates the survey of Adaptive Bilateral Filter (ABF), Local Tone Mapping(TM), and Lazy Sliding Window for SIMD Architectures, Histogram-Based Bilateral Filtering (BF), FPGA Vision and SNRP Network Protocol, Pulse Coupled Neural Network (PCNN). They can save cost and volume compared with the other converters, especially in moderate low power applications..In a fly-back converter, a transformer is adopted to achieve galvanic isolation and energy storage. Modelling is done without parasitic as well as with parasitic components. A detailed analysis, simulation and different control strategy are conferred for Fly-back converter. To verify the design and modelling at primary stage, study of the converter in for input AC voltage220V at 50Hz and output DC voltage of 440V and 150W output power rating. Simulation result shows a little ripple in output of the converter in open loop. The contingency in a power system may be because of the outage of transmission lines or the generators. Out of which, generator outage condition is the most critical one. In this paper, the power system severity is analyzed under generator outage condition. The most sensitive generator(s) in a given system is identified using generator shift factors. In this paper a survey on the different feeding technique, which are micro strip line feed, coaxial plane feed, proximity coupled feed and aperture couple feed, for wireless micro strip antenna is done. Micro strip line and coaxial probe feeds are contacting scheme, in which RF power directly to the radiating patch. Proximity and Aperture coupled feeds are non contacting schemes, in which electromagnetic field coupling is done to transfer power between the micro strip line and the radiating patch. In this paper, a new approach is projected to design inset feed micro strip antenna with slots in it to develop the antenna bandwidth. The input impedance matching method for antenna is predominantly vital for a feed technique. The design of slotted micro strip antenna on a substrate of thickness 11mm that give wideband features is based on embedding an inset look analogous proximity L shape feed to improve bandwidth. In battles the only identifying object is a metal identification tag that has the information about the soldier worn it. To find and identify those killed, the entire war zone have to be searched to find dead bodies or these identification tags. This task is not only time-consuming but also costly and needs a lot of manpower to search the area. In this paper an electronic device is designed and implemented to replace identification tags and to help finding killed or injured soldiers as soon as possible during the war or after it. A light, power efficient and robust positioning module that provides a high accuracy in all environments is needed to find soldier position. Although GPS has weaknesses but it can provide sufficient accuracy while meeting the above requirements. RF transmission is used to send data to operation center. And a low consuming 32 bit ARM microcontroller is used for circuit timing and data processing as well as keeping soldier basic and medical information. The battery life of this device is important. The different methods of image reconstruction by using multiple differently focused images on FPGA are described in detail in this paper. The effective method for FPGA implementation can be determined from this survey. From the comparison of survey papers the method of spatial frequency analysis based on three dimensional FFT is expensive. So the efficient method of image reconstruction can be designed with the help of dimension reduction and two dimensional FFT which is better in cost and quality. The Block-RAMs on FPGA limits the image size. So the problem of sizing of images is overcome by FPGA-based image reconstruction system by using an onboard DDR SDRAM. In this paper, a stochastic analysis method to detect the presence of such distortions is proposed. The aim of the method is identifying the affected cycles, which exhibit a different morphology compared to the unaffected cycles.The identification of the affected cycles (or non-homogeneous cycles) allows to estimate parameters and extract the useful information needed for a correct characterization of the signal.The method compares nearly periodic signal cycles through the mean square error and the estimated variance of the inherent noise affecting the signal. Images get corrupted with impulse noise due to the process of image transmission and image acquisition. In the process of impulse noise filtering it is necessary to preserve edges and details of the image. Also to avoid image smoothing, only corrupted pixel must be filtered. Comprehensive survey of various denoising techniques has been focused in this paper. This paper illustrates the survey of different low complexity methods such as Median, Adaptive Center Weighted Median (ACWM), Adaptive Median Filter (AMF) and high complexity methods such as Alpha-trimmed Mean Based Method (ATMBM), Differential Rank Impulse Detector (DRID) and Rank Ordered Relative Difference (RORD).The most effective technique to remove random valued impulse noise without losing useful information with pleasing denoised image is by decision-tree based impulse detector and direction oriented edge preserving image filter. This design requires low computational cost, few memory buffers, no iterations and most suited to be applied to many real-time applications.
