Through the use of the\u0000descriptive analytical method, the research\u0000shows the most important artistic practices\u0000of Omani artists who used the Kuma in their\u0000practices. The results show the diversity of\u0000these practices that embodied the Omani\u0000Kuma as an aesthetic value in terms of form\u0000and content, and concluded that the Omani\u0000Kuma is one of the most important symbols\u0000of the Omani identity. However, the political\u0000circumstances surrounding Jordan, and the\u0000missionaries, have contributed to the emergence\u0000and development of multi-voice ensembles and\u0000choirs. Therefore, this study aims to find out the extent to which Omani women have actually played a role in shaping the identity of traditional jewellery through a specific headdress.\u0000During the fieldwork, the researcher started to explore how social contexts relate to traditional and cultural identity, by interviewing the owners of jewellery and craftsmakers involved in jewellery production such as the expert women who made the traditional headdress (shaabook). The researcher began to understand the value and importance of leather and to explore potential design inspired by smell, weight, sound, and storage of jewellery.\u0000In contemporary jewellery, the material used can be a prominent part of the overall concept. Such material is frequently the core of the art piece. The researcher explored traditional materials such as leather which inspired him to create jewellery. The material itself became a focal point of the researcher work and a tool to convey his concept. Students will be able to incorporate sustainability imperatives into their future professional practice and comprehend the relevance of a holistic approach to the current interior design process. The high performance of the space must be supported by a reduction in negative environmental effects and optimization of interior quality parameters that influence the well-being and contentment of the space's occupants. The methodology used a literature review for data collection, observation and discussion of articles to obtain the final results. The newest innovative and inspiring approach to contemporary education in this discipline is the incorporation of a set of determinants present in leading multi-criteria evaluation systems into the interior design teaching model, which would enable the verification of environmental issues concerning designed interiors during the programming, concept, and working drawings design phase. This would increase students' awareness of environmental issues and their relevance to their future professional practice. This paper explored and identified selection criteria for sustainable interior products and materials. It proposed five criteria covering designer and lecturer selection, healthier environment, reduced consumption, sustainable design components, and efficient design resource management. The\u0000study sample consisted of (148) male and female\u0000Omani artists who were chosen randomly. In order to\u0000achieve the aims of the study; the researchers used the\u0000descriptive analytical research design methodology by\u0000designing a questionnaire that consisted of (43 items)\u0000distributed over four main clusters (awareness of the\u0000concepts of identity, inclusion of the Omani identity\u0000in artworks, identity symbols, styles and artistic\u0000techniques, and difficulties of including the identity's\u0000concept in artworks). The results of the study showed\u0000that the estimates of the artists’ responses to the level\u0000of identity awareness was judged as being (high) level\u0000with total mean average of (3.41).
