When the cable is subjected to the heaviest mode (ice with wind), the cable sags and returns (compressed) to the normal state according to the final modulus of elasticity, that is, there remains a residual elongation. We calculated the final sag at the maximum load. Azimuthal resolving power of such systems is chosen to be a criterion of their electromagnetic compatibility with interference sources. Unintentional and intentional interferences are described by complex Gaussian noises, uncorrelated or spatially correlated with the exponential or quadratic-exponential covariance models respectively. The dependences of probability of correct objects resolution in the test scene on the signal to noise ratio and the spatial correlation coefficient are obtained. Signal to noise ratio thresholds necessary to provide the given probability of correct resolution under investigated interferences are estimated. The approach is based on a general decomposition scheme proposed in earlier studies and is extended by a constructive greedy heuristic for medium term scheduling and a genetic algorithm for solving the auxiliary subproblem on a set of critical (bottleneck) processing units. Nowadays there are a lot of the empirical and semi-empirical of radio propagation models. The models show the behavior of the radio signal spreading through the space. In this article, the COST 231 Hata model was considered. The model was made for the specific geographical location and electromagnetic conditions of the Earth. The main problem of the model is by using it in different places with different electromagnetic conditions and geographical locations. Because of these conditions, the model is not applied for different places. Authors was developed an application to increase the accuracy of path-loss prediction. The mobile application based on Android was developed to get information about signal strength and GSP location. The shielding box acting as electromagnetic resonator concept excited by exterior microwaves through the narrow slit was stated. The numerical expressions of both voltage drop in the slit and energy accumulated in the cylindrical enclosure that in first approximation modeled the real electronics housing are obtained.
