This paper introduces theoretical basis for graph convolutional networks, and the concept behind FPGA acceleration. Besides, this paper introduces different FPGA based approaches trying to accelerate the procedures of graph convolutional networks. By establishing a model of disassembly and assembly sequence based on directed constraint graphs, an assembly constraint matrix interference table is generated, and a directed constraint graph is used to describe parts. Then, we can quickly solve the constraint degree of the parts, optimize and improve the disassembly and assembly path, solve the problem of inefficient planning of the virtual maintenance and disassembly path of the equipment, and program the virtual operation steps for detecting disassembly and assembly. There are still two challenging issues: (1) When the consistency level and replica number is specified, selecting the appropriate nodes for data replicas to reduce the communication latency is necessary. (2) A tradeoff between reliability and synchronization time should be discussed in CDCs. In this paper, a cross-area node selection algorithm (CANSA) is proposed to minimize the communication latency, then a new method to adjust reliability in the data center is designed. This article starts with the concept and definition of Crofton formula on the sphere, and gives out approximate calculation formula of a curve on spherical surface based on surf segmentation. The triangular grid of the geodesic dome and Marsaglia Polar Method are adopted to generate random points for an equal division of the sphere. This article takes the circular arc on the sphere as an example, through MATLAB simulation, the length was calculated by approximation of Crofton’s formula. Taking the urban area of Beijing as an example, this paper studies the structure of urban functional area based on the kernel density analysis method by using geographic information system (GIS) technique and the point of interest (POI) data. The results show that the catering services in Beijing are mostly concentrated in the city center, while few of them are distributed in the suburbs. Residential areas are separated relatively even in spatial, there is high distribution density in most district area. Based on the demand of urban residential, residential areas are accompanied with parks and squares, and these two types of data have almost the same spatial distribution features. Shopping malls are mainly distributed in the city center, which is interconnected with the local consumption level. Hospitals are necessarily located in every region. However, how to achieve motion intention recognition accurately and fast using electromyography (EMG) is an important issue. Many studies present great recognition accuracy, while there is few studies focus on motion recognition speed improvement through exploring motion trend (micro motion) decoding, which is of key importance for the online control strategy of rehabilitation robot. In this paper, we explored the performance of machine learning algorithm in micro motion recognition. The performance of support vector machine (SVM) model was tested for five upper-limb micro motions. As a result, the SVM-based model provides satisfying online performance across all the subjects and motions, achieving an accuracy of 89.7±3.9 % and a total motion recognition time of 0.74±0.08 s. This article introduces a new intelligent retail container system with a dual neural network model. Compared with the previous single-model design, the new one has significantly improved its detection recall and classification accuracy besides reducing greatly the model's retraining time caused by the increasing in new retail varieties. First, using the Faster RCNN model to complete the rough detection of retail categories (classified by outer package) to improve the detection recall; second, using the ResNet50 model to complete the fine classification of retail subcategories (classified by goods variety) to promote classification accuracy. At the same time, a variety of ablation experiments are carried out on the hard samples set of our project by means of several data augments.
