Mutualism in various fields of knowledge is a method of life and a necessity of existence imposed by the requirements of survival and continuity to create a state of integration and balance in nature, and that the mutualism based on give and take between opposing and dissimilar architectural entities can establish the correct and useful design principles in architecture and create new architectural formations characterized by creativity and development, hence the problem of the research appeared in the need to reveal the role of mutualism as a symbiotic design approach between opposing and dissimilar architectural entities that works to strengthen the bonds of the linking relationship between them and establish to create new, more creative and advanced architectural formations. The aim of the research was to clarify the cognitive perception about the importance of mutualism in establishing a symbiotic design approach that is characterized by stronger, interconnected and dynamic relationships and works to create different creative formations within multiple levels between contradictory architectural entities. Most important conclusions clarified that the mutualism is considered as a design approach that generates creative products in architecture through the presence of several levels related to concepts (Old and New, Connection and Discontinuity, Change). ةيحاتفملا تاملكلا ص خ ل م ل ا ةعفنملا ةيلدابت ، تايوتسم ليكشتلا يعادبلإا ، ديدجلاو ميدقلا ، لصاوتلا عاطقنلااو ريغتلا ، . ابلطتم هضرفت ،يدوجوو يتايح جهنمو ةرورضك ةفلتخملا ةيفرعملا لوقحلا يف ةعفنملا ةيلدابت موهفم ءاج ت لعافلا ءاقبلاو را رمتسلإا ةباجتساكو مئاقلا ةعفنملا ةيلدابت نأو ،ةعيبطلا يف نزاوتلاو لماكتلا ثادحلإ ا ىلع ة ذخلأ ي ةنيابتملاو ةداضتملا ةيرامعملا تانايكلا نيب ءاطعلاو صتلا ئدابمل سسؤت نأ نكم ةديفملاو ةحيحصلا ميم ف معلا ي ةرا ، ةديدج ةيرامعم تلايكشت قلخو روطتلاو عادبلإاب مستت ، و فشكلل ةجاحلا ةرورض يف ثحبلا ةلكشم تزرب انه نم ع ن ةيوقت ىلع لمعت ةنيابتملاو ةداضتملا ةيرامعملا تانايكلا نيب يلفاكت يميمصت جهنمك ةعفنملا ةيلدابت رود رصاوآ ًا روطتو اًعادبإ رثكأ ةيرامعم تلايكشت قلخل سسؤتو اهنيب ةطبا رلا ةقلاعلا . فدهلا لثمتو ثحبلا نم يف ضوت حي طبا رتو ةوق رثكأ تاقلاعب مستي يلفاكت يميمصت جهنم سيسأت يف ةعفنملا ةيلدابت ةيمهأ لوح يفرعملا روصتلا مضو ةفلتخم ةيعادبإ تلايكشت قلخ ىلع لمعيو ةيكيمانيدو انتملا ةيرامعملا تانايكلا نيب ةددعتم تايوتسم ن ،ةضق ناو يرظنلا راطلإا ءانب للاخ نم ةيثحبلا ةلكشملا لحو ثحبلا فده قيقحتل تاءا رجا ةدعب ثحبلا جهنم لثمتو باخت عت ةعفنملا ةيلدابت نأ تحضوأ يتلا تاجاتنتسلاا مها حرط ىلا لًاوصو ،ةيسا رد ةلاحك قيبطتلاب ةصاخ تانيع ربت مك جلاو ميدقلا( ميهافمب طبترت تايوتسم ةدع دوجو للاخ نم ةرامعلا يف يعادبلإا جاتنلل دلوّم يميمصت جهن ،ديد .)ريغتلا ،عاطقنلإاو لصاوتلا Iraqi Journal of Architecture and Planning, Vol.21 (2022), Issue 2 , Pages 139-153 140 1 . ةمدقملا ةيميمصت ةيجيتا رتسا رفوتو ةكسامتمو ةسناجتم ةيعادبإ ةينب زيزعت ىلع لمعت اهنوك ىلإ ةرامعلا يف ةعفنملا ةيلدابت ريش ت ةيلفاكت روطت يف ةديدج ةي","PeriodicalId":135797,"journal":{"name":"The Iraqi Journal of Architecture and Planning","volume":"161 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122649047","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

During the lockdown period, public spaces became empty, and new urban landscapes replaced the previous ones, transforming the private into the public. Children, young and elderly people were those who mainly had problems: to them, real life was negated at the time of their life, which is more critical reopening all public spaces once again allowed social interactions “in the presence”, although with respect for physical distancing, confirming the importance of these places for all. Safe urban public spaces are essential due to their public health implications, especially during the COVID-19 epidemic. Considering the risks of virus transmission calls for thinking about how these urban spaces are designed. This work, therefore, looks at how to reconsider the design of urban landscape elements to control the transmission dynamics of COVID-19. ة ي ح ا ت ف م ل ا ت ا م ل ك ل ا ا ص خ ل م ل ةيميمصتلا لولحلا ،ةماعلا نكاملأا دعب Covid-19 ،ةمادتسلاا ، ميمصتلا ،ةنورملا ،ةيرضحلا ةدوجلا يرضحلا ءابو راثأ دقل Covid-19 ةماعلا نكاملأا مادختساو تاداع رييغت ىلإ ىدأ امم ،هرسأب ملاعلا مامتها يلاحلا ءانثأ ةريخلاا هذه لعج امم ،قلاغلإا امم ،ةقباسلا رظانملا لحم ةديدجلا ةماعلا نكاملأا رظانم تلحو امًامت ةغراف نم يساسأ لكشب نوناعي نيذلا صاخشلأا مه نسلا رابكو بابشلاو لافطلأا ناك دقلو صاخ ىلإ ماعلا لوّح قلاغلإا . ىرخأ ةرم ةماعلا نكاملأا عيمج حتف ةداعإ حمس ىلإ ةداعا ،ةيعامتجلاا تلاعافتلا عم دعابتلا ما رتحا ىلع اهراثآ ببسب ةيرورض ةنملآا ةيرضحلا ةماعلا نكاملأا دعت .عيمجلل نكاملأا هذه ةيمهأ دكؤي امم ،يدسجلا ءابو لثم ةئبولأا ءانثأ ةصاخ ،ةماعلا ةحصلا COVID-19 . اذل أ نكاملأا هذه ميمصت ةيفيك يف ريكفتلا بجوتس اذه ثحبي كلذل .سوريفلا لاقتنا رطاخم ةاعا رم عم ةيرضحلا ثحبلا رصانع ميمصت يف رظنلا ةداعإ ةيفيك يف تايكيمانيد يف مكحتلل ةيرضحلا ةيعيبطلا رظانملا لاقتنا .COVID-19 Iraqi Journal of Architecture and Planning, Vol. 21 (2022), Issue 2, Pages 116-125 117 .1 ا ةمدقمل ةيئابولا ئراوطلا ةلاح تراثأ دقل Covid-19 مامتها تاداع رييغت يف مهاس امم ،ةفلتخم تاسايقو ةقيرطب ناك نإو ،ملاعلا لود لك ةينا رمعلا تاءاضفلل صاخشلأا لامعتسا ةماعلا ندملاو (Abusaada and Elshater 2020; Babalis 2019; Gehl, 2020; Mehaffy and. al (2019 نادلبلا نم ديدعلا يف ةماعلا نكاملأا . ف تحبصأ ةديدجلا ةيرضحلا ةيعيبطلا رظانملا تحبصأو امًامت ةغرا ،ءاقتللاا( يعامتجلاا لعافتلا رهاظم لك نم ةيلاخ ،فراعتلا ،ةيلستلا )هيفرتلا عمتجملا دا رفا حئا رش فلتخم نيب . ةنيدملا رظانم تلحو صاخ ىلإ ماعلا لوّح امم ،ةقباسلا رظانملا لحم ةديدجلا (Friedmann2010; Francis et al. 2012; Zelinka and Brennan 2001) ( ءاخرتسلااو ءاقتللال ليدبك )تافرشلا ،نكاسملا( ةصاخلا تاءاضفلاب يمومعلا ينا رمعلا ءاضفلا لادبتسا مت امك Carmona 2019; Madanipour et al. 2014 ) . دعب نع ةسا ردلاب لدبتستل ايروضح مهتسا رد تفقوت لافطلأا امنيب ، مهلامعأ تحبصأ رابكلا اما لثم ةيكذلا ةثيدحلا تاينقتلا ةطساوب زجنت ةينقت عامتجلاا دعب نع Zoom meeting ريخأو ، ا مهلافطأ نوقتلي نينسملا صاخشلأا ةئف مهبرا","PeriodicalId":135797,"journal":{"name":"The Iraqi Journal of Architecture and Planning","volume":"70 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-10-17","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128258062","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The architect is the heart of the investment process. Consulting is a science and an art that only those who possess high taste, experience, and knowledge of the integrated elements that lead to the success of investment complexes. The research problem is the lack of comprehensive studies on integrating enabling strategies for residential investment projects. The research objective is to present a clear vision of integration in enabling residential investment complexes with utilitarian, aesthetic, and symbolic indicators. Accordingly, the hypothesis is that the strategy of allowing the housing unit and the housing complex is integrated for the success of enabling investment housing complexes. Achieving this required the construction of a theoretical framework consisting of two terms (the strategy of enabling the housing unit and the strategy of enabling the housing complex), which were employed in the practical study. For the residents, the study reached many conclusions and recommendations, including the success of the strategies for the two projects and the weakness of some vocabulary, including the symbolic, aesthetic, and utilitarian needs. ة ي ح ا ت ف م ل ا ت ا م ل ك ل ا ا صخ ل م ل تاعمجملا نيكمت تايجيتا رتسا تاجاحلا ،ةيرامثتسلاا ةينكسلا ةيلامجلاو ةيزمرلاو ةيعفنلا كلتمأ نم لاا اهميدقت عيطتسي لا نٌفو مٌلع ةيرامعملا ةراشتسلاا ناو ةيرامثتسلاا ةيلمعلا بلق ةباثمب يرامعملا دعي انه نمو ةيرامثتسلاا تاعمجملا حاجن ىلا يدؤت يتلا ةلماكتملا رصانعلا ةفرعمو ةربخلاو يلاعلا قوذلا ةلكشملا تددحت :ةيثحبلا ع ةقباسلا تاسا ردلا ةيلومش مدع ينكسلا رامثتسلاا عيراشم يف نيكمتلا تايجيتا رتسا يف لماكتلا ن ، ددحتو ثحبلا فده : اهتا رشؤمب ةيرامثتسلاا ةينكسلا تاعمجملا نيكمت تايجيتا رتسا يف لماكتلا نع حضاو روصت حرط يف ةيزمرلاو ةيلامجلاو ةيعفنلا . تزرب كلذل اقفوو ف ةيضر ثحبلا : ينكسلا عمجملاو ةينكسلا ةدحولا نيكمت ةيجيتا رتسا لماكتت .ةيرامثتسلاا ةينكسلا تاعمجملا نيكمت ةيجيتا رتسا حاجنل نيتدرفم نم فلأتي يرظن راطا ءانب كلذ قيقحت بلطتو ، :امه ةيجيتا رتسا ةينكسلا ةدحولا نيكمت ، و ينكسلا عمجملا نيكمت ةيجيتا رتسا . فيظوت مت يرظتلا راطلإا لا يف ةسا رد يعورشم باختنا متو ةيلمعلا ( ةيامسب )قا رعلا ةباوبو . ىلا ةسا ردلا تلصوت ةلمج نمو تايصوتلاو تاجاتنتسلاا نم اه ن حاج لاا نيعورشملل تايجيتا رتس و ةجاحلا اهنمو تادرفملا ضعب يف فعض ةيزمرلا ، ةيعفنلاو ةيلامجلا . The research begins with the definition of the complexity property. Then, the study discussed complexity as a design characteristic in terms of its phenomena and touched on the dimensions of complexity in the residential environment. The research problem is a need for knowledge about the property of complexity in the forms of buildings and what is related to their design dimensions in residential environments. The goal of the research was to identify the important vocabulary in complexity characteristic of formal and urban activation, leading to the theoretical framework on the dimensions of complexity in residential environments and complexity in buildings. The research adopted the descriptive analytical method in the framework and applied it within the practical study. The results showed a dimension of complexity was achieved with a percentage of 89.83%, and a dimension of complexity in buildings with a percentage of 86.05%. The research concluded the complexity characteristic achieves the formal activation within the city, and it is linked to ambiguity within the architectural formations to achieve a contradictory architecture that generates multiple levels of meanings. ة ي ح ا ت ف م ل ا ت ا م ل ك ل ا ا ص خ ل م ل ،ديقعتلا رهاوظ ،ديقعتلا ةيصاخ ةينكسلا ةئيبلا ،ديقعتلا داعبا ةفلتخم ميهافمب ةيلكشلا تا روطتلا تفصتأ ، هطابترلا ةرامعلا جاتن ىلع رثؤي يذلاو ،ديقعتلا وه ميهافملا هذه دحأ ديقعتلا ةيصاخ فيرعتب ثحبلا أدبي .ةيجولونكتلا بيلاسلااو فلاتخلااو زيامتلاو ضومغلاب مث نمو ، م شقان ة ديقعتلا هتانوكمو هرهاوظ ثيح نم ةيميمصت ةيصاخك ، نكسلا ةئيبلا يف ديقعتلا داعبا ىلا ثحبلا قرطتو ترولبت ،ةيرضحلاو ةي ةيثحبلا ةلكشملا اهللاخ نم \" ةيميمصتلا اهداعبأب طبتري امو ينابملا لاكشا يف ديقعتلا ةيصاخ لوح ةيفرعم هجاح دوجو ةينكسلا تائيبلا يف .\" ينا رمعلاو يلكشلا طيشنتلل ديقعتلا ةيصاخ يف تادرفملا مهأ ديدحتب لثمت ثحبلا فده اما ، لاوصو يرظن راطا ءانب ىلا ينابملا يف ديقعتلاو ةينكسلا تائيبلا يف ديقعتلا داعبا نع . ققحتُ تلثمتف ثحبلا ةيضرف اما يفصولا جهنملا ثحبلا دمتعا .ةنيدملا نمض ةينكسلا ءايحلااو ينابملل ينا رمعلاو يلكشلا طيشنتلا ديقعتلا ةيصاخ يف يليلحتلا راطلإا تنلا ترهظأ .ةيلمعلا ةسا ردلا نمض اهقيبطتو ،يرظنلا ةبسن ديقعتلا داعبا ةدرفم قيقحت جئا 89.83 % ، ةبسنب ينابملا يف ديقعتلا ةدرفمو 86.05 يلكشلا طيشنتلا ققحت ديقعتلا ةيصاخ نا ىلا ثحبلا لصوت .% ةددعتم تايوتسم دلوت ةضقانتم ةرامع ققحتل ةيرامعملا تانيوكتلا نمض يلكشلا ضومغلاب طبترت اهنوك ةنيدملا نمض .يناعملا نم Iraqi Journal of Architecture and Planning, Vol. 21 (2022), Issue 2, Pages 76-94 77 1 . دقملا ةم نم ةينكسلا ينابملا ريوطت ىلا ةجاحلا تحبصأ ىدحإ اًمهم اً رمأ روطتلا كلذ عم ريسلا حبصأو انرصع زيمت يتلا ةيساسلأا تامسلا .ةثيدحلا ةمظنلأا عم ةلصاوتم اهتمظنأو ةرامعلا ىقبت يكل ،هانعمو هتميق فاشتكاو ينابملا لاكشا يف ديقعتلا عوضومب مامتهلاا رهظ ثيح زيمتي يويح ناكم ةع","PeriodicalId":135797,"journal":{"name":"The Iraqi Journal of Architecture and Planning","volume":"33 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-09-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122926034","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
