As the migrant workers, the gender difference of wages is more obvious. Gender differences are mainly reflected in human capital, while human capital has different influences on gender wages differences. The regression model is used to analyze the survey data, and it is concluded that the marital status, age, and non-agricultural working experience significantly negatively affect the wages of female migrant workers. The number of years of education and the number of vocational training have significantly positively affected the wages of female migrant workers. The influence of marital status and years of education is greater than that of male migrant workers. Only by having the ability to respond quickly to customer needs can we condense core competitiveness well, but the inventory problem is also a top priority. Inventory cost is increasing in the proportion of enterprise costs, so inventory control has become one of the effective ways for enterprises to improve economic efficiency. Based on the investigation of the inventory management method of the distribution center of Company G, it is found that the existing order pattern is unreasonable. Investigating the influencing factors affecting users' willingness to share knowledge is of great significance both for the dissemination of knowledge and for exploring the characteristics of user behavior. Based on rational behavior theory and attitude theory, this paper uses 199 WeChat users as samples to explore the influencing factors of users' knowledge sharing willingness through structural equation modeling.
