Practical research at home and abroad shows that the theory of ecological classroom has a significant effect on improving the teaching of courses. The research analyses the ecological imbalance of basic education of computer public courses from the aspects of classroom teaching environment, classroom teaching subject, teaching objectives and teaching methods. Through designing teaching research experiments to verify the teaching effect, this paper expounds the effective way to construct the basic ecological classroom of computer. The impact of the change of payment methods on consumers' consumption behavior has age and region characteristics. Mobile credit payment induces irrational consumption of the youth. Over the years, Shandong province has been continuously promoting the work of government affairs openness and achieved great results. Taking government affairs openness in Shandong province as an example, and taking the 2017 government website as the benchmark, this paper made a professional evaluation of provincial departments, municipal governments and county-level governments in the province from the perspective of a third party.
