Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kemampuan berpikir analitis peserta didik dalam menyelesaikan soal berbasis masalah pada materi tekanan kelas VIII dan mengkaji pola keterkaitannya dengan eksplorasi sains. Penelitian dilakukan di SMPN 1 Ponorogo. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan desain naturalistik. Sampel terdiri dari 9 peserta didik yang dipilih melalui teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara semi terstruktur, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Selanjutnya, data dianalisis menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Profil kemampuan berpikir analitis peserta didik berbeda berdasarkan gaya belajar. Peserta didik dengan gaya belajar visual cenderung menjelaskan apa yang diketahui melalui penjelasan langsung dan rinci. Sementara itu, peserta didik dengan gaya belajar audiovisual lebih cenderung membentuk pola penalaran yang lebih sederhana dan melakukan generalisasi. Peserta didik dengan gaya belajar kinestetik cenderung menerapkan konsep yang berbeda dan unik namun tetap memiliki keterkaitan dengan permasalahan. 2) Terdapat keterkaitan antara kemampuan berpikir analitis peserta didik dan gaya belajar pada eksplorasi sains. Keterkaitan tersebut mencakup aspek experience, reasoning, modalitas, dan mindset dari peserta didik. Dengan demikian, hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan teoritis dan praktis bagi para pendidik dalam menentukan pendekatan dan strategi pencapaian kompetensi analitis pada pembelajaran IPA sesuai dengan gaya belajar peserta didik di sekolah.\u0000Analytical Thinking Skills in Solving Problem-Based Questions in terms of Learners' Learning Styles\u0000 The ability to think analytically is important for students, especially in solving problems in Natural Sciences (IPA) lessons that require analytical skills. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilakukan dalam 2 siklus. Subjek penelitian ini terdiri dari 23 siswa kelas XI IPA 3 SMA Negeri 1 Lembar, terdiri dari 11 siswa laki-laki dan 12 siswa perempuan. Instrumen penelitian meliputi lembar observasi siswa dan guru, lembar tes evaluasi untuk mengukur pemahaman konsep, serta angket motivasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pada siklus I, pembelajaran Guided Discovery belum mencapai hasil maksimal dengan presentase kelulusan klasikal sebesar 43,47%. Evaluasi pemahaman konsep siswa mencapai 64% (Baik), sedangkan evaluasi pemahaman guru mencapai 94,28% (Sangat Baik). Namun, pada siklus II, terjadi peningkatan signifikan dengan presentase kelulusan klasikal siswa mencapai 85,71%. Evaluasi pemahaman siswa mencapai 91% (Sangat Baik), dan evaluasi pemahaman guru mencapai 98,57% (Sangat Baik). Dengan demikian, penerapan pembelajaran Guided Discovery terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan motivasi dan pemahaman konsep siswa kelas XI IPA 3 SMAN 1 Lembar. \u0000Implementation Of Guided Discovery Learning To Improve The Motivation And Understanding Of Mathematics Concepts \u0000The purpose of this study was to describe the application of Guided Discovery learning to increase students' motivation and understanding of mathematical concepts at SMAN 1 Sheet. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (PTK) which is conducted in 2 cycles. The subjects of this study consisted of 23 students of class XI IPA 3 SMA Negeri 1 Lembar, consisting of 11 male students and 12 female students. The research instruments included student and teacher observation sheets, evaluation test sheets to measure conceptual understanding, and motivational questionnaires. The results showed that in cycle I, Guided Discovery learning had not reached maximum results with a classical passing percentage of 43.47%. Evaluation of students' understanding of concepts reached 64% (Good), while evaluations of teachers' understanding reached 94.28% (Very Good). However, in cycle II, there was a significant increase with the percentage of students' classical passing reaching 85.71%. Evaluation of student understanding reached 91% (Very Good), and evaluation of teacher understanding reached 98.57% (Very Good). Olah raga menggunakan cakram yang terbuat dari logam. Tidak tersdianya pasilitas memadai menyababkan olah raga hanya disampaikan secara teori. Dampaknya keterampilan siswa menjadi rendah. Dibutuhkan alat yang dimodifikasi sebagai alat bantu sehingga proses belajar tetap berjalan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi efektivitas penggunaan alat bantu termodifikasi dalam menumbuhkan komptensi lempar cakram dan kterampilan psikomotorik siswa pada proses pemebalajaran lempar cakram. Penelitian ini merupakan pendidikan tindakan kelas. Variabel yang diukur dalam penelitian ini kompetensi kognitif dan keterampilan psikomotorik siswa. Variabel yang mempengaruhi alat bantu termodidikaasi cakram. Efektivitas alat bantu diukur berdasarkan ketuntasan belajar dan respon siswa. Instrument dalam penelitian berupa lembar wawancara dan tes pilihan ganda. Data yang diperoleh selanjutnya dideskrifsikan dalam tabel dan grafik. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan ditemukan penggunaan alat bantu termodifikasi cakram efektif dalam menumbuhkan komptensi kognitif dan psikomotorik siswa. Ketuntasan belajar pada siklus I sebesar 83% dan pada siklus II 90 %. Hasil belajar siswa laki-laki lebih tinggi jika dibandingkan siswa putri. The effectiveness of the aids is measured based on the mastery of learning and student responses. Instruments in this study were interview sheets and multiple choice tests. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang dilakukan dalam dua siklus, dengan masing-masing siklus terdiri dari tiga kali pertemuan. Prosedur penelitian tindakan kelas pada setiap siklusnya terdiri dari empat tahap, yaitu tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X Rekayasa Perangkat Lunak (RPL) yang berjumlah 36 orang di SMK Negeri 2 Mataram. Sampel penelitian ini adalah kelas X RPL yang menerapkan model pembelajaran project based learning. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa tes dan lembar observasi siswa dan guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada siklus I, kemampuan pemecahan masalah berada pada kategori cukup dengan pencapaian sebesar 50%. Sementara itu, hasil observasi aktivitas siswa berada pada kategori sangat baik dengan pencapaian sebesar 88,57%. Pada siklus II, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan pemecahan masalah berada pada kategori sangat baik dengan pencapaian sebesar 83,3%. Sedangkan hasil observasi aktivitas siswa tetap berada pada kategori sangat baik dengan pencapaian 88,57%. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran Project Based Learning efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa. Oleh karena itu, diharapkan kepada para guru agar dalam proses pembelajaran dapat menerapkan model pembelajaran Project Based Learning guna meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa. The population in this study were 36 students of class X Software Engineering (RPL) at SMK Negeri 2 Mataram. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan subjek siswa kelas VII MTs. Nahdatul Mujahidin NW Jempong yang berjumlah 27 orang siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data utama yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan dua teknik, yaitu tes dan non-tes. Tes disusun dan dilakukan untuk menilai tingkat kemampuan kognitif (prestasi belajar) siswa sesuai dengan siklus yang ada. Tes dilaksanakan pada akhir siklus I dan siklus II. Hasil penelitian diperoleh temuan pada siklus I, rata-rata ketuntasan klasikal hasil belajar fisika siswa sebesar 63,16, dan pada siklus II rata-rata ketuntasan klasikal hasil belajar fisika siswa sebesar 85. Peningkatan hasil belajar pada siklus II tersebut adalah signifikan secara statistik, dengan peningkatan dari siklus I ke siklus II mencapai 21,84. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dan kuantitatif. Model pengembangan modul yang digunakan adalah model 4D yang terdiri dari empat tahap, yaitu pendefinisian (define), perancangan (design), pengembangan (develop), dan penyebaran (disseminate). Namun, dalam penelitian ini, penyusunan modul hanya mencakup tahap pengembangan (develop). Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode kuisioner berupa lembar angket validasi modul. Subyek penelitian terdiri dari tiga orang tim validator ahli dan sepuluh orang mahamahasiswa untuk uji coba terbatas. Berdasarkan analisis data yang telah dilakukan, diperoleh hasil validitas modul oleh tim validator ahli dengan rata-rata 85,41% untuk komponen kelayakan isi dengan kriteria kevalidan baik, 83,33% untuk komponen bahasa dengan kriteria kevalidan baik, dan 84,09% untuk komponen penyajian dengan kriteria kevalidan baik. Rata-rata validitas modul oleh tim validator ahli adalah 84,27% dengan kriteria kevalidan baik. Selain itu, hasil validitas uji coba terbatas oleh sepuluh orang mahamahasiswa menunjukkan persentase sebesar 87,62% dengan kriteria kevalidan baik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan kelayakan modul bermuatan authentic learning dalam mengajarkan materi elastisitas dan hukum Hooke serta melatihkan KPM berdasarkan validitas, kepraktisan, efektivitas, dan pencapaian kemampuan pemecahan masalah. Penelitian pengembangan dengan model ADDIE ini diuji coba pada 33 orang peserta didik kelas XI PMIA 1 SMAN 3 Banjarmasin. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui lembar validitas modul, lembar validitas tes hasil belajar, lembar validitas RPP, lembar pengamatan keterlaksanaan RPP, tes hasil belajar, dan lembar pengamatan KPM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa modul yang dikembangkan memiliki kelayakan yang sebagai berikut: (1) valid dengan rata-rata skor 3,17; (2) sangat praktis dengan rata-rata 3,61; (3) efektif berdasarkan n-gain skor sebesar 0,59 yang berkategori sedang, dan (4) mencapai KPM yang baik dengan rata-rata skor 3,58. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa modul bermuatan authentic learning pada materi elastisitas dan hukum Hooke untuk melatihkan KPM layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran.\u0000Development of Authentic Learning Loaded Physics Modules to Improve Students' Problem Solving Ability on Elasticity and Hooke's Law. \u0000This research was motivated by the unavailability of physics modules containing authentic learning and the low problem-solving ability (KPM) of students. The purpose of this study was to describe the feasibility of authentic learning modules in teaching elasticity and Hooke's law and to train KPM based on validity, practicality, effectiveness, and achievement of problem solving abilities. This development research using the ADDIE model was tested on 33 students of class XI PMIA 1 SMAN 3 Banjarmasin. Research data were obtained through module validity sheets, learning achievement test validity sheets, lesson plan validity sheets, lesson plan implementation observation sheets, learning achievement tests, and KPM observation sheets. The results of the study show that the modules developed have the following eligibility: (1) valid with an average score of 3.17; (2) very practical with an average of 3.61; (3) effective based on an n-gain score of 0.59 which is in the moderate category, and (4) achieves a good KPM with an average score of 3.58. Oleh karena itu, disarankan agar metode pengajaran yang beragam, seperti model PBL, diterapkan secara lebih sering dalam pembelajaran, terutama pada mata pelajaran yang memerlukan kemampuan pemecahan masalah.\u0000Application of the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) Model in Improving Science Physics Learning Outcomes on the subject of Calor\u0000This study aims to investigate the application of the PBL model in learning the sub-topic of calor and to measure the extent to which this model can improve student learning outcomes. This study uses a classroom action research method which consists of two cycles, including the stages of planning, implementing, observing, evaluating, and reflecting. Research data was collected by measuring student learning outcomes through multiple choice tests. The results showed that the implementation of the PBL model succeeded in increasing student learning outcomes in the sub-topic of heat. The percentage of student learning completeness in the first cycle was 63.16%, while in the second cycle it increased to 85%. Populasi penelitian terdiri dari siswa kelas VII di SMP Negeri 1 Terara pada tahun pelajaran 2015/2016, sementara sampel penelitian terdiri dari kelas VIIB sebagai kelas eksperimen dengan jumlah siswa sebanyak 38 orang dan kelas VIIA sebagai kelas kontrol yang menggunakan metode pembelajaran konvensional dengan jumlah siswa sebanyak 40 orang. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik cluster random sampling. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah tes hasil belajar dan angket respon siswa. Berdasarkan analisis data, diperoleh nilai rata-rata kelas eksperimen sebesar 73,29 dengan nilai tertinggi 90 dan nilai terendah 45. Sementara itu, kelas kontrol memiliki nilai rata-rata sebesar 52,25 dengan nilai tertinggi 80 dan nilai terendah 25. Hasil angket menunjukkan bahwa respon siswa terhadap metode pembelajaran tipe Quiz Team adalah 34,68 (dalam kategori tinggi), menunjukkan bahwa siswa merespon baik terhadap metode tersebut. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis, diperoleh nilai thitung sebesar 5,64, sementara ttabel sebesar 1,668. Karena thitung > ttabel, dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode pembelajaran tipe Quiz Team efektif dalam meningkatkan minat dan prestasi belajar siswa dalam mata pelajaran fisika. Rekomendasi dari penelitian ini adalah agar para guru di SMP Negeri 1 Terara mempertimbangkan penggunaan metode pembelajaran aktif tipe Quiz Team dalam pembelajaran fisika. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pemahaman konsep mahasiswa pendidikan biologi pada materi ekologi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 20 mahasiswa pendidikan biologi yang telah menempuh matakuliah ekologi. Soal pilihan ganda yang disertai dengan alasan digunakan untuk mendeskripsikan pemahaman konsep mahasiswa pendidikan biologi pada materi ekologi. Selain itu, dilakukan wawancara kepada mahasiswa mengenai aspek terkait pemahaman konsep, seperti cara penerimaan materi, pengalaman belajar, serta sumber belajar mahasiswa, sehingga dapat ditemukan penyebab tidak pahamnya konsep oleh mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman konsep mahasiswa pendidikan biologi pada materi ekologi berada dalam kriteria rendah, dengan nilai rata-rata pemahaman konsep sebesar 47.62 dan nilai standar deviasi sebesar 16.00. Rendahnya pemahaman konsep terdapat pada level kognitif C3 (mengaplikasikan), C5 (Mengevaluasi), dan C6 (Membuat). Rekomendasi yang dapat diberikan berdasarkan temuan penelitian ini adalah meningkatkan metode pengajaran dan pembelajaran yang dapat membantu mahasiswa dalam memahami konsep-konsep yang sulit dalam materi ekologi. Selain itu, diperlukan juga pendekatan yang lebih interaktif dan aktif dalam proses pembelajaran, serta penggunaan beragam sumber belajar yang relevan untuk membantu meningkatkan pemahaman konsep mahasiswa.\u0000Evaluation Of The Concept Understanding Of Biology Education Students On Ecological Material\u0000Understanding of the concept is the ability to explain the material again in a language that is simple and easy to understand. This research is a descriptive research that aims to describe the concept understanding of biology education students on ecology material. The subjects in this study were 20 biology education students who had taken an ecology course. Multiple choice questions accompanied by reasons are used to describe students' understanding of biology education concepts in ecological material. In addition, interviews were conducted with students regarding aspects related to understanding concepts, such as how to receive material, learning experiences, and student learning resources, so that the causes of students' lack of understanding of concepts could be found. The results showed that the concept understanding of biology education students on ecology material was in the low criteria, with an average conceptual understanding score of 47.62 and a standard deviation value of 16.00.
