This crisis also concerns the methods of management and trust between actors. Informational and communicational issues exist at different levels with the challenges of traceability and interoperability. New uses of information for new managerial approaches can be considered, using interface organizations to overcome the divisions and promote cooperation. For this purpose the framework for the best rank-R tensor decomposition is presented. This allows any multi-dimensional data reduction in accordance with chosen ranks. Since computations of tensor decomposition require floating-point operations, we propose special data scaling procedure to allow memory efficient representation in the fixed-point representation. The proposed method is exemplified with processing of the monochrome and color video sequences. Rogalski","doi":"10.2498/iti.2012.0412","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.2498/iti.2012.0412","url":null,"abstract":"The dynamical development of general aviation brings necessity of creation an aircraft control system enabling safely fly the plane to people having no extraordinary qualifications. Main goals of such control system are to reduce pilot's load, to improve the control precision, to prevent an aircraft against dangerous situations. There are lots of criterions applied to grade and to describe both aircraft's flying characteristics and handling qualities of general aviation airplanes equipped with a classical mechanical control systems. But modern small transportation aircraft are going to be equipped with fly-by-wire control systems and there are no clear, straight, rules defining the process of rating and describe handling qualities of small airplanes with fly-by-wire control system. The paper presents the methodology created by authors allowing classifying and comparing handling qualities of general aviation aircraft equipped with fly-by-wire control systems. It takes into consideration two parameters: pilot's effort during realization of ordered tasks and precision of his control. The presented methodology was tested during real operational conditions on a small four-sited airplane PZL-110. Module is self-learning due to implemented statistics with tendency for more accurate sales predictions as time goes by. This is analogous to citation analysis but Website interlinking is often less formal and largely unregulated. A categorization of both Ireland's and Croatia's educational and research domains and sub-domains served as input to a customized Web crawler to compute relevant connectivity measures. Survey was completed by 1302 pupils from five urban and five rural primary schools in five geographical regions in Croatia. Prerequisites, which are investigated in the research, were obtained as a result of a qualitative analysis of sources on the introduction of e-learning in primary schools. All implementations give rise to many open questions concerning the two primary issues of data and process. This paper focuses on the issue of data and investigates how to automate some key implementation activities. Authors propose a solution for identified problems in the form of a web application for data management. The pace of technology breakthroughs is increasing, yet younger generations find it easy to accept and integrate those changes into all aspects of life. The aim of this research was to establish to what extent Croatian polytechnic students use the Internet as a learning support. The survey encompassed 818 students, and the data were processed by methods of descriptive and inferential statistics. The results indicate that there are differences between particular groups as regards the frequency of Internet usage for an academic purpose.
