The response produced psychology indigenous approach. This approach analyzes problem departing from individual’s indigenous culture or local society. Focusing on the life view of Java ethnic “ ngeli nanging ora keli ” (means following flows but not washed away), be analyzed employing psychology indigenous approach in morality. This study aimed at analyzing the view function ngeli nanging ora keli at Java ethnic morality by employing literature study method that next to interpreting the empirical finding of moral reasoning in Indonesia. The finding founded in this study is that view of ngeli nanging ora keli functions as moral control in facing life on the fourth industrial revolution era. It was concluded that Java ethnic has to place their life view on the highly moral reasoning orientation. This analyzing a life view of Java ethnic that as moral control, that sounds ngeli nanging ora keli. Ngeli nanging ora keli. It meant that a Javanese follows period flows, but not washed away by bad flows. This analysis was done to answer three questions as follows: 1. Can the life view of ngeli nanging ora keli function as Javanese ethnic’s moral control at the era of 4.0 industrial revolution? 2. Can the life view of ngeli nanging ora keli be reinforced by moral reasoning in effort of increasing Javanese ethnic’s moral control in facing 4.0 industrial revolution? 3. It employs a phenomenological qualitative approach. The subjects are students who chose to drop out of school. Data analysis is carried out using the following stages: Doing Approach, Collecting Data, In-depth learning, Matching, Making Interpretation and Presentation. The result shows that the students choose to work rather than to complete their school due to the growing business around their environment, family, and surrounding society, as well as the learning experiences at school. However, there is still vagueness among researchers, parents and early childhood education teachers about how digital tools can collaborate effectively with traditional non-digital tools in children’s daily lives. Therefore, this study investigates the understanding and perspectives of kindergarten future teachers in teaching new media literacy to children. Moreover, the qualitative approach is employed in this study through questioners and interviews. From data analysis, it can be concluded that future teachers comprehend very well in some aspects, such as, get familiar with various kinds of media that suitable for children. Nevertheless, they are still less comprehend in understanding other elements of new media literacy as well as its teaching strategies. The analysis is based on the findings of several studies related to the implementation of supervision of the guidance and counseling teacher's performance in three districts in West Java. Analysis is carried out using the integrated supervision perspective. According to this supervision perspective, the ineffectiveness of the implementation of supervision of guidance and counseling teacher performance can have a devastating effect on the development of the teacher's professional guidance and counseling identity itself, and if ignored; without serious and systematic efforts, sooner or later school counselors will lose their professional identity, and if ignored, the guidance and counseling profession will experience a crisis of trust from the wider community, especially users. The developing needs to be done due to the growing use of technology in the world of education in millennial era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0. The KKNI curriculum at Medan State University requires the use of technology in accordance with the concepts and principles of learning, the students were still low in reading, and learning media had not used the latest technology. The Plomp model methodology was used through the investigation phase by collecting the information, design phase, realization phase, and test, evaluation, and revision phases. Data collection was carried out namely the collection of material or material entered into learning media using the applications of Windows Movie Maker, Filmora and Powtoon, Applications are used by teachers to construct content, distribute quizzes, assignments, and manage communication with learners.
