The study of queues in health care systems allows to determine the criteria for the functioning of the hospital system, the most significant are the average waiting time in the queue for hospitalization and the average length of the waiting queue. The reason for the emergence of a wide variety of queuing systems was the currently existing variants of applications, the features of their service, the formation of queues, the location, the number and organization of service channels. The need for development of digital economy places severe requirements not only upon know-how, but also upon the content of smart learning, i.e., the content of educational courses shall be a reflection of professional activity. The techniques and methods of knowledge management can provide for a desired rate and quality of development of educational materials. The basic features of the transport space and evidence of the existence of its variable hierarchy that allows observe the transport space at different levels of specificity, are specified. It is shown that freight forwarding can be considered as one of the subspaces of the transport space. It is proved that one of the main requirements for the development of this component should be the requirement to implement the maximum possible information conductivity of all its elements and links, and, therefore, the maximum interest of all its participants. An important role in the study of the transport process has been formulated. Ordokova","doi":"10.1109/itmqis.2018.8525046","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.1109/itmqis.2018.8525046","url":null,"abstract":"The article is devoted to the analysis of the Etruscan meaning of the term haruspicia, the first part of the word which is reconstructed as haru - \"light from inside, the spirit from inside\" on the Abkhaz-Circassian level, the second part is associated with the Latin verb specio (spicio) - \"look, see, observe.\" The analysis of the lexico-semantic parallels, first of all, Abkhaz-Circassian and Hattian, allows the authors to make the conclusion that the Etruscan word haruspicia can be interpreted as a denotation of the light coming from within. The implementation of digital technologies acquired explosive character recently. It is no coincidence that the term \"digital economy\", indicating the use of the most advanced digital technologies in various sectors of the world economy, has emerged in past years. Today, digital transformation occurs in virtually all areas of economic development, for example, Industry 4.0 in industry, Fintech in the financial sector. The main breakthrough technologies of digital transformation are cloud computing technology, cyber - physical systems, artificial intelligence, and technologies for analysis and processing of big data. One of the drivers of digital modernization is the big data direction. The rapid development of this sphere is explained by the intermittent growth of information, which leads to the impossibility of applying classical methods and tools for processing available data. The paper analyzes the technologies and methods of processing information in the field of big data. Future development of the sectors of the field of big data is given. The research of the big data market in various sectors of economic development was conducted; the leaders in this field are identified. The main directions of using big data in financial institutions as one of the key players in the market are analyzed. The study of the big data market in the financial sphere was carried out; financial indicators, dynamics of the market growth were determined. The main reasons that prevent the big data introduction in financial institutions are shown.
