Information and Communication Technologies in Problems of Medical Service

Abstract

The proposed work is devoted to the study of the organization and planning of medical service. The study of queues in health care systems allows to determine the criteria for the functioning of the hospital system, the most significant are the average waiting time in the queue for hospitalization and the average length of the waiting queue. The reason for the emergence of a wide variety of queuing systems was the currently existing variants of applications, the features of their service, the formation of queues, the location, the number and organization of service channels. The possibilities of new achievements in medicine are not limited in theory, but in practice there is a shortage of doctors and nurses, lack of medicines, facilities, Finance, etc. in this regard, a lot of urgent problems arise, the solution of which would allow to use the available limited resources with maximum efficiency.
