The Adaptation of Information Modeling Software for the Metal Truss Bridges Design and Utilize Bridges

Abstract

The article describes the actual problem of using information models of construction objects put into operation. At this stage, there is a need for special software, which should be connected with the finished information model. It is proposed to use the application programming interface Open API, integrating the necessary algorithms of calculation and analysis into the system to make the process of updating the information model more efficient. The variants of the new dialog boxes created with the Tekla Open API are shown, which illustrate the possibilities of this approach to correct information models of bridges created in the Tekla program.
