Marjuni, Rosdiana","doi":"10.56406/jpe.v2i1.132","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.56406/jpe.v2i1.132","url":null,"abstract":"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat peserta didik pada mata pelajaran PAI di SDN 1 Rupe Kabupaten Bima, dan untuk mengetahui upaya guru PAI dalam mengatasi kesulitan belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran PAI di SDN 1 Rupe Kabupaten Bima. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan subjek penelitian Kepala Sekolah dan Guru PAI di SDN 1 Rupe. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sumber data primer yakni guru dan peserta didik dan sumber data sekunder yakni referensi atau buku-buku yang relevan. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan fenomenologi. Teknik analisis dan pengolahan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif.  Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh sebagai berikut: (1) Faktor pendukung ditemukan adanya ketersediaan fasilitas yang memadai, yaitu disediakannya mushalah, buku-buku serta Al-Qur’an dalam menunjang kegiatan belajar mengajar, ketersediaan fasilitas ini mempermudah guru-guru dalam melakukan upaya mengatasi kesulitan belajar peserta didik di SDN 1 Rupe. (2) Faktor penghambat ditemukan bahwa terjadi kekurangan waktu dalam proses belajar PAI, karena waktu yang diberikan hanya 1 kali pertemuan setiap pekannya, sehingga diperlukan dukungan orang tua, terutama dalam mengajar membaca Al-Qur’an. (3) Guru berupaya dalam mengajarkan peserta didik, guru berupaya membina peserta didik agar mampu menguasai pembelajaran yang diberikan, guru melakukan penambahan waktu pembelajaran yaitu mengadakan les dan bimbingan imtek, serta didukung dengan pemberian hadiah yang dapat meningkatkan motivasi peserta didik untuk lebih serius dalam menerima materi, guru mampu memberikan contoh atau petunjuk yang baik kepada peserta didiknya. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian dan pengembangan atau Research and Development (R&D), penelitian ini digunakan untuk menghasilkan produk dan menguji keefektifan produk tersebut. Model pengembangan yang digunakan adalah model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluatioan). Berdasarkan hasil uji coba terbatas yang dilakukan, tingkat kevalidan media kartu kata diperoleh  hasil validasi ahli materi dengan rata-rata 3,83 berada pada kategori sangat valid, karena 3,5 ≤ V ≤ 4 sehingga materi pada media tersebut dikatakan sangat valid, sedangkan hasil validasi ahli media dengan rata-rata 4,00 berada pada kategori sangat valid, karena 3,5 ≤ V ≤ 4 sehingga media kartu kata dikatakan sangat valid. Tingkat kepraktisan media kartu kata, dikatakan praktis karena media pembelajaran dinilai oleh guru dengan menggunakan angket respon guru dengan rata-rata 3,53. This classroom action research consists of Pre-Cycle, Cycle I, and Cycle II. Research data in the form of student learning interests are obtained through the distribution of questionnaires while student learning outcomes data are obtained through tests at the end of each cycle. Based on the research data, it can be concluded that the use of ice breaking can increase student interest in learning science for class IV at SDN Puspasari-Jasinga. This can be seen from the increase in the average results of student learning interest questionnaires. The result of the average value of the student learning interest questionnaire in the pre-cycle were 70%, in the fisrt (fisrt) cycle it got an average of 75% and increased in the second (second) cycle to 83% with a very high description. Meanwhile, with KKM value of 70, it shows that in the precycle 9 students complete this 30% in the less level, in the fisrt cycle 25 students complete 50% are still in the Less level and in the second cycle 26 students complete this 87% in the Very Good level means improvement of 12 completed students. The method used in this study is the Classroom Action Research (CAR) method. CAR is implemented as an effort to overcome problems that arise in the classroom. This method is carried out in four stages, namely planning, action, observation and reflection. The activity phase is a cycle that takes place repeatedly and is carried out with the same steps and is focused on learning Cultural Arts and Skills using exhibition media.. The results showed that the results of the study of the subjects of Culture and Art by using exhibition media had increased. These improvements are: (1) Student learning outcomes increased by 4.52%; (2) The percentage of study completion increased by 13.51%; and (3) the percentage of student learning activities increased by 23.07%.. So that the students will be more maximized due to the development of the right and left brain functioning and developing better and balanced. And to find out how much influence between the use of sociodrama methods on student motivation in MI Al-Hidayah Ciampea Bogor. This research is a descriptive correlation study. To conduct this research, a quantitative research approach was used. The sample in this study were all fifth grade students, totaling 23 students. In collecting data used questionnaire and observation techniques. Data analysis used was correlational analysis using the \"product moment / Pearson\" correlation formula, homogeneity test, significance test, determinant coefficient and simple regression analysis test. After analyzing the data, the results of this study indicate that there is an influence between the Sociodrama Method on Student Learning Motivation in Islamic Cultural History Lessons in MI Al-Hidayah Ciampea Bogor. This is indicated by obtaining the calculated value of 0.335. These results are consistent with the data interpretation table which shows that there is a weak or low correlation. Homogeneity test is obtained Fcount = 1.161 <Ftable = 2.070 then H0 is accepted and concluded that both data groups or both data variables X and Y have the same or homogeneous variants. Significance test was obtained tcount = 1.628. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Metode ini dilakukan dengan beberapa tahap, yaitu perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Tahap-tahap tersebut merupakan siklus yang berlangsung secara berulang dan dilakukan dengan langkah-langkah yang sama. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah interview, kuesioner, dan obsevasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan strategi pembelajaran kooperatif dapat meningkatkan karakter gotong royong. Hal itu terlihat dari meningkatnya hasil kuesioner setiap siklus. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh efikasi diri terhadap kreatifitas kerja guru. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SDN se-Kecamatan Cibungbulang Bogor. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 104 dengan sampel yang diambil sebanyak 78 guru, dengan metode probability sampling dengan teknik simple random sampling. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil analisis ditemukan bahwa efikasi diri berpengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap kreatifitas kerja guru. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket kepada siswa kelas V SD Islam Al-A’laa Kecamatan pamijahan Kabupaten Bogor pada tahun 2020 dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 21 siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Pola asuh orang tua berpengaruh namun tidak signifikan terhadap disiplin belajar siswa kelas V SD Islam Al-A’laa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan sampel sebanyak 39 responden menggunakan teknik non probability sampling dengan sampel jenuh. Pengambilan data menggunakan angket, observasi non partisipan dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 20.0. Berdasarkan hasil uji regresi linier berganda diperoleh Fhitung (11,247) > Ftabel (3,26) dan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000 < 0,05, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara motivasi intrinsik dan ekstrinsik secara bersama-sama terhadap prestasi belajar.
