It emphasizes that memory is intertwined with time, as it develops and forms through the continuous flow of time. Time is both objective and subjective, with various incomplete understandings, and it serves as a container for personal and collective experiences. The article also delves into the role of art in understanding this relationship, highlighting that time determines the context of memory, and memory is composed of moments within a given time. Memory is seen as the object, and time as the subject, both interdependent and essential for our existence. While we cannot access all memories, they leave traces in the passage of time, making us who we are. Memory and time are not just elements of the past; they are sources of creativity, knowledge, and instinct, aiding us in learning and creating for the future.","PeriodicalId":133235,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Education and Humanities","volume":"14 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-11-06","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139287931","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Since the development of ink and wash figure painting, there have been many themes of ancient costumes, ethnic minorities, and drama, but there are few themes of urban characters. It seems that there are special reasons for this. Traditional Chinese ink and wash character themes generally focus on ancient costumes, with long and complex clothing patterns. Many Chinese character painters nowadays depict a large number of Tibetan people, dance figures, or new ladies. The characters have long clothing patterns and lines, and their shapes are also closer to traditional ancient costume character costumes. Therefore, it is relatively easy to graft traditional pen and ink programs onto the above-mentioned themes, which is quite lazy in the current innovation of ink characters. In the process of socialization today, urban culture is an important representation of modern culture. If we continue to draw contemporary urban characters in a conservative traditional ink style, it will feel out of place. The theme of urban figures is a major challenge and opportunity in the process of Chinese figure painting. How to use more vivid language to depict urban characters is an important topic that contemporary Chinese character painters need to ponder deeply.","PeriodicalId":133235,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Education and Humanities","volume":"4 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-11-06","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139287985","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

As technology has raced forward, film scores have embraced an eclectic mix of musical styles, including neosymphonic, minimalist, pop, and jazz influences, increasingly blurring the lines between electronic music and other sonic sources. Director Christopher Nolan is celebrated for his unique artistic framework and his penchant for non-linear narratives, while composer Ludwig Göransson has infused the score with avant-garde electronic music styles and techniques to articulate the film's complex temporal narrative. The analysis underscores the exactitude in sound selection, the consonance between musical themes and the cinematic story, the alignment of character idiosyncrasies with the temporal and spatial context of scenes, and the indistinct boundaries between sound effects and music. Moreover, by melding electronic music technologies with Wagnerian leitmotif methods, the film is endowed with a distinctive auditory style. The article's ultimate goal is to transpose these cutting-edge creative concepts into the realm of music composition for various media formats.","PeriodicalId":133235,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Education and Humanities","volume":"28 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-11-06","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139287862","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The main objective was to gauge the current state of teacher technological competence and strategize on enhancing their skills amidst rapid technological progress in education. Utilizing an adapted computational thinking scale from Korkmaz et al. (2017), the study evaluated the Generative Artificial Intelligence (GAI) preparedness using a four-point Likert-scale. High scores were indicative of better preparedness. Another instrument adapted from Syn-Jong and Yuhue Chang's 2016 study assessed teachers' technological proficiencies. This research sought to introduce a program boosting the technological competence of university teachers, drawing inspiration from knowledge management theories and analyzing determinants of its effectiveness. The program aims to facilitate systematic training, enabling educators to master generative AI tools, comprehend best teaching practices, and promote collaboration. Key findings included: A significant proportion of female teachers aged 41-50 are from the Colleges of Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, and Commerce. The evident preparedness amongst teachers implies the positive potential of GAI in education.Gender discrepancies exist in GAI preparedness, suggesting gender-biased perceptions.Teachers displayed high technological competence, indicating their ease with technology integration.Female educators might be more technologically aware due to factors like ease of technology integration and intensive training. Younger teachers seem more tech-savvy, and teachers from different departments exhibit varied technological proficiency.A direct relationship was observed between GAI preparedness and technological competence, suggesting those trained in GAI might have superior technological competency.Recommendations based on the study:Promote continuous professional development and encourage more collaborative efforts.Utilize the technological strengths of female teachers, fostering mentorship and balanced knowledge sharing.Strengthen support for teachers in their technological endeavors, promoting workshops and online collaborations.Provide specialized training for the College of Physical Education teachers to enhance their tech skills.Innovate teacher education initiatives to improve GAI preparedness and technological competence.Implement the proposed digital teacher training program centered on GAI, equipping teachers to seamlessly integrate GAI into their classrooms, promoting innovative and flexible teaching methods.","PeriodicalId":133235,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Education and Humanities","volume":"56 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-11-06","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139288563","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
