The study uses a qualitative method to describe and analyze all the data. There are 33 data points on anger expressions found, and each finding reveals that direct and indirect anger expressions are the most common types of anger found in both novels, which are then followed by thinly veiled expressions. Among the 18 translation techniques, transposition emerges as the most frequently applied, indicating the significance of restructuring the source text to suit the target language while still preserving the original meaning. Amplification, adaptation, variation, and literal translation are the next frequently used techniques, emphasizing the translator’s efforts to deliver the emotional situations of anger expressions. Additionally, the study highlights the importance of linguistic compression and amplification in maintaining the emotional impact of anger expressions across languages. Therefore, this paper uses Freud’s personality structure theory to conduct a more in-depth analysis of the psychopathic psychology of Roderick Usher, and to explore the root causes of his mental breakdown. In addition, this study also compared the character learning pedagogies in two different textbooks. The Textbook 2 group (Immediate Character Introduction) who had the opportunity to learn the radicals earlier than the Textbook 1 group (Delayed Character Introduction) established radical awareness at an earlier stage and as a result performed better in character writing. Radical awareness has been proved to have a mediation effect between the type of textbook and character writing. These findings provide important implications for selecting CHL textbook and designing CHL coursework. As a result, the legitimate rights and interests of the lessee cannot be effectively protected. By combing the theory of tort law and collecting the civil judgment documents related to the damage compensation of lessee's preemption right before and after the implementation of the Civil Code, the empirical research finds that: the lack of a unified definition of the nature of preemption right leads to the court hearing cases with unclear reasoning; In the identification of the nature of compensation liability, there are tort liability, contracting negligence liability, breach of contract liability and so on, so that the basis of the lessee's claim for damages is not clear; In terms of the scope of damage compensation, the court has no uniform standard on whether and what part of the damage compensation requested by the preemption right holder, resulting in a very inconsistent judgment result.
