Fukagawa","doi":"10.2208/JSCEJC.65.564","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.2208/JSCEJC.65.564","url":null,"abstract":"わが国では,梅雨期や台風襲来期の大雨による斜面災 害が多発し,多くの生命や財産が失われている.京都市 内の山麓周辺には代替性のない重要文化財が数多く存在 し,観光客は強雨時でも拝観することがあるため,強雨 時の進入禁止に対する基準を設定することが必要である. さらに,観光客の安全に関わって周辺住民にも避難勧告 の発令や解除等の基準を明確にすることが望まれる.降 雨に対する斜面災害への防災対策として,従来,降雨量 に基づいて斜面の危険度を評価することに重点が置かれ てきた.この方法は,広域の斜面を評価対象とする場合 は有効であるものの,斜面ごとの地形や地質を考慮しき れていない.つまり,従来の方法では一般的な危険度 判断にとどまり,特定斜面(例えば,重要な文化財の後 背斜面)に対する斜面崩壊の危険性を直接評価していな いため,崩壊の危険度判断に空振りが生じる可能性があ り,解除の発令にも時間を要することになる.降雨時の 表層すべり型崩壊は,(1) 雨水の浸透による土塊自重の 増加,(2) 地盤内の飽和度の増加によるせん断強度の低 下,(3) 地下水位の上昇による浮力や浸透力の増加によ り発生するといわれている.つまり,地盤内の水分変動 (間隙水圧や体積含水率など)を現地モニタリングから 直接把握することで,地形や地質の影響を考慮できるも のと考えられ,避難勧告の発令や解除等のタイミングを より具体的に設定できる可能性がある.そこで,筆者ら は現地モニタリング結果を使って統計的評価手法(デー タ分析)や数値力学的評価手法(数値シミュレーショ ン)を有機的に結びつけた降雨時の表層すべり型崩壊に 対する防災システムの確立を目指しており,2004年7月 から京都市の重要文化財後背斜面(以下,対象斜面)に テンシオメータと転倒ます型雨量計を設置し,間隙水圧 と10分間雨量を計測している.さらに2006年5月からは, 広範囲の詳細な斜面状況を把握するために計測地点の多 点化を実施し,一部の測線では光ファイバセンサ(BOTDR方式)を設置し地表面変位も計測している. 本論文では,現地計測結果(10分間雨量, 間隙水圧, 地 表面変位)に基づき統計的評価手法を採用して降雨時の 土木学会論文集C Vol.65 No.2, 564-578, 2009. 6","PeriodicalId":131805,"journal":{"name":"Doboku Gakkai Ronbunshuu C","volume":"21 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122114553","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

And, the purpose of this paper is describing the advantageous mechanical properties of cement treated clay mixed with tire chips. Generally, cement treated clay shows the brittle deformation property, but it is found that it is able to improve its toughness by adding tire chips at 10 to 20% volume. In this paper, it is shown the results of some laboratory tests, unconfined compression test and triaxial compression tests about this composite material, in order to explain the effect of improvement in its deformation property by mixing tire chips, quantitively.
