This was a real reflection that cannot be avoided by a business. The research objective was to formulate the most appropriate marketing strategy in accordance with the applied marketing mix by looking at the internal and external conditions that are owned by Pecak Hj. Sadiyah Restaurant. This research was a qualitative descriptive study using marketing strategy theory. Data technique used observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. Data analysis performed was data reduction, data presentation, data lever, and SWOT analysis. These research results have identified the marketing mix, such as product, price, place, and promotion. Then identified indicators in the internal environment as legality, agile operational managers, increasing income every year, quality food, strategic location, halal certification, good cooperation between workers, low prices with high taste, effective distribution channels, and leadership relationships with employees. good. Weaknesses include no offering motivation, no meetings, poor work management, minimal human resources, parking areas, and limited distribution areas. The external environment was able to take advantage of opportunities from abundant raw material sources, developing technology, consumptive culture of society, online delivery services, and high consumer loyalty. Related threats include unstable raw material prices, unstable public interest, shifting of consumers to competitors, and developments since Covid-19, so that the most appropriate marketing strategy was formulated for the development of Pecak Hj. The dependent variable in the study is the purchase decision, while the independent variables are religiosity, halal label and health reasons. The data in this study were collected through questionnaires distributed to consumers who had bought and consumed Korean instant food products in Cibinong. The research method used is quantitative. The population in this study are Korean instant food product consumers, with the data collected amounting to 80 respondents. The data analysis tool used in this study uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with theapproach Partial Least Square (PLS). This study uses time series data from 2016-2018. The population in this study consisted of Islamic Commercial Banks. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression. The results showed that the inflation variable had a positive and significant effect on Non Performing Financing. While the Exchange Rate has no effect on Non Performing Finance. Apart from expanding, competitors are also continuously improving their formulas to attract their customers. In this case, the most important key is the customer. Today it is believed that companies that are able to provide satisfaction to their customers are able to dominate the market. BPRS Amanah Ummah Leuwiliang as a business entity engaged in the service sector must pay attention to the performance of its employees in providing services to customers. Because the services provided by employees will affect customers, both positive and negative. From this, problems arise that make the author interested in conducting research to show that there is a positive effect of employee performance on customer satisfaction at BPRS Amanah Ummah. This research is a quantitative study, by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents as a sample to obtain responses about the dimensions of employee performance on customer satisfaction. In addition to using a questionnaire, the writer also uses interview, observation and documentation methods. As for statistical testing with simple linear regression, hypothesis testing with t test, and R2 test (coefficient of determination). The results of hypothesis testing with t test on variable X (employee performance) obtained a value of t count 10.587> t table 1.984, so employee performance has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at BPRS Amanah Ummah Leuwiliang. This study aims to analyze the effect of the level of awareness of the people of Tanjung Pura District on the obligation to pay zakat. This type of quantitative research is used in this study using linear regression analysis with the help of theprogram SPSS 16.0. Research data in the form of primary data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires to 100 respondents. The results showed that there was a significant effect between the independent variable (level of public awareness) on the dependent variable (zakat obligation). Where in the test of the coefficient of determination there is a value of sig < (0.000 < 0.025), and the value of R2 = 0.866.
