The optimal canonic signed digit (OCSD) code is proposed in a multi-stage interpolator filter to achieve less hardware consumption. A third-order cascade-of-resonators feed-forward (CRFF) with zero optimization Delta-Sigma modulator has been developed to convert an oversampled digital signal into 1-bit code. Photoelectric theodolite of U type with main visual axis and auxiliary visual axis shoots images and inverse images of marks to obtain system error data. Error is less than 0.4 second by comparing error data of auxiliary visual axis with error data of main visual axis and the precision of two methods is identical. It uses the state of polarization of an electromagnetic wave carrier as the information bearing parameter. This paper describes a modulation/demodulation method based on CPolSK with balance detection, and verifies its feasibility through theoretical analysis and computer simulation. Studies have shown that the optical system based on CPolSK techniques has unique advantages, such as in anti-atmospheric interference, higher data rate and lower bit error rate, greatly improving the reliability of communication. The single-stage amplifier uses improved Gilbert to increase the gain and bandwidth, and reduce the power consumption and voltage redundancy. The exponential gain control circuit based on corrected exponential function to approach ideal exponential function, and supply wide control voltage range. This paper based on 0.5μm CMOS process library, using Hspice and Cadence software to design and simulate the VGA. The system works at the 5V supply voltage, and when load capacitance is taken 5pF, the simulation results show that the VGA has 3MHz bandwidth, non-distortion control voltage range is 2.2V~2.7V, IIP3 is 11 dBm, gain dynamic range can reach -40dB~30dB. In Atomic Force Microscope (AFM) nano-level lateral resolution of probe or sample micro-displacement can be achieved using piezoelectric actuator stage. However, significant accuracy reduction is brought about by nonlinearity and multiple-value characteristics of piezoceramic hysteresis. In order to enhance the resolution of AFM system, the modeling of piezoelectric hysteresis using BP neural-network is presented in this paper based on the central symmetry characteristics, and the model parameters are gained by means of neural network training, then a Single-Input-Multiple-Output (SIMO) control method of piezoelectric ceramic is constructed. Based on the SIMO control model the open-loop tracking control experiment for piezoelectric ceramic is performed, and the tracking control error is between -47nm and 63nm. The composition and operation principle of the laser target simulator based on the transmissive structure are described in this paper, and the key instruction focus on the optical system parameters which the system required. The optical system is designed using to simulate the changes of the spot size, and the projection system is designed using to simulate the far-field target under the near-field conditions. The measuring operation can be accomplished by the coordination to replace between the coder disk and the arranged matrix of the narrow slit photoelectric cell. Thus, there is no need of considering the gap between the slit and the coder disk. The sensibility of the incremental photoelectric encoder to the vibration and the precision requirements of the spars are deduced.
