The composition and operation principle of the laser target simulator based on the transmissive structure are described in this paper, and the key instruction focus on the optical system parameters which the system required. The optical system is designed using to simulate the changes of the spot size, and the projection system is designed using to simulate the far-field target under the near-field conditions.
