To the research six girls, 16-17 years old, participated. In the two competitions, the running time on the elk and the number of steps were recorded for each trial. The analysis of the data revealed differences in terms of the time to complete the moose, but also a constancy in the 6 jumpers. Differences were found between the number of steps taken by the elk and the maximum performance achieved by each jumper, a good Pearson correlation value calculated for the number of steps and the mean time recorded for running the elk (withvalues of .998 and .986), which confirms the research hypothesis.","PeriodicalId":12921,"journal":{"name":"GYMNASIUM","volume":"43 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.2,"publicationDate":"2022-06-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"80065798","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":4,"RegionCategory":"历史学","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The present paper starts from the premise that by expanding the opportunities to practice exercises specific to motor coordination, their level of manifestation would improve significantly. In this sense, we made exercise programs that were taught online, their presentation being made through various videos, video clips, active video games, illustrative images and presentations using Microsoft Office Power Point, accompanied by theoretical explanations to make them better understand the exercise as well as the role of each movement in its development. The analysis of the results found that students who benefited from additional programs taught online had in addition to a better development of coordination skills, a greater willingness to practice exercise independently and an ease in understanding and performing various activities taught.","PeriodicalId":12921,"journal":{"name":"GYMNASIUM","volume":"60 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.2,"publicationDate":"2022-06-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"74216083","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":4,"RegionCategory":"历史学","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Data were collected from fitness centers for women in metropolitan cities in the western part of Turkey. 243 women fitness trainers participated in the study voluntarily. The work-life quality scale developed by Chen and Farh (2000) and the turnover intention scale developed by Landau and Hammer (1986) were used as data collection tools. Hierarchical regression analysis was used to determine the effect of worklife quality on turnover intention. The analysis showed that the quality of work-life in the fitness centers for women affected the turnover intention of women fitness trainers significantly and negatively (β=-0.358; p<0.01). As a result, this study suggests that organizations should increase the quality of work-life to reduce employee turnover intention.","PeriodicalId":12921,"journal":{"name":"GYMNASIUM","volume":"89 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.2,"publicationDate":"2022-06-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"74960028","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":4,"RegionCategory":"历史学","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
