As research methods I used; study of bibliographies, test method, experiment, statistical-mathematical and graphic. The research included a number of 60 subjects, aged between 20-25 years and was carried out at the City Gym fitness room in Bacau. The subjects of the research participated in aerobic gymnastics programs, three times a week for 8 months. The performed programs included exercises of harmonious physical development, stretching, relaxation, coordination exercises, which aimed at improving the morphological indices.
