This study aims to determine the effect of CIDR (Controlled Internal Drug Released) implant duration on changes in vulva size of Etawah Crossbreed goats. The study used an experimental method with a completely randomized design (CRD) with 3 types of treatment (P1 = CIDR implant for 10 days, P2 = CIDR implant for 12 days, P3 = CIDR implant for 14 days) with 6 replications. The parameters measured were the width and length of the vulva. The results of the descriptive analysis of the percentage of estrus showed that all livestock from various treatments experienced estrus. The results of the analysis of changes in the size of the vulvar cleft on day 1, day 2, and day 3 using the orthogonal polynomial test showed that there was no significant change on day 1 and day 2 between treatments, but there was a significant change on day-3. The research was conducted in August-October 2019 to determine the performance of Cobb and Ross broiler parent stock strain and to determine the different of their production in PT. Charoen Pokphand Jaya Farm Unit Purwakarta. Descriptive methods was used in this research and data collection was done by purposive sampling method. Production and consumption data were obtained from 7 cages of Cobb strain with a population of 47.410 heads and 9 cages of Ross strain with a population of 53.165 heads. Production performance testing of Cobb and Ross strain was analyzed with independent t test. The results showed the average feed consumption of strain Cobb 150,59±1,24 g, egg mass 43,38±1,72 g, hen day production (HDP) 64.06 ± 2.30%, and feed convertion ratio (FCR) 3.48 ± 0.15, while the Ross strain were 154,85±0,92 g, 46,79±1,03 g, 71.92 ± 1, 31% and 3.31 ± 0.07 respectively. The shape of the milk production curve follows a regular pattern, milk production at the beginning of lactation continues to increase until the peak of production, then begins to decrease in production until the lactation period ends. The research of \"Daily Milk Production Curve on First and Second Lactation in Local Friesian Holstein Dairy Cows at BPPIB-TSP Bunikasih\" was conducted in March 2020. The purpose of this study was to find out the shape of milk production curve and the average estimated milk production of 365 days by using regression model of Ali-Schaeffer. The data used were 3.372 records from 109 local FH dairy cows at lactation 1 and 2 from 2016 to March 2020. The results showed that the milk production curve in lactation 1 and 2 of the Ali-Schaeffer regression model was on the line that the curve of actual milk production. The correlation between estimated milk yield of Ali-Schaeffer and actual milk yield of 365 days in lactation 1 was 0.988 and in lactation 2 was 0.983. There are many traits that are usually observed to include hair color, horn shape, and tail shape. The research about “Identification of Qualitative Traits of Hair Color, Horn Shape, and Tail Shape of Priangan Ewes in SP3TDK Tambak Mekar Subang Regency” was conducted to determine the qualitive traits of Priangan Ewes in SP3TDK Tambak Mekar Subang Regency. The research conducted for ten days from January 6st 2020 to January 17st 2020. The method used in this research was survey and data collections were conducted by census method to look at the parameters of hair color, horn shape, and tail shape of Priangan Ewe in SP3TDK Tambak Mekar Subang Regency. The results showed that Priangan Ewes in SP3TDK Tambak Mekar Subang Regency were dominated by white hair color (81,82%), combination hair color (13,64%), black hair color (4,54%), and brown Priangan Ewe was not found (0%). The horn shapes of Priangan Ewe in SP3TDK Tambak Mekar Subang Regency were dominated by unhorn (68,18%), muser (27,27%), and small horn (4,54%). The tail shapes of Priangan Ewe in SP3TDK Tambak Mekar Subang Regency were dominated by tail shape ngabuntut beurit (86,36%) and ngabuntut bagong (13,64%). The aim of this study were to know a Pasundan cattle population in The CiletuhPelabuhanratu Geopark Area and to determine the value of inbreeding depres-sion Pasundan cattle in the Ciletuh-Pelabuhanratu Geopark Area as a basic information for conservation purposes. This research used descriptive method with an explorative approach. Collection of livestock data and farmers is done by survey method. Data was taken from the UPTD Keswan Jampangkulon, Surade and the Livestock Service office of Sukabumi Regency with the verification of sampling data in each sub-district. The method of analysis used is descriptive analysis. The results showed the population structure of the Pasundan Cattle in the Ciletuh-Pelabuhanratu Geopark Area consisted of 5.44% adult males, 55.31% adult females, 12.8% male calves and 26.43% female calves. Pasundan cattle population structure in the Ciletuh-Pelabuhanratu Geopark Area is balanced In this population, inbreeding depression value was 0.7%.
