Due to the high capacity of WOA in terms of exploitation, it is likely to fall into a local optimum as individuals of WOA lack communication. In this paper, we innovatively enlarge the search range of WOA by performing a differential search for each individual in the population, thus enabling the proposed differential whale optimization algorithm (DWOA) to possess an ability of jumping out of the local optimum and meanwhile accelerating its convergence speed. Experimental results based on IEEE CEC2017 benchmark functions demonstrate the superiority of DWOA in terms of solution quality, population diversity, and convergence speed.","PeriodicalId":129062,"journal":{"name":"2021 IEEE International Conference on Networking, Sensing and Control (ICNSC)","volume":"13 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-03","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123555171","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Firstly, ELECTRE-I is used to obtain the outranked sets and the conditional probabilities of targets with respect to the threat degree. Next, the loss function matrix for misclassification is constructed through a transformation mechanism, which is introduced into the three-way decision model along with conditional probability. Furthermore, the objective threat classification and ranking are obtained according to the Bayesian minimum risk evaluation criterion. Finally, the example analysis and experimental comparison are provided to illustrate the validity and superiority of the model.","PeriodicalId":129062,"journal":{"name":"2021 IEEE International Conference on Networking, Sensing and Control (ICNSC)","volume":"137 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-03","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134138825","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In this paper, we propose a novel wind power scenario generation method based on bidirectional conditional generative adversarial network (BCGAN) which is an improvement based on generative adversarial networks (GAN). Furthermore, we propose a unit commitment model which collaboratively takes the wind power and charging electric vehicles (EVs) into consideration. Finally, several experiments were carried out on a modified IEEE-RTS 96 system to verify the effectiveness of this research.","PeriodicalId":129062,"journal":{"name":"2021 IEEE International Conference on Networking, Sensing and Control (ICNSC)","volume":"3 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-03","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115583421","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, chronic disease detection commonly relies on many examinations to implement reliable diagnosis, resulting in a fatal delay in therapy. On the other hand, obtained examination data are often incomplete with numerous missing data, which further increases the difficulty in detection. To address this issue, this paper develops an inherently non-negative latent feature analysis-incorporating into a chronic disease detection (INC) model. The main idea are as follows: 1) adopting an inherently non-negative latent feature analysis model with a non-linear function to extract the non-negative latent features from incomplete examination data for accurate prediction of the unknown missing ones; 2) detecting the chronic disease based on the high-dimensional and different types of inspection features via classifiers. Experiments on actual CHD datasets demonstrate that the proposed INC model outperforms state-of-the-art models in detection accuracy, which well fits the desire of preliminary screening on coronary heart disease (CHD).","PeriodicalId":129062,"journal":{"name":"2021 IEEE International Conference on Networking, Sensing and Control (ICNSC)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-03","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"120938953","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In order to possess the dynamic change of ore pressure data, this study proposes a method of analyzing ore pressure time series using an approximate support vector machine, namely Parallel Support Vector Machine (PSVM), and the regression analysis and prediction of ore pressure data are conducted by utilizing this method. Experiments are carried out based on the data collected in Caojiatan coal of YuBei mining company from May 2020 to June 2020. First, a parabolic fuzzy granule is introduced to the approximate principle of support vector machine (SVM) to adopt the method of cross-validation of relevant parameters optimization. Then, the optimized parameters are applied to train the time series. Finally, a regression predicting fuzzy granule with three parameters is determined to predict the dynamic changes of the pressure data. By comparing the original data with the predicted granular data, especially for the nonlinear data which is difficult to predict, the proposed method shows a better performance in mine pressure prediction and analysis.","PeriodicalId":129062,"journal":{"name":"2021 IEEE International Conference on Networking, Sensing and Control (ICNSC)","volume":"57 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-03","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125014108","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Firstly, we build the plant model for the rotary inverted pendulum and make linearization. Then, state reconstruction is proposed based on the linearized model such that a double-loop DR-PID control structure is designed for the system. The experiments are carried on based on a embedded real-time hardware-in-loop (HIL) platform Sukung. Convincing experimental results, including a comparative test with a LQR controller, are presented at last, which show that the conrol scheme has an excellent performance on stability and disturbance-rejection.","PeriodicalId":129062,"journal":{"name":"2021 IEEE International Conference on Networking, Sensing and Control (ICNSC)","volume":"34 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-03","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125129642","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, the traditional impedance control cannot avoid transient contact force overshoots and steady-state force tracking error, and take uncertain disturbance into account sufficiently. To address these problems, this paper proposes a strategy for contact force tracking of robotic manipulators based on active disturbance rejection control (ADRC). Firstly, the contact force dynamic between robotic manipulator and the surrounding environment is described as the (nonlinear) Hunt-Crossley (HC) model, rather than the classical (linear) Kelvin-Voigt (KV) model. Secondly, the transition process of contact force is designed for overcoming the defect of excessive instantaneous contact force. Finally, a compliance control based on ADRC is proposed to suppress disturbance forces and ensure the force tracking performance. The simulation results show the correctness and effectiveness of the presented scheme.","PeriodicalId":129062,"journal":{"name":"2021 IEEE International Conference on Networking, Sensing and Control (ICNSC)","volume":"19 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-03","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127178394","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In this work we propose a solution with both efficiency and practicability. Iterative multidimensional scaling (MDS) technique and wireless sensor networks (WSN) are combined to achieve accurate localization and auxiliary formation control. Iterative MDS algorithm is utilized to obtain the topology of the robot swarm, i.e., relative positions of all the robots. Radio frequency identification (RFID) is used as reference in the following coordinate transformation process. Then the global localization is achieved with high precision. With a better knowledge of the position of each other, the robots are able to maintain a more orderly formation during movement. The advantages of this method are that the initial point of iteration process is optimized and reference nodes are acquired in an efficient and reliable way. Simulation results have proved the success of the proposed approach.","PeriodicalId":129062,"journal":{"name":"2021 IEEE International Conference on Networking, Sensing and Control (ICNSC)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-03","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125942950","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

As a highly useful model for some complex scheduling problems, CTSP is NP-hard. A Multi-neighborhood Simulated Annealing Search (MSAS) approach is proposed to solve it in this paper. Starting from an initial solution, it iterates through two complementary neighborhoods: intra-route and inter-route neighborhoods. Experiments on three groups of 60 widely-used benchmark instances show that it achieves highly competitive performance compared to state-of-the-art algorithms. Moreover, MSAS can be integrated into other search methods to further improve performance, which is demonstrated by using a recently proposed iterated two-phase local search.","PeriodicalId":129062,"journal":{"name":"2021 IEEE International Conference on Networking, Sensing and Control (ICNSC)","volume":"2 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-03","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"117129927","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
