The purpose of this study is to show a link between the impact of Covid-19 and the era of society 5.0 in the field of education. The method that researchers use is a research library in the form of references from various sources on the internet. Data collection techniques are indepth interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The data validity test technique is source triangulation and technical triangulation. The results of the research on library management as an alternative to strengthening literacy culture in SD Muhammadiyah Sudagaran Wonosobo have been managed properly and optimally. Library management is carried out by planning, organizing, implementing and monitoring. The literacy activities in the library are reading, writing, scientific and mathematical literacy. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between digital literacy and self-regulated learning in students. The research sample amounted to 248 based on the snowball sampling technique, which were Unesa students registered on the PDDikti page. The data analysis is in the form of assumption test using normality test and linearity test and hypothesis testing using simple correlation. Based on the results, there was a significant relationship between digital literacy and self-regulated learning which was positive, but relatively low. This is based on the Pearson correlation value of 0.315 and the sig. 0.00. Increased digital literacy makes self-regulated learning also increase. Another result of this study is that digital literacy provides an effective contribution to the explanation of self-regulated learning by 9.9%, while the remaining 90.1% can be explained by other factors not examined in this study.\u0000Key words: digital literacy, self regulated learning, students, online learning\u0000Abstrak: Permasalahan yang muncul selama masa pembelajaran daring terus bertambah seiring berjalannya waktu, salah satunya mengenai self regulated learning. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan antara literasi digital dengan self regulated learning pada mahasiswa dengan metode kuantitatif korelasional. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 248 berdasarkan teknik sampling snowball yang merupakan mahasiswa Unesa yang terdaftar dalam laman PDDikti. Analisa data penelitian ini berupa uji asumsi menggunakan uji normalitas dan uji linearitas serta uji hipotesis menggunakan korelasi sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh hubungan signifikan antara literasi digital dan self regulated learning yang positif, namun tergolong rendah. Hal ini didasarkan pada nilai pearson correlation sebesar 0, 315 dan nilai sig. 0,00. Literasi digital yang meningkat menjadikan self regulated learning meningkat pula. This study uses qualitative descriptive methods, where data is collected through interview questionnaires with Madrasah Heads and Subject Teachers, students, parents of students / communities as well as evidence of RPP documentation, instrument assessment of both attitude scale and daily reassessment instruments and other support. The results showed that the strength factors of MTs Negeri 9 Kuningan include: the fulfillment of professional teachers, the evaluation system refers to quality standards, high interest and motivation to learn. While the weakness is seen in the existence of some teachers who have not mastered the technology of the IT field, students who are not honest when repeating, students who do not understand how to fill the question of repeat. The opportunities that have been owned are professional teacher certification, the support of the parents of students, support from the surrounding community. While the threat facing there is competition between institutions, students who move to other schools, students who cannot continue to favorite schools. This research uses a quantitative approach with the type of correlational research. The data collection method uses two techniques, namely documents and unstructured interviews. The results of the study showed that there is a significant effect of the manegerial and supervisory abilities of islamic school principal on the performance of islamic junior high school teachers in Manyar district. So that the purpose of this study is to find out how to improve the basic skills of teaching productive teachers of Vocational High School Arina through the application of scientific model supervision with a directive approach. The subjects of this study were 5 (five) productive teachers. The research design used was school action research which was carried out in two cycles. The results showed an increase in each skill from cycle I with an average value of 71 with a sufficient value category to an average score of 87 in the second cycle with a good score category. The objectives of this study are: (1) to analyze the effectiveness of the principal's leadership style in elementary schools (2) to analyze the effectiveness of the principal's leadership style in improving school performance in elementary schools. (3) Analyzing the effectiveness of the principal's leadership style in improving school achievement in elementary schools. The research method used is the survey method. The research subjects were supervisors, principals, and teachers in the Korwilcam Dindik Timur Purwokerto environment, totaling 60 people consisting of 3 supervisors, 15 principals, and 42 classroom teachers. The research instrument is a leadership style questionnaire, school performance, and school achievement planning. The method used in this study was a survey, while the data collection technique used in this study used an instrument in the form of a questionnaire. Based on the results of research on school management that the average understanding of teachers, both Islamic Education teachers and Non Islamic Education teachers, shows that teachers understand all statements well, but of the five statements there is the lowest average, namely statement 3 with a mean of 4.
