So that the purpose of this study is to find out how to improve the basic skills of teaching productive teachers of  Vocational High School Arina through the application of scientific  model supervision with a directive approach. The subjects of this study were 5 (five) productive teachers. The research design used was school action research which was carried out in two cycles. The results showed an increase in each skill from cycle I with an average value of 71 with a sufficient value category to an average score of 87 in the second cycle with a good score category. 摘要

教师监督的目标之一是提高课堂学习的技能和能力。因此,本研究的目的在于探讨如何运用科学的指导性模式督导,提高中职中学生产性教师的教学基本技能。本研究的研究对象是5名富有成效的教师。使用的研究设计是学校行动研究,分两个周期进行。结果显示,每项技能的平均得分从第一周期的71分(足够值类别)上升到第二周期的87分(良好值类别)。因此,本行动研究表明,运用指导性的科学模式督导,可以提高中职中学生产性教师的教学基本技能。
