This research aims to find out the religious culture at SMK Negeri 1 Samarinda. The approach used was qualitative approach with qualitative descriptive research type. The data collection techniques were observation, interviews and documentation. Data validity test used source and method triangulation analyzed with member check. The data analysis technique used data reduction, presentation and concluding. The result of the research is that religious activities developed by the principal are such as the culture of 3S, reading Qur’an, praying before and after learning, praying together at the school mosque, the culture of honesty, discipline and ethics in clothing. They are a radical group that has several ways to control the mosque. This article describes the strategy of the Mosque Organizers Institution Nahdlatul Ulama (LTM NU) of Temanggung in preventing religious radicalism in the mosque. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection methods namely interviews and observations. The results of the study stated that there were several strategies carried out by LTM NU of Temanggung in preventing radicalism. First, strengthening the management of mosque takmir refers to Aswaja Annahdliyah’s Islamic values. Second, revitalization of idarah, imarah, and ri’ayah management. Third, revamping the management structure of the mosque. Fourth, mobilizing the spirit of religious leaders to strengthen moderate Islamic studies. Fifth, the movement of NU coins (koin NU) in the mosque. Sixth, assisting the mosque when there are problems or not. Seventh, synergy between the Autonomous Agency (Banom) and institutions under NU. Eighth, the mosque’s clean movement. Ninth, identify local lector who are preachers at the mosque. There are several challenges and opportunities in implementing the strategy. The first challenge is the low understanding of the organizational management of mosque takmir. Second, limited religious knowledge from the mosque manager. Third, the structure of Aswaja Annahdliyah teachings has not been structured. Fourth, the massive offer of radical Islamic activities in NU mosques. Fifth, the doctrine is strong about the strategy of mastering mosques from radical groups. Sixth, infiltration of individuals / radical Islamic organizations. Seventh, the strong funding from abroad in the construction of mosques. The opportunity, first is the strong family culture in the community. Second, awareness of the dangers of radicalism. Third, the dominance of NU residents in the mosque’s takmir structure. Fourth, the massive implementation of mosque takmir training. Fifth, the existence of Islamic religious instructors in the villages dominated by NU residents. Sixth, the implementation of the competition for destitution management. Seventh, program support from autonomous body (Banom) / NU institutions. The impact of this strategy to prevent religious radicalism gave birth to the awareness of takmir officials to guard mosques from radical groups. Sarung Samarinda merupakan budaya syiar Islam karena para laki-laki sudah banyak  memakai untuk beribadah, dalam tindakan nyata berupaya melestarikan nilai budaya tenun dengan menghasilkan berbagai kreasi motif dan pembaharuan dalam kualitas. Tujuan untuk mengetahui strategi Pelestarian seni budaya melalui home Industri Tenun Samarinda Penelitian ini dilaksanakan kampung tenun Samarinda Seberang kelurahan Baqa dan Masjid. Metode yang digunakan dalam  jenis  penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif yakni menjelaskan dengan rinci melalui analisis yang mendalam mengenai subjek diteliti. Hasil penelitian strategi edukatif, ini dilakukan oleh setiap keluarga dari generasi pengrajin tenun dengan menggunakan metode lisan, misalnya diajarkan cara merawat alat tenun hingga penggunaannya. Ini dilakukan ketika anak sudah beranjak dewasa. Strategi Investasi Biologis, strategi ini dilakukan oleh penenun Samarinda dengan cara mengontrol jumlah keturunan agar kebutuhan ekonomi tetap stabil dan pengrajin tidak  mencari pekerjaan lain. Namun  tuntutan ekonomi anak pengrajin  mencari pekerjaan yang lebih cepat dapat penghasilan. Hadith thought method developed by al-Qaradhawi explaining a fair and moderate attitude or often termed   middle, which distinguishes between sunnah as shari'a must be followed and sunnah is not shari'a, between general eternal and temporary. Al-Qaradhawi in some of his creation, trying to make the traditions of the Prophet can be understood in actual and contemporary manner. This research aims to find out the efforts and strategies of the school in preventing promiscuity in adolescents. This research was a descriptive qualitative research by collecting data through interviews, observation, and documentation. The data sources were the principal, guidance and counseling teachers, faith and moral teachers, and the vice principal for student affairs. The data analysis used data reduction, data presentation and verification. The result of this research are 1) strengthening the school regulation, 2) Installing CCTV, 3) Implementing the incidental inspection program, 4) Providing more extracurriculars related to religion, 5) Holding social works, 6) cooperating with the government institutions. Repressive efforts were done by implementing home visit, where the teacher visits students’ houses when students experiencing problems, as a specific handling approach. Nowadays The Investors interest to invest digital currency. Indonesia is a law country must establish certain laws related to digital currency that began to spread and used as a means of exchange or means of payment in Indonesia. This study is a normative juridical study that examines the rules relating to the use of money in the sale and purchase transactions and investment in the perspectives of Islamic law and Positive Law in Indonesia. The results of this study found that in Islam the use of digital currency in the purchase transactions and investment is not in accordance with the Shari'ah because it does not fulfill the enquires that exist in transactions using digital currency such as dagcoin. The existence of elements of gharar and maisir is the main reason for this digital money is not legitimate in Islam. As mentioned at Fatwa DSN-MUI Number 28 / DSN-MUI / III / 2002 on the exchange of money. Whereas in view of the positive Law has been described in Act No. 7 of 2011 on money, then digital money cannot be said as money because the conditions set in the law are not in digital money, then Bank Indonesia Regulation Number 18/40 / PBI / 2016 on the payment of electronic transactions is also not met in transactions that exist on the use of digital money dagcoin.
