Referring to the source from the education Management information System (EMIS) of The Kementerian Agama of the Republic of Indonesia in 2021 its shows the number of Madrasah in Indonesia 83,648 madrasah, there are only several of madrasah that have implemented inclusive madrasah. This paper focuses on inclusive education in the context of Islamic educational institutions in madrasah, which is related to policies, concepts, and practices. Concepts and practices that have been carried out by a number of madrasah that provide inclusive education grow and develop bottom-up from practitioners and parents who have children with disabilities, and have been carried out by a number of madrasah that provide inclusive education grow and develop top down The Kementerian Agama of the Republic of Indonesia appointed several madrasas as piloting projects for inclusive madrasah. This study aims to explain and analyze the Tahfiz Al-Qur'an Islamic Boarding School Curriculum in South Kalimantan. The method in this research is descriptive qualitative. There are several tahfiz Islamic boarding schools in South Kalimantan which are the research locations. The findings in this study are that the curriculum in each typology (model) of the Tahfiz Al-Qur'an pesantren has differences. Even within one typology there are some minor differences in the curriculum implemented by the Tahfiz Al-Qur'an pesantren. However, the similarity in the elements of implementing tahfiz Al-Qur'an education makes it found that differences in one typology or model of Islamic boarding school become very minor. In the first typology (model A), the tahfiz Al-Qur'an pesantren curriculum is formulated to support the main program, namely memorizing 30 chapters of the Al-Qur'an. The assessment model was developed based on the dimensions of Islamic moderation understanding which includes the dimensions of conceptual understanding, functional understanding, and procedural understanding. The subjects were students of Sultan Aji Muhammad Idris State Islamic University Samarinda, Tarbiyah College Balikpapan, and Islamic College Sangatta, with a total of 224 students. The data collection instrument used was a test instrument. The data obtained were then analyzed using the Confirmatory Factor Analysis technique with the LISREL 8.51 program. The results of the data analysis show that the assessment model developed for Islamic Moderation understanding of PTKI students has very good validity and reliability. All item items have a factor loading value of > 0.3 and the assessment model has a Goodness of Fit Index (GFI) > 0.90. Thus, the assessment model for Islamic moderation understanding is very appropriate to be used as a reference for further research because theoretically, it is in accordance with empirical data obtained from subjects in the field. The aim of this research is to explain the origins of Kyai Nurjalipah, his role and his influence in the field of state administration of the Perdikan Pakuncen Village in 1651-1760. The method used in this research is a historical research method by utilizing oral data sources through interviews and library sources. The results of this research showed that there is a close connection between Kyai Nurjalipah and the field of state administration of the Pakuncen Village. Kyai Nurjalipah can be said to be the 'owner' of the Pakuncen land because he was the person who opened that residential land. The research method uses the principles of the phenomenological research paradigm. Primary data was obtained from the results of ethnographic interviews with actors or perpetrators because the focus of this research was directed at tracing the causes and effects of divorce from the perspective of the perpetrators or actors. While secondary data is several kinds of literature related to the research focus. The results showed that several factors cause divorce, namely; differences in character between partners, failure to understand each other, and husband's sexual behavior disorders. The impact of divorce can befall the child and each partner, especially the psychological impact. Similarly, the impact of divorce for couples who already have children with those who do not. For couples who already have children, the impact is wider and inner. Furthermore, efforts to form a divorce can be carried out with several recommendations, First, every couple who will get married must know their potential partner well to their sexual behavior, Second, build a shared commitment about where to go and the desired family model. Third, mutual trust, respect, and support. Fourth, provide good service to partners. Fifth, do not let the small problems that arise in marriage in a long time. Sixth, avoid third-party intervention. Seventh, building a sakinah family requires not only the unity of body and soul but also the same place to live. Da'wah activities carried out against non-Muslims are always aimed at inviting them to convert Islam. This is contrary to the messages contained in the Qur'an and the values of religious freedom guaranteed by the state. This study uses a qualitative method with data analysis using content analysis. This study concludes that da'wah to non-Muslims in Nawawi's view is not in the form of an effort to invite them to Islam, but the delivery of a message to well behaved. The issue of faith, in Nawawi's view, is a guide that can only be given by God. In order for the message of da'wah to be conveyed, Nawawi emphasizes the da'wah method used that is not violent. This prohibition is absolute, except in the process the preacher experiences threats that can interfere with faith. However, Nawawī emphasized that if this happens and it is possible to avoid it, then a preacher is advised to avoid and not to resort to violence.
