Speed can be adjusted from below and up to the rated speed. The-firing circuit of chopper receives signal from controller and variable voltage is given to the armature of DC motor according to the desired speed. The hardware for the above can be implemented using timer-based method. But here in this proposed work it has been implemented using microcontroller-based method where the motor can be controlled remotely. The proposed circuit outperforms some similar kind of previously reported designs from the viewpoint of operating frequency range as well as with respect to controlling and monitoring the motor. Moreover, the total cost of the proposed circuit is comparatively cheaper than the traditional DC Motor Drivers available in market. A case in point is the Ebola viral disease with high fatality ratio in Africa. It is making a comeback in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), after its rampage in West Africa in 2014-16 that has spawned fears of leading to a pandemic. Vaccines such as the experimental rVSV-ZEBOV has provided protection in 70-80% of the cases, but such vaccines are in short supply and doubts exist of its availability and sustainability in pandemic cases. Peptide vaccines promise to amend this lacuna as a chemical construct that can be scaled up to requirement in manufacturing set-up, are easy to produce in pure form and store as well as transport much more easily and economically than traditional vaccines. Although no peptide vaccines have been licensed yet for human use, the rapid growth of applications of in silico approaches to peptide vaccine design and application to a myriad of virus infections, and subsequent follow-up experimental work, have led to expectations of licensures in the near future. We have proposed a protocol to automate the search procedure using mathematical and computational modelling approaches to generate peptide libraries that promote long life of such vaccines even in the face of rapid mutational changes in the viral sequences. However, with the ever-increasing upsurge in voltage and power levels coupled with the depleting reserves of fossil fuels led researchers all over the globe to tread down the uncharted territory of finding suitable alternatives to mineral oil as a transformer insulation. Several types of research have been conducted since the late 90’s to determine the viability of these alternate fluids. Esters among several other fluids have evolved as a suitable substitute for mineral oil insulation mainly due to its environment-friendly nature and ability to replenish in large quantities. Substantial research is been carried out in several countries like USA, UK, China, Japan, Australia, Brazil, and India. This article is a compilation of several recent research works in the field of alternate fluids as transformer insulation which promises to help not such budding researchers but also utilities dealing with such fluids. It also gives an insight into the future trends in research involving such fluids. This task involves the knowledge of both computer vision and natural language processing, called “Image caption generation” Many researches have been carried out in this field, but it was mainly focused on generating image descriptions in English, as existing image caption datasets are mostly in English. However, the image captioning should not be restricted by language. The lack of image captioning dataset other than English is a problem, especially for a morphologically rich language such as Hindi. Thus, to tackle this problem, this research constructed Hindi image caption dataset based on images from Flickr8k dataset using Google cloud translator, which is called Flickr8k-Hindi Datasets The Flickr8k-Hindi Datasets consist of four datasets based on a number of descriptions per image and clean or unclean descriptions. This study also finds the best effective method to generate image description using the encoder-decoder neural network model. The experiments showed that training the model with a single clean description per image generates higher-quality caption than a model trained with five uncleaned descriptions per image. Open circuit conditions are often created in solar PV strings by mechanical failure of circuit continuity over a period of time or else due to transient conditions like shadow effects which affect one or more cells in the string This affects the reliability of the system. The reliability of a solar photovoltaic (SPV) string can be modified by the use of bypass diodes across affected cells suffering an open circuit. Cells in the string that are enclosed between the ends of the bypass diode, if affected, will be bypassed and the chances of power continuity will be improved. In this paper, we attempt reliability evaluation of a single string of 6 solar PV cells in series using a single bypass diode that can enclose a variable number of cells of the string between its ends. We assume that only one cell is open circuited in the string. Monte Carlo simulations are used to evaluate the LOLP of the string with different bypass diode configurations. Next, we introduce a second bypass diode across the remaining cells not under the influence of the first bypass diode. The object is to examine if any improvements in the system reliability result. The results of the study appear to indicate that both types of bypass diode configurations result in almost identical reliability estimates although some configurations may prove to be better in terms of the LOLP estimates. The system is powered using a PV based module. In this study, the parameters such as irradiation, moisture content of soil, availability of load, etc. has been extensively taken into account. The irrigation system also has a storage battery for storing and retrieving the energy available for the PV module and for supplying loads. The system is entirely controlled using a microcontroller. The system is remotely monitored using an Internet of Things (IoT) based smart controller. An economic analysis for the scaled-up system is also performed to study practical setup of such a system in Indian conditions. In this paper, we have modeled the ECG wave with a system of Gaussian based model from which we can simulate individual P, Q, R, S and T waves along with the full ECG wave. In addition to this, it is very useful in order to generate all the 12-lead ECG signals. The generated ECG models have been checked with the existing ECG models. The 12-leads ECG signals obtained in the proposed approach show accurate amplitudes, polarities, and shapes. Finally, we have compared our proposed model with ECG model of healthy persons and verified by physicians. In this paper highlights a cost-effective userfriendly password base automatic car washing system by using a microcontroller. The system is fully automated with different stages of foaming, washing, drying, and brushing. The future of RDBMS certainly will be the Graph Databases with NoSql methodologies, which is emerging as beyond of relational model. In this paper, there is a need to highlight all the databases evolved after RDBMS. They couldn’t stay in market for so long period and survey has been made to highlight those databases after RDBMS. Relational Database Management System has certain advantages like (i) Storing in Tables, Column and Rows (ii) Data Storing in Normal Form (iii) Easy to use via SQL to retrieve information via complex join operators (iv) Maintainability via Reverse Engineering (v) Indexing and quick search. Due to these inherent features of RDBMS and SQL, it is necessary to explore and compare RDBMS with NoSQL methods to avoid complex join operation. Recently, numerous software industries and research institutions are trying their old RDBMS system to be re-engineered into some other architecture via nodes, edges and relationships where different type of information can be stored easily. So, it is a big challenges for any industry and institutions how quickly they can re-engineer their old RDBMS into Graph Databases which is also called now-a-days the future of databases. In this project, it is highlighted that the importance of the re-engineering work lies in three different directions such as (i) Comparison of RDBMS with GDBMS (Graph Database Management System) where face book, twitter, Amazon, Google are adopting (ii) Survey work of Graph Databases and (iii) Graph Database Models have increasingly become a topic of interest. The representation of data in the form of a graph lends itself well to structure a data with a schema. No standard system of query languages yet had been found to have been unique and stable for graph databases. Research and industry adoptions will determine the future direction of graph databases.(iv) Beyond RDBMS artifacts were established by industry and academics.
