It is usually used for the rehabilitation of people with neurological disorders. Generally, skeletal muscles are activated by using Constant Frequency Trains (CFTs) with a fixed amplitude and inter-pulse duration. In addition, the systems of electrical stimulation do not adapt the parameters stimulation to obtain a desired force response during the rehabilitation session. The purpose of this study is to adapt automatically the stimulation parameters to the force desired by the clinician with an intelligent PID controller which optimizes the amplitude of pulse in the stimulation pattern.","PeriodicalId":128530,"journal":{"name":"2015 16th International Conference on Sciences and Techniques of Automatic Control and Computer Engineering (STA)","volume":"97 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124676412","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

There aren't big researches concerning modular inversion, it exist two famous algorithms which are Fermat and Extended Euclid algorithms. All researches are oriented to the modular multiplier, it exist a big number of methods to compute it. The goal of our paper is to present a of a 256-bits multiplier design, to compute pairings at security level of 128-bits. Our hardware architecture exploits FPGA features (Fast Carry Chain and DSP), for this reason, it's less constrained in memory and power consumption. These performances prove the limitations of the restrained environment. Our design is coded in VHDL language and synthesized using Xilinx ISE 14.5 on Virtex 6 FPGA XC6VLX240T devices. Our multiplier used only 1665 slices and 3 DSP, it runs at 149.8 MHz clock frequency.","PeriodicalId":128530,"journal":{"name":"2015 16th International Conference on Sciences and Techniques of Automatic Control and Computer Engineering (STA)","volume":"3 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127947272","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Numerous observer structures for Five-phase induction motor drive is presented in the literature with acceptable performances. However, the objective of this work is to develop and test another family of observers based on the sliding mode approach. This structure is considered as a high gain observer which gives firstly good dynamic performance and secondly high robustness. The shortcoming of the sliding mode observer (SMO) is the chattering phenomena. It seems that the chattering problem can be reduced by replacing the signum function by saturation function in the observer structure. To grantee the closed-loop stability of the proposed observer control, stability analysis based on the Lyapunov theory is presented. Simulations results demonstrate and justify the validity of the proposed structure observer.","PeriodicalId":128530,"journal":{"name":"2015 16th International Conference on Sciences and Techniques of Automatic Control and Computer Engineering (STA)","volume":"94 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123288391","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In addition, for mostly configurations in all types of rotating machines, gearbox is an essential part to transfer rotating power source to other devices and provide speed and torque conversions. The goal of this paper is the proposition of a diagnosis procedure for real time gearbox fault detection and diagnosis while basing itself on the vibration signal. The analyzed faults can appear in the gear and bearing with various combinations under different speeds and loads. The proposed fault diagnosis technique is based on the application of the Discrete Wavelet Packet Transform DWPT and Principal Component Analysis PCA to extract the features of the different sub-bands frequencies in the vibration signal. The Adaptive Neural Fuzzy Inference System ANFIS is used to fault classification. Experimental results can verified that the proposed procedure can classify with precision various types of faults according to the fault location and type.","PeriodicalId":128530,"journal":{"name":"2015 16th International Conference on Sciences and Techniques of Automatic Control and Computer Engineering (STA)","volume":"222 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115587053","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

There exists an effective coordination between its different resources. In this paper a methodology based on the PV power forecasting and the evolution of load curve is proposed for the optimization of an isolated MG. The proposed method focuses to determine the size of PV panels and batteries into this MG with the minimal cost keeping the system reliability. In this paper the reliability system is evaluated by the loss of power supply probability (LPSP). The optimal configuration is chosen for the one which compromises between the reliability system and the minimal cost. The DCT approximation or the Binary Discrete Transform (BinDCT) [1] has shown to be a promising alternative to the DCT for its implementation simplicity, close performance and compatibility to the DCT. In this paper, we aim to present efficient VLSI architectures with a low BinDCT complexity implementation. We explore the design of a hardware BinDCT accelerator, the simulation and implementation of the different proposed architectures for a virtex6 FPGA device and its integration in a dynamically reconfigurable SOC. An IP interface was adopted to be able to integrate the proposed hardware accelerator in a SOC. The dynamic partial reconfiguration technique was applied to toggle between the original DCT and BinDCT versions depending on the application requirement. Complete hardware cores, which can be integrated directly in a SOC, was elaborated in order to accelerate the DCT or the BinDCT transform calculation.","PeriodicalId":128530,"journal":{"name":"2015 16th International Conference on Sciences and Techniques of Automatic Control and Computer Engineering (STA)","volume":"63 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128761646","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
